I never have any issues with my orders here. The employees are always friendly and smiling. Most times, they even offer plates and napkins. The store is clean and well lit. This is definitely my go-to Dominos.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my home during my lunch hour, unfortunately it did not arrive on time. I called the store and explained that I had to go back to work and if they could please redirect the driver to my office. The employee on the phone apologized for the delay and explained they only had one driver. She was able to contact the driver and reroute her and I was very grateful. I understand most people wouldve been upset but I was not. I understand being short staffed and a business trying their best to make up for that. I cant remember the drivers name but when she arrived to my office she was very friendly, had a smile on her face & she apologized, I told her there was no need and thanked her. Pizza was still hot and tasted great, hopefully they are able to get more help soon. Very happy with the customer service at this location.

As always, great work! Theres one exception to this order, tonight. I ordered pineapple with jalapeño for one pizza and pepperoni with pineapple on the other. I received a pepperoni and jalapeño. Which is fine, Ill still enjoy them both. Ill be sure and verify prior to leaving, next time. Thank you for your efforts.

We ordered two orders of the pineapple jalapeño chicken bites. We received two orders of chopped chicken that goes on the pizza. messily covered in the jalapeño/pineapple topping... we order this often so we know what to expect. We ve asked for a credit instead of driver returning to fix order. We shall see if this is honored. I was polite. They were polite. I tipped 20% even though things were wrong. I understand mistakes are made. I strive to not be a disgusting customer. I dont ask for a lot-Just semblance of what I ordered. Anyway, if the credit is honored, I will be thrilled. As of this posting, I m out $$ and satisfaction.

Growing up, Ive never been a fan of Dominos pizza. Everywhere Ive lived, Pizza Hut and Little Ceasars have been better. I was truly shocked by how great this Dominos location is. Shout out to the staff who ensure the pizzas look and taste great. Thank you for always having them arrive hot and when they dont thank you for addressing it before I do. Ive only met the drivers for this location, but kudos truly to this pretty iconic team.

Got a pizza and sub. Pizza was okay. Sub was bread with a couple pieces of meat nothing else. About 1/3 of what ya usually get at Dominos. Called to complain and the manager claimed she made the sandwich. Well she might want to leave that to someone who gets that people aren t paying ten bucks for dry toast. Piss poor.

Placed a online order card was charged for the order and Dominoes canceled our order did not notify us that they canceled our order. Called and told them why did they cancel our order and not notify us and told us they did when we did not receive a call. Asked to speak with the manager they hung up on us. Called back and spoke with the manager Phillip said the order was canceled and not made when the app clearly said it was made and told us will be refunded in 2 days and said that was the end of the story.

When I called to place an order Mieka answered the phone. She was VERY kind and super helpful. She repeated all information back to me to make sure everything was correct. Mieka also delivered our pizza and was just as kind in person as she was on the phone! She definitely made our experience a great one! Oh and the pizza was delicious!

Cassandra attitude was nasty! I had a pizza delivered that was cold and I called the store and asked if I could pick it up. She made the pizza before I even arrived and had the audacity to tell me I m wasting food and shrugged her shoulders when I told her I didn t want it because I came all the way up there after it was for delivery. How am I wasting my own money? That s your fault for making before arrival. Now what if I didn t show up then you ll be the one wasting food. Learn to think before you speak. 12/10 would order here again. I don t know what this Domino s has changed in the last 8 months but they are doing something SPECTACULARLY right! Owed me a free pizza for previous screw up. Requested contactless delivery, left tip outside. Ordered from them 2 weeks ago and it took over two hours to get our food and it was barely warm. I was told I d be given a refund when I called but it still has yet to happen. Thought we d try again and order today and taken more than half an hour and our food still isn t in the oven. Called and spoke with a lady that was very rude and complaining about how there is only two of them working and it d be over an hour. It needs to change so you know how long it s going to be when you order, whether it s through the app or by phone. The pizzas not great quality for the $10.00 you pay for a medium. Recommend going to another pizza place if you want warm pizza and better service.

My husband and I ordered take out from this location on Friday night. We ordered two small pizzas (one GF crust and one regular crust), garlic bread bites, and the brownie cookie dessert. Upon getting it home I immediately knew it wasnt gonna be good. You could tell by looking at it. The GF pizza had regular tomato sauce on only one side of the pizza, and the toppings were miniscual. The cheese was also on only one side of the pizza. The sauce was bland and too sweet. It was not cooked crispy. The regular pizza was the same. Not good. The only thing we finished was the garlic bread bites. We threw away the pizzas after eating one slice. The entire meal was WAY WAY overpriced. Over $40!!! Never again will we order from Dominos. They used to be our favorite go to pizza. With so many pizza choices out there well cross this one off the list. They have changed, and not for the better. SAD!

Got a nasty brown salad from them with my last order. Made a complaint via their website with all my contact information and pictures. Its been 5 days and still no response from anyone. Really poor customer service and the salad had to be tossed so I lost $7.99 plus any applicable tax/deliver charges. I probably wont order form this location anymore.

As a seasoned pizza connoisseur, I d put this particular Dominos up against the best of them. My mother-in-law cried tears of joy with her 1st bite of the hand tossed pepperoni beef pizza. Dominos Pizza is always a great go to for a quick meal that tastes good. The Dominos pizza on Sequin and Walnut has had more than a few problems in my book but I need to give kudos to the two employees that are running the store. Yes only two people are working this location. If your looking for employment and a serious hard worker, they could use you. Keep up the good work guys. My order was fast and complete. Better than most places with a full crew.

I wish I could have given ZERO stars! My pizza was cooked and Quality Controlled by the manager and has been sitting in the store for 35 minutes. When I called he said yes he quality controlled it 35 minutes ago, yes it was just sitting there, yes it was going out with 4 other deliveries so it could be 20 minutes or 45 minutes for me to get the cooked pizza that was already left sitting for 30 minutes. If you are short staffed and can t get orders out in a timely manner then delivery shouldn t be an option! And the manager just said there was nothing he could do.

I ve seen several commercials about a 2 min guarantee. I arrived, clicked the arrived button and pizza came out about 4 minutes later. They apologized and said they were really busy. When I asked about the 2 min guarantee. They said the commercial is misleading and did not honor the guarantee. I know my order was ready cause I saw them grab it from the holding rack before they brought it out to me.

Ordered thru the Dominos app like I always do, couple of pasta dishes and some garlic twist. The app stated Christina made our dinner. I got mine with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, bacon and chicken. There wasnt any Alfredo sauce, like four tiny pieces of bacon, a couple of mushroom and a couple bits of pieces of chicken. After digging in I came across some onions! Thankfully I dont have food allergies and I dont mind onions even though I picked them out I feel it was very careless of making the dish. The garlic knots were a little well done, which I didnt mind to much but think those who dont like well done garlic knots would have been very disappointed in them as well. Seems that someone needs more training in the prep department as it was pretty much dried withered pasta and not much more of anything else. Delivery driver was awesome! Wore a mask the moment I met him him outside to grab my order and was friendly and polite.

This particular location has left a bad experience in my perspective three times, I wont allow for a fourth. First time, ordered curbside, sat for 30 minutes to ensure there wasnt a reasoning behind my excessive wait, after walking in to just be told they forgot, second time, they were extremely busy and gave my order away, so an additional 45 minutes, we didnt even get our complete order. Third time, I ordered curbside during slow business hours, my order showed ready for pick-up literally 6 minutes after placing it. I showed up, followed curbside instructions and again, waited 30 minutes for my order watching multiple people show up and leave after me, had to send the notification text of arrival 3 times to get their attention. Save your money and sanity and choose another location or company.

I ordered pizza and cheese bread the day before I needed it. I scheduled it for 4pm. I got to the location at 3:50. I called to let them know I was there. I thought because of covid it would be curbside. The girl I spoke with said my order should be ready at 4. So I sat in my car until 4:15pm. An employee brought a pizza out for the vehicle next to me. I ask her is there a problem with my order? She said I don t k ow what you are talking about . I said no one has brought my pizza out. She said you didn t tell us what kind of vehicle you were driving. I said no one ask me!! She said if you wanted curbside you have to pay more. I explained I thought it was only curbside. She said no. So I went in and there sat my pizza and cheese bread. I got it home and it was cold! Very disappointed in dominos and I won t be going back!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza from here that had a hair in it. When I called the store, Liz was rude and asked me to bring the pizza back and did not offered an apology. When I got there she examined the pizza and ask why we ate that much. I said we just saw it. They said they could not give me a refund and called Austin the manager to drive to the store. He also was rude. They are incompetent and unprofessional. The Texas department of health services should audit this place and with the lack of professionalism, I don t think this place will be opened for long.

Their customer service is very poor ... also they messed up one of my orders a few weeks ago and the manger stated I would get free wings cause they gave me burnt dried up ones. So when I called back they didn t have in the notes nor did they even try to give me my wings. The manger is not even professional... I will call corporate today actually. This dominos is the worse I ever order or been too. They need to be schooled cause their work ethic is horrible

I ve had nicely made pizza from here before but I guess whoever was working tonight didn t care. Ordered extra sauce, beef, hot sauce and light cheese. I ordered from the app because you can easily customize the pizza but maybe it was too complex or something. Picked up a pizza with just cheese and beef on it. Called and let them know I might have picked up the wrong pizza. They had me bring it back and pick up the remake. The remake looks gross, drenched with hot sauce like it s some kind of joke, not even edible and I don t even want my kid to eat this. Not cool at all. I don t understand. Wish I would have just went to in n out.

Ordered delivery to location that was half a mile away for a family member and it took an hour and 15 mins AFTER it was Quality Checked, driver got so lost I had to call manager to explain how to get there

This location is extremely busy there were five people working in there when I went today waiting for about 25 minutes for my order. They were so swamped that had two people call in. They were not answering the phone one of the phones was off the hook I would suggest Dominos get these poor staff more help,they seemed very stressed and under a lot of pressure. At least its a busy location but the online orders coming in seemed to be overwhelming them and there is no one to deal with us walk-ins. My food was good though and order correct.

I love this place, I always get my pizza fresh and the way it comes out is always cooked thoroughly. I enjoy ordering here quite a lot and they work with and tell you how it is if its gonna be a long wait or if they can get it to you on time. These people are definitely trying their hardest when it comes their job.I always see people putting in bad reviews saying this place is bad or that their pizzas dont come out the way they do or there is a long way, but you cant get too mad due to the fact that they are on the part of town where there is non-stop traffic and they are doing construction off of the highway, and the next closest dominos is on the other side of New Braunfels. They do their best and they definitely can keep up with the rush with all the people that slam them! Keep it up Dominos team! Im rooting for ya!

Only getting three stars cause the food is always good but the service really never is. Between people not doing there jobs or there technology never really sending me proper updates on my food or wait time being way longer than it should be it s almost enough to make me not want to use them anymore. Also if I pay for something I expect for you to put it in my order and me not have to go and drive to get it after I ve waited to have it delivered.

Took over 50min to get my pizza last Friday which is understandable especially when the place is understaffed. What upset me was paying for a large pizza and getting a medium. Called the same day nobody answered (guess they were busy). Called a few days later just letting them know what happened, and the manager wouldn t even bother to take my call. Won t be back...

Pizza at Dominos is always good but this place seemed a little understaffed. I went by right after work and there were about 4 people waiting for a pickup. After about 20 minutes, it had yet to come out and one person who came in after me was already getting theirs. I looked on the board and my name was gone. I walked around to the register and my order was sitting on the rack but no one called my name. They finally noticed me and gave me my order. Ill probably go again but watch closer.

Technology may be growing in reigning somewhat supreme...I created and ordered my customized supper to exact specs on my computer...and heres our somewhat recently opened additional store where actual hands and hearts are engaging the technology and hand-crafting delicious pizza. Sure, Dominos is a nationwide reality. But to sit and watch workers of a spectrum of ages work as a team in creating delicious pizza was awesome to behold. And my pizza was hot and fresh and worthy of five stars! Thanks, folks! Well be back!

We are pizza lovers and when we don t venture over to our go-to, we have Dominoes and our orders have only improved! We ordered on opening day and 2-3 times after that it took at least an hour to get our order even when I did it online but it was a bunch of young folks trying their best and no true leader just yet! Every order after that has been great! The pizza has always been good. Today(Black Friday), I ordered a pizza and cheesy breadsticks online. It was ready in the 15 mins it stated and it was delicious! I walked in and everyone was working quietly and my pizza was ready! Keep it up y all!

Where is the cheese at on my pizza? This is the 2nd time we order from there (delivery). The first time our pizza was left in the oven too long and the pizza only had about 30% cheese on it. I didnt make a big deal out of it. The 2nd time the pizza wasnt left in the oven too long but theres hardly any cheese on it. Its mostly dough and like 10% of the pizza has cheese. It also doesnt have that Dominos flavor that the end of the crust. It is supposed to have some kind of seasoning. This pizza was made like if the person who made it closed their eyes and just threw bits of cheese around. I already paid for it and just ate but from now on I will drive to the other Dominos instead. The pictures are here. The white is the cheese and the yellow parts are NOT cheese. Its just the dough. Im not ordering from here again. Seriously, who can proudly take the credit for making this pizza?
