Ive never rated a place without eating the food, but...I went on a Saturday night only to leave after looking at how expensive the food was. Fourteen dollars for a pho bowl? I also saw that a robot serves the food. Perhaps the robot is why the price for food is so high. I love Vietnamese food, but I can get it for a lot cheaper at Pho NB, and still have change to tip. You guys might want to bring the price down a notch. Please?

Our food was fantastic and our server was nice with a warm personality. We didn t feel like we had to wait long for our food but it did seem as many other tables did. The prices are good and portions are generous. We thoroughly enjoyed the combination pad Thai and was one of the best we have had. Great location in the back of Creekside. Parking can be tricky but there is a full parking lot on the backside of the building in front of the apartment building. There is a robot that brings the food which was cute and unique. Many boba drink options also.

I visited for the first time a few nights ago with my partner, and I was blown away! While I cant remember exactly what he ordered, I had the vegetable and tofu pho, and it was hands down the best pho Ive ever had and Ive been to plenty of pho spots. I came toward the end of the night, which made it even more enjoyable as it was quiet and relaxing, perfect for someone like me who can get overstimulated by noise. The portion was generous, the flavors were spot on, and the staff was incredibly friendly. You can really tell they put a lot of heart into what they do. I m definitely coming back! So thankful for this gem!

I am thrilled to be writing a wonderful review for this restaurant. I love Pho! I eat it at least once a week. I drove to NB Pho and forgot that it is closed on Mondays. I did a quick search and found Pho You, in New Braunfels. I ordered the vegetable tofu Pho and asked to add chicken. It was the best Pho that I have ever had! It had lots of vegetables cooked to perfection. The tofu was firm with the perfect amount of semi-toasted outer layer. And there was plenty of shredded chicken to make it a hearty soup. Our waitress Sharon was delightful! Her warm smile and kind nature set the tone for a lovely lunch outing. I will definitely be frequenting this delicious restaurant. Outstanding staff and super satisfying meal. Great place!!!!

I really like this place. It s so welcoming and friendly. The lady server is always smiling and the place is well lit and clean. They get busy but she hustles and gets to you quickly. The food is great. I have tried a bit of everything on the menu and haven t found anything I didn t like. The soups are especially delicious , so flavorful! My favorite appetizer is the bbq pork spring rolls with their yummy peanut sauce and for extra flavor drizzle on their homemade chili crisp!

I ordered a sliced pork vermicelli (DOORDASH IT SAYS GRILLED PORK, BEEF OR CHICKEN, NOT SPAM OR THIS SO CALLED SQUARE FATTY SAUSAGE, AS THE OWNER HAS TRIED TO COMMENT BELOW, NO WHERE ON THE MENU FOR 37 STATES SPAM/SAUSAGE) and you tried to SNUB and basically committed fraud as you tried to use SPAM Meat instead of chopped sliced pork to make up for the lack of meat, you guys really put a whole square of SPAM thinking it wouldnt be noticeable, Now this order was done via doordash I am so ANNOYED the photos I provided of this didnt save on my phone as I took them via the app when complaining. I was a regular but knowing that they will lie and try to hide different meat or products, (cus lets be real SPAM isnt real meat) in your food that you paid nearly $24 for.

Pho You moved into the same space as the former Pho 7 Spice. These are not the same companies/owners. Pho You is soooo much better. I love the brisket pho. The broth tastes sooo good! And if you ever ate at 7 Spice, you mightve noticed an odd off-putting smell. That smell is gone! Ive taken several family members and friends here since it became Pho You, and everyone raves about how good this pho is. I also like ordering to-go because I like the bowl and setup they give you. If you had a bad experience at 7 Spice, don t hold it against this new place. Try this. You wont regret it!

Be careful . I didn t order extra anything I ordered on the menu beef, chicken fried rice which is priced $15 and I was charge $17.50 which is not on your menu charge extra for chicken it simply says chicken beef fried rice $15 And also I ordered Vietnamese fried egg rolls that on the menu is priced $5 was charge 6. And my waitress when I asked her she stated they add extra charges to each meal when she rings them up and she doesn t know why they do that. I don t mind paying extra at all but it would be nice to know ahead is all I m saying . Or say our pricing has change or something but instead she said they add extra to each item and she was unsure why they did so.

Erika Hernandez and I tried a new Vietnamese restaurant, Pho You New Braunfels. We were SO impressed! They are out in Freiheit Village (toward the back). Super clean and neat. Our server, Sherry, was attentive without being intrusive, on the ball and very accommodating. AND, they have a robot that plays a tune as it brings your order! Ericka had beef Pho and I had Won Ton soup. Said hers was very savory! Good broth and noodles. Mine was superb. The broth was rich, the won tons had tasty meat inside. You can see how big the bowls are - brought more than half of ours home. We started with a special appetizer plate that had 2 each of spring rolls, crispy egg rolls, and 2 different types of shrimp fried with 3 dipping sauces. 5 *****. We shall return. Got to try it!!

The menu shows $9.99 and $12.99 for chicken and shrimp fried rice respectively. My wife grabbed a to-go order and was charged $15 each. Fried rice although super fresh, was flavorless as if it had no seasoning or soy sauce at all. Sorry to say we wont be back. Update. You literally added the photos to Google after replying to this. The other menu posted has no name, so how would anyone know?

Our server was a sweet woman and she smiled a lot welcoming us . I ordered this marinated meat with vermicelli noodles and it tasted really good. It was the specialty variety one that comes with an egg roll. I highly recommend this dish. I ate the whole thing and didnt leave anything in my bowl. I heard this was the owners mothers special recipe. The restaurant was lit with pretty bamboo lights throughout and the delicious aroma of Vietnamese cuisine throughout made our experience delightful. Definitely recommend giving it a try!!! Vegetarian options: Stir fry egg noodles, tofu photo, tofu banh mi, and tofu vermicelli noodles.

Came in the weekend they have grand opening and disappointed. I got Rib Pho, bun thit n ng, hoanh thanh soup and chicken wings. The Pho broth is not good, rib is very chewy. Grill porked is okay but the fish sauces go with it doesnt taste good, very bland. Hoanh thanh soup is good, better than NB pho. Chicken Wings is okay, not really impressed. Customer services was not great. But understandable because they are newly open. They came to ask me if I need anything, I asked for an extra spoon and small bowl, but they didnt bring it out for me but the kept come and ask me if I need something else. The price on the bill when you check out is $0.20 cents to $0.45 cents higher than the price printed on menu. (They add the % tax at the end so dont tell me its tax)

First time trying pick up at this restaurant and it was pretty good! I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and shrimp & veggie stir fry. Spring rolls are your average spring rolls. Peanut sauce was good. The stir fry was great! Huge portions, fat shrimp, and yummy vegetables(broccoli, onions, carrots, bok choy) Wish there was access to a menu with pictures to make it a little easier to place a pick up order. Had to search other reviews to decide what was available and what looked good. Overall, great food! Will eat at the restaurant next time.

Lovely. We went in not realizing ownership had transferred hands, and although we had never been to the prior restaurant, we were stunned. The shrimp spring rolls were light and fresh, and the pho was delightful and near the top of my list of good pho places in the San Antonio / New Braunfels area. Was sitting outside waiting for my to go order to be ready. Tried calling the restaurant to see if it was ready and witnessed the guy and girl at reception pick up the phone and ignore the call THREE TIMES IN A ROW. The girl ignored the call first and then the man twice. We called at 8:45 first call and third call at 8:48. When we placed the last call they took in a couple and sat them for dine in service. Prior to ordering, I asked my server what is in the beef vermicelli. She told me noodles, vegetables, and meat a very vague description. She failed to mention there s nuts. When I asked to have it remade without nuts because I have a nut allergy, she said I can take them off the food or she could. Then she told me I should have told her no nuts. UGhhh how would know since she didn t tell me. She was extremely rude. She did take my plate back and remade it now I m worried there s spit in my food .especially how she threw down my remade meal. This is the spot togo for some really delicious pho food at such a affordable price! My wife and I ate hear we ordered 2 pho soups, 2 summer spring rolls to share and a sandwich of some kind just to try out....the total was $40. I am so picky when it comes to this kind of food and I dont mind paying more for a good meal but the fact that it was so good at the price point we got. Im officially moving in here. The service was second to none. We had a wonderful server that was a very sweet older lady and she wouldnt even let me hand her the plates to clean the table I felt like I was eating at her home in a very traditional way. It was a great pleasure to be served in such a manner. The atmosphere was very therapeutic in the sense that they didnt have the news playing or some crazy talk show host on the televisions. They had nice calming backgrounds of beautiful live scenarios. Over all Im very well pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend coming here and would really consider it to be the new pho spot to try out.

I have eaten here before. Twice with my family and once with a girlfriend. Unfortunately I will never go back. I ordered a vermicelli bowl with pork & shrimp. Twice before when I ve had it, it was yummy and the same both times. Today it was made with different noodles. They were sticky & soggy and the meal was bland & had no flavor. I was so disappointed because I was craving this dish. But the main reason I would never go back is the older woman that works there with the black hair is very rude and abrupt. I voiced my concerns to her about the noodles being different, and she literally argued with me and then proceeded to tell me that to bring me out some different noodles was going to cost me $3. Are you kidding me? The soggy noodles were actually squished through the entire dish. I was thinking that I could just scoop out the noodles and replace different noodles. But the dish was a total loss. I don t know if this woman is the owner, but you re driving customers away. When they saw, I didn t eat the food because it was that bad, there was no offer of replacing it with something else, and there was definitely no taking it off the bill. It s a real shame. Because we love supporting local business. If they had of tried to resolve the problem, I would ve shown grace and probably gone back. A business like this cannot survive with bad food AND bad customer service. Also, I know this is not the business fault but when we walked in, it smelt like sewage. The dish that I had probably cost $3 to prepare. If a customer has a complaint about food, it should always be addressed, and the customer should be offered A replacement for the bad meal.

I ordered from GrubHub so I haven t actually visited the restaurant, but I definitely will be in the future. I ordered a bunch of items because I couldn t decide what to get. My husband is a meat eater and I am vegetarian, so I ordered him the orange chicken and the beef fried rice, and he loved both of them. I ordered the green curry with tofu and the tofu and veggie vermicelli bowl. Both of them were really good, except I was surprised the curry didn t have any veggies in it. I m not sure if that was a mistake or their normal menu. I have never had curry that didn t have veggies in it, however, so I was surprised. It did taste very good though!

My mother and I went here for lunch. Food was good and satisfying, but some communication barriers that made it hard for us. If you go for a lunch meal, make sure you emphasize that you want *dish name* LUNCH. I guess they just assume dinner for everyone if they don t ask you or you don t emphasize it. The guy waiter was friendly and nice, but lady waitress seemed a bit rude (don t think they were trying to be rude, but can come off as that to people that are not familiar with Vietnamese culture/mannerisms). She wasn t very polite, but more straight to business per say. There was a time where they brought the nuts and leafs to add for pho, but we didn t order pho. Waitress then came and just grabbed it off the table and got on the waiter for making that mistake. No sorry about that , no oh that s my bad , just snatched it. Building infrastructure is nice, but atmosphere they are trying to go for is kind of weird. Not much music and it sometimes gets quiet to where you can hear other peoples conversations. The food was good. I def wouldn t say it s something to die for . It s a good lunch spot if you are in the area. I would say though this place has alot of potential if they can get their customer service and atmosphere better, especially since it s in a good location for business.

When we walked in, it smelled strongly of sewage water and the seats where very sticky. Normally if I go into a Pho restaurant and it doesnt smell like pho I leave but decided to give it a shot. When we went to order we tried to order 3 kids pho because we have 3 kids and she said we could only order 2 and the other would have to be an adult size? ABOUT THE FOOD, I will start by saying I love ginger and cilantro.. I eat both on alot of things and also drink them in shots frequently. It does not taste like soap to me nor does Cilantro. For some reason the honey chicken tasted like it had dish soap on it OR they used far too much baking soda. The cheese Rangoon had barely any filling. The Banh Mi didnt have mayo on it and the veggies it did have where bean sprouts and carots that where cut into huge chunks not slivers like normal. There where no cucumbers, cilantro or letuce. It was carots, zuchini, and old chewy meat. The bread was also overly crunchy. I am not sure but it was awful. The pho was also very soapy tasting and the beef had an old musky flavor. The pho broth was also very soapy almost matalic tasting but did not have the traditional complex pho flavors. It had a small amount of Cilantro in it but none on the side. I like alot of leafy greens with my pho. My favorite is water chestnut greens, cilantro and bitter greens. They give you 1 sprig of basil and a small handfull of very wet sprouts. No one at our table ate their food. I will not be coming back.

Spring rolls were good but the main course which was Pad Thai was the worst I d ever consumed. Beyond bland and completely without flavor. We stopped in to grab some dinner but the overwhelming smell of dirty bathroom urinal cake got us to leave before we got sick. Update: Vincent, we came back again 2 weeks later. The issue persists. I know it s not your fault, but close the bathroom, stop paying rent, open a food truck, I am trying so hard to eat here. I love Asian and Thai specifically, but I won t even order out from this place because the sewage and smell. It s not sanitary or palatable.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant, it smelled like mildew. My daughters and I ordered our boba drinks appetizer and our food. The rice was really hard and crunchy and I had to ask about the drinks which came after our meals 15 minutes later, no one came to check on us to see how we were doing. Finally someone came, brought the check put on the table and never said anything, we paid and left. This was not a great experience. We were kind of bummed because we drove so far trying to give it a try since the ratings were so high, but I actually don t know how and why this place is not good at all.

Service was extremely pleasant and hospitable. The Bahn mi was delicious and the bread was perfect. The Thai beef salad was different than Ive had before. Very fresh and the beef was tender, however sweeter than I am used to. Almost a fusion of Bulgogi and Nom Tok. The only reason Atmosphere didnt get a 5 was an initial bad smell when I walked in. I am used to the pungency of fish sauce and it wasnt that. Restaurant was very clean, so not sure as to the source of the smell. Dietary restrictions: If you have nut allergies, be sure to ask about ingredients and inform kitchen as nuts are in many dishes.

I ve been trying to find a new Chinese/Vietnamese place to go since the one from my childhood closed down and have never been able to find one until now!! The portion was a good size for the price, the flavor was fantastic, it was quick, and I included photos of my General Tso chicken and the cheese Rangoon. My husband ordered red curry with vegetables (they were out of tofu) and said it was really good. I ordered Drunken Noodles with Chicken and, just my luck, they made it with veggies I dont care far: bell peppers, carrots, and mushrooms. Not their fault. Im just used to broccoli, cabbage, onions, green onions and shredded carrots, not thick hunks of barely cooked carrots. The overall flavor was very good, and they used white meat, which was great. We will definitely come back. Oh, the bench seats were spaced so far apart that the tables were way away from the seats. If we had pushed the seats closer, the tables on either side of us would have been extra-far from the seats. They need to push everything closer together.

Wonderful place to eat!!!! The pho was absolutely spectacular and the customer service was especially good. Awesome pho! Finally a good spot to cure my craving. The beef pho and the cream cheese rangoons were delicious.
