This photo does ZERO justice to the taste of this pizza. Other-worldly flavours . The garlic sauce (hey there sauce) on the side is a HUGE move. Please do it. Your welcome. The owner is so incredibly lovely. Our pizza was ready on time, hot as Hades, melted cheese, the works. Seasoned beautifully, didn t sit heavy at all. Thin crust but still somehow soft. This was our first time to pick up Dis pizza, and I learned this was their 13 year in operation. We were excited to try their special listed online, XL 1 topping pizza for $14.99 carryout. The XL was 8 slices. What we liked about the pizza was the sauce (not too spicy or thick for the kids), a good tasting cheese and a generous amount of pepperoni. The pizza was cooked well and not soggy on the bottom which is a plus! What we werent crazy about was the crust. It was very chewy (almost tough) and lacked flavor. All in all we were glad to try it out. If you are close to them, give it a shot to pick up and take home.

About 5 years ago, My son and I were waiting for the Toob shuttle to pick us up and we had been craving BBQ for lunch. It was then that we caught the delicious smell of pizza in the air and we immediately had to have some! We called my wife and she found Di s Pizza on the map and, as it turns out, it was Di s that we had been smelling. Since that day, we always get one of Di s pizzas (and sometimes one extra to take home) and they are THE BEST pizza we ve ever had. I m not a big marinara guy, but this is spectacular. Dip the crust into it or order some cheesy breadsticks and you ll thank me. We like to eat the pizza in Landa Park, sitting on the banks of the Comal, and it s the best way to enjoy a day trip to New Braunfels. The pizza takes time, as it should, but the wait is worth it. Call ahead and pick it up when you drop off your toobs!

Dis pizza is the absolute best. I called 30 minutes before opening and placed a pretty large order with six pizzas and two orders of wings and Di made it happen all by herself and had the food ready 10 minutes before expected time. My family and I cannot wait to eat the absolute best pizza along with the best service in all of New Braunfels ,could not recommend more!!!

Ordered for pickup while staying in town overnight based on recommendation in our Airbnb. When we ordered we asked about prices and the advertised special but was charged more when we picked up. When we questioned it, the young girls none of the prices were correct anymore, even though we had specifically asked before ordering. Would definitely not recommend or go back.

This Pizza Sucks Not sure why the good reviews. This is not a good pizza. If you want a small pizza on a large crust this is for you. I went here 2 years ago and they were bad then, took another chance for the convenience and still bad. Di puts toppings in the middle of the pizza and leaves the 2/3 surface area around the outside empty. You can see the pattern with other people posting why is this so great? Here is my pizza what a mess It was not good. Go anywhere else to get a better pizza because these are not any good. Look closely at the pizza slices and imagine eating one. At the most only the center part will have ingredients and that is at most 1/3 of the whole slice. After a few bites you are eating crust with some sauce. Also she leaves the door open so not sure how she keeps the flies out. They are probably snacking all over the place in that kitchen.

We have recently moved to New Braunfels and have been in search for a good pizza. We have tried several places and been disappointed. We tried Dis and it was absolutely delicious! Friendly service, reasonably priced, and the pizza was fabulous! Crust was the perfect crispy chewy texture, sauce had a wonderful tang, plenty of cheese and crispy pepperoni! The Pizza is Amazing! We had the supreme and a pepperoni. Both delicious. We did not realize it was walk up with only outdoor seating. The flies outside made it less then favorable for an outdoor meal. I loved the pizza but plan to take it with you and dine in comfort at home. We did order the bread sticks as well. They were large and had good flavor but didnt seem to be cooked all the way through. Highly recommend!

Not the best. Way too expensive for the size and quality of the pizza/wings. I am new to New Braunfels and wanted to try out a high rated pizza place and was super excited about trying Dis Pizza. However, I was wildly unimpressed. We got a simple pepperoni pizza which I thought would be much larger considering I paid $40. The crust was bland, sauce was bland, and it just didnt excite us. We also got the wings- you only get 5 wings and they honestly tasted like they were fried while still frozen. We each took one bite and didnt continue to eat them. Extremely dry and stringy on the inside and not an appetizing color. The sauce was super runny as well. I wish that this pizza was worth the $40 I spent but it really wasnt.

Wow. Just. Wow. This place was amazing, and local. The food was top notch, and Di was so sweet. She told me that she had the place for 11 years, and it showed. Overall average pie. Piping hot and served fresh. Barely any sauce, ingredients appear to be average quality for the price, taste is good but not the best as some claim. Tasty pizza. Couple places to sit outside where you can look into Schlitterbahn. On a cool day with a breeze, youll feel the mist coming off the tower in the park. No internet. No indoor seating. Sodas are by the can as well rather than refillable fountain. So plan accordingly.

The owners were friendly. We ordered the cheese bread and pizza. The cheese bread was like this mini bread loaf with cheese sprinkled on top. The bread was very dense and undercooked. One weighed more than the pizza itself. The bread was flavorless. We got to the pizza and it looked good. Unfortunately, the pizza was also flavorless. The dough tasted just like the cheese bread and the sauce had absolutely no flavor at all. I was extremely disappointed. The only reason we stopped by was because of all the raving reviews.

We LOVE coming here after tubing the river. Di is so nice and friendly!!! She makes the dough fresh every morning and you can definitely tell. We have been spoiled here and any other pizza just wont cut it.

OMG this is a true hidden gem in New Braunfels!! I had seen it last week getting on a tube bus and wondered. Today, we had a spur of the moment thought to come tubing so we stopped here on the way back to the park. The pizza is true Italian, handmade!! She makes the dough fresh every morning. If we could give more stars we would!!! It is totally worth the stop and you can bet this will be our go-to pizza place from now on!!! We loved it!!!

Ok guys... I just picked up my pizza. Very fast super nice people! AND... the pizza is the best pizza I have had in a long time! I m super picky and literally the pizza is almost gone in less than five minutes. If there were a place like this back where I live over 3.5 hours away... I would order a pizza every other day! So glad we chose this place out of all the rest in New Braunfels. Great owner, convenient location and GREAT pizza. We ordered 4 pizzas for 4 adults and 5 kids (11-15 year olds). Wow! 3 would be plenty next time. Great cheese and no skimping on the toppings either. Small delivery area but a close drive from anywhere in New Braunfels. We picked up, and it was just coming from oven. 8 min drive home and steaming hot. Each pie came with parmesan and red pepper packets, too. Woth the call and stop for a great pie thats plentiful and yummy.

This place is phenomenal! The service is quick, straight to the point. I assume they re busy, so I appreciate that for sure. We got it delivered to a condo we are staying at and the delivery guy was super sweet! Once we dug into the pizza, we realized.... ITS SO GOOD! The crust is handmade every day and it s so good!! Moved in to our house today and needed something easy. Not from here so never heard of it but it has great ratings and now i know why.
