I ve had family members and friends describe TERRIBLE experiences with their attorneys not receiving updates, not being told court dates, always having to leave a voicemail and never receiving a call back, etc.. This is NOT the case with Cabanas. I m writing this on behalf of a cousin that Cabanas provided counsel for. Although I haven t had the need for a defense attorney (and hopefully never will), after experiencing how much BETTER Cabanas and his team handled my family member s case than others, I know he d be the first attorney I call.

Don t waste your money. After a retainer fee being paid, all that was done was rescheduled court dates. Congratulations you can pay thousands of dollars to have a court date rescheduled. He seems nice, he can talk the talk but he won t walk the walk. Nothing in contract was done. What a scam.
