This is update to my previous review. Came a second time years later and still get the great experience. Great price and they remembered me. Just welcome. 20/10 recommend. Also mention them on my Facebook and people are asking me if they do different services and I tell them to head their way. They are very informative, helpful, and extremely nice staff. The job didnt take long and it was fairly priced. They have tips on other things as well. They are definitely going to be a place I recommend.

Great customer service, very upfront with what they could do with vehicle. Only took 20 minutes to cut and program 2 keys for a 2011 Subaru, which is not easy to do. Total cost was just over $200 which would have been what a dealership would have wanted just for 1 key. Thank you again

I went to Killeen locksmith to have a key fob/transponder copy made for my Volkswagen GTI. The people there were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I brought my own key fob/transponder purchased from Amazon (buyer beware) and after it was programmed and I left, the transponder failed. I came back and Jim the technician immediately came to help. He changed out the defective transponder from Amazon and replaced it with one he had in Stock. After reprogramming, I was GTG! This is the second time I have been to Killeen locksmith for service and I felt they went above and beyond with there service. Jim is very knowledgeable you can sense he really wants to help. The price was a little more than reasonable considering transponder key fob replacement/programming is NOT going to be cheap anywhere you go. Thank you Killeen Locksmith.

SEVEN MINUTES ON A SATURDAY! Left my keys on the seat of my little GMC Terrain in the driveway. From the time I called until the time the keys were back in my hand wasnt more than seven minutes. Called their dispatcher, 5 minutes later Michael was here. Took him all of two minutes to use the McGyver Method, and I learned I open counter-clockwise hahaha I always just use the little buttons on the key. Super fast and superior professionalism. Only reason Im giving one star is because he did not do the job. He had presumptions of a vehicle he actually came out to service. Upon arrival he did not do the job due to his own inner assumptions. We were told by someone else to take the ignition box out and take to Dallas to get a key done, however, when we continued to reach out, that business was not answering His assumptions were not correct at all. We have title to vehicle and proof that it belongs to us. I will say Jim was polite and professional before and would have loved working with him. However, assumptions and stereotyping are not ideal without getting the whole story.

Cant recommend this place enough! I went in looking to get a fob programmed to my car and get a replacement key. I wasnt sure if my car would connect with the fob since it didnt come with one but they were able check right away. Thankfully my car was compatible, I had two fobs with me at the time and was able to get both programmed to my car for the price of one. How cool is that? Great price and better service. 2 thumbs up to Jim for making a spare key for our Mercedes. We couldnt be more pleased. We were fortunate that he was already coming to Waco for another job. That saved us about 2 hours of window time. We would have made the drive to Killeen anyway just for the savings. Highly recommend!
