As an attorney, I generally send my clients to QDRO Services for their needs, however I had a pro bono client and that was not an option. I sought assistance from QDRO Services for this pro bono to ensure the document read correctly before submitting it to the plan provider. As a courtesy, Richard obliged and was kind, professional, and timely in advising me on the correct language and leading me in the right direction in hopes of my client receiving the funds they are entitled. I am grateful we could work together on this pro bono matter for the greater good. Thank you Richard for your kindness and knowledge!

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a knowledgeable QDRO service. My mother used their services years ago when she had to have the QRDO redone from her divorce to my father. Now, in a situation where my husband needed some assistance, this company was very knowledgeable and provided some great details to assist me and my husband. They referred us to an attorney who has been top-notch, very professional, and very knowledgeable and very efficient in helping us resolve our QDRO issue highly recommend thank you!

This place was on the list at my job of companies they use so I was hopeful that I would get some assistance, but nope I got taken for $800.00 dollars. You have to pay up front and then no one reaches out to you. I waited 30 days to give them time to do the research and get paperwork done but no one called so when I called to speak to Rick which is who I was told fills out the forms never takes the call so the one day he did he was all over the place, so I decided to make an appointment for an in person visit. I took off work and rented a care to drive to the office only to get there and he was late for the appointment and did not know we had one. He had my name wrong on the forms and then said he had to go call another state to make sure I dont need to file with them. I waited for about 20 minutes while his very nice receptionist and dog kept me company, only for him to come back and say I need to hire an attorney in the state where the forms were processed. The forms he so called filled out for me I already had done them myself with the amount. I provided the updated forms that were given to me by the Government office but he insisted on using his outdated forms. I made it back to my city which is 3 hours away in time to call the state office and she directed me to an attorney only to find out that I can file the paperwork in my home town. I paid $500 less to the new attorney I found and everything went smoothly so I will never recommend this office for anything. My employer has been notified and has removed them as well. Now I need to get my money back

I would recommend anyone needing assistance, give them a call. I was hopefully that I found an attorney that could help me. I emailed and got a quick response. I was instructed to call the office to discuss it further. When I called the lawyer refused my call, my name and number were taken. However I never heard back. I responded to the email and left my number and received no response. If you cant help or dont want to its more professional just to communicate that.

I started using this company over a year ago and we are on the third draft and it still doesn t satisfy the plan administrators needs. Rick Sr NEVER communicates with you and doesn t respond to email. I would give them zero stars if I could. They made my divorce process more stressful and now I just want my money back so I can take it to a company who knows what they are doing and communicates with their clients. Horrible experience!!!
