I booked a private event for my birthday. They had a table where we were able to set up our snacks and drinks. Our instructor Ada was amazing. She took her time with us and was so patient in guiding us through the process. We went in as beginners and left feeling like artists. It was a beautiful experience for the whole group. I would definitely recommend this place for individuals or groups.

A well managed/run event in a different venue. Lighting was not optimal but was sufficient. Not sure why the canvas was smaller than expected but still enjoyable to not have to drive as far.

This was such a lovely way to spend an evening. Josie was our instructor and not only was she a solid teacher, she was such a great facilitator - she would ask questions about us all as we worked and remembered the answers later, which really helped us feel comfortable and cared about, as well as helping conversation flow. Overall it was a really positive environment and a fun activity. I went on my own and still had a ton of fun, which was so encouraging! Highly recommend

Josie was an exceptional hostess! She was engaging, patient, and funny. Her instructions were clear and simple. In addition, she gave easy tips that had a significant impact on the quality of the finished painting without being overwhelming or technical for this novice enthusiast. I was really impressed how she was able to give suggestions to individuals to get them unstuck when they knew something wasnt right but had no idea how to move forward. I never felt she was giving us rote directions from a binder, but was actually painting with us, gently teaching us along the way. I always enjoy spending a couple of hours dabbling at painting during a PWAT session. Its a fantastic way for me to unwind and have some time to myself. I learned so much. Thank you, Josie and PWAT!

Really fun experience! I went with my friends for a birthday and we had a great time. The class was a little fast-paced at times and we went over in time by quite a bit but it was still a blast! I had to really focus the entire class to get my painting done, haha. The artists/staff were super nice and helpful. Overall, it was a soothing kinda experience! Creating a painting without having to really think too much and all while drinking wine!

Setting this party up was pretty easy. The most difficult part was choosing what to paint. I was pretty surprised when I got there and the painting was already sketched for us. This was great because all we had to do was paint. If you think this made it much more easier, think again. The artist was very patient and engaging when teaching us what to do. The space was more than enough and clean. Get there early enough because parking is atrocious. We had a wonderful time and would schedule again.

Ive done a lot of events at Painting With A Twist, but this one, Floral Grace, has been, hands down, my absolute favorite event! I really loved the subject of the class since Im a HUGE Frida Kahlo fan and had never seen a class like this offered before. I was even willing to drive from San Antonio to New Braunfels to attend it since this class wasnt offered in SA (which was kind of a surprise given the abundant Hispanic culture in our city!). And Im so happy I did! Our instructor, Cecilia, was so sweet, funny and patient with all of the students, and there were all levels of experience in our group. And of course, I LOVE the end result! Im the proudest of this painting because it was one that was the most enjoyable one Ive done.

So much fun! We painted a Christmas tree for the holidays. Stephanie was a great instructor. Very nice and encouraging. Friendly, engaged the class with fun holiday related questions. Can t wait to visit again.

I have been to painting with a twist in other locations. The New Braunsfels location, with Sam as the instructor was by far the most fun I have had. Sam was so entertaining and a very good instructor. I will definitely come back.
