UPDATE they ve added soy sauce as an option, life is good! Food is also consistently good. On UBEREATS, Please add Soy Sauce as an option to order. There is no way to ask for soy sauce on Uber eats and I rarely receive it. I order all the time and get soy sauce 20% of the time. Will update my review if they add it cause otherwise it s good.

An employee gives bad service and Im going to say literally what she did I asked for rice on a plate and I asked her if I could put more and she only literally put grains of rice then I told her if she could put more and she started filling the whole plate and grabbed another deposit for the sides and I told him I didnt ask for all that rice and in a sarcastic tone he told me you were asking for more. And I think they shouldnt treat customers.

My husband is obsessed with this place! Especially with their honey walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken. I personally love them chow mein when I m craving greasy American Chinese food for sure. I love eating it with the super greens or the honey walnut shrimp was well. Definitely my husband could eat here once a month if he could lol I personally only crave it once in a while! I prefer authentic Chinese

We purchased a bigger meal for dinner with king pao chicken, chicken teriyaki and walnut shrimp, we usually love panda but tonight the teriyaki had no teriyaki sauce, the shrimp was hard and chewy ( very nasty) and we are visiting from Wisconsin and did not expect to get such horrible service the window person did not wanna be there and horrible food. I had very worst experience buying food here today. I was in the Drive-thru for nearly 25 minutes and even unable to get out of the line to go elsewhere. I asked for super greens and they dont have it. After opening the food, when I left the place, they did not put any chicken for the kung pao chicken. I couldnt get back to the location and they are cheating customers by maintaining low stock. Very disappointed with my dinner.

I ve been coming to this location for a few years. Over the past 6+ months this location has consistently been out of food items and also regularly makes mistakes with drive through orders. I started tracking how often they leave out an item in my order and it was every time I went (8 times in a row). And if you go at dinner time you might as well expect them to be out of food items and they say they are out of them for the night (not cooking any more). It s ridiculous they operate like this, and it feels like they intentionally try to leave items out of orders because it happens so much. I ve stopped going and do not recommend this location. I ve brought this up to mgmt and done surveys and all they do is give me a free drink for next time and apologize but can t seem to fix the issues.

Went to restaurant on 5/27 around 12:30pm, wad told the coupon had already expired at the start of the day even though there is no expiry time mentioned. I recently had the pleasure of having food at Panda Express, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their noodles and orange chicken. My family and I usually love coming to Panda Express and it was the first time we came to this location and for sure Im never coming back here. Worst service Ive ever encountered. Thirsha was the girls name I believe I barely got to read her name after I asked the manager Wendy for her name and she didnt want to give it to me for some reason. We spoke to the manager about her employee and she didnt do anything about it she just went and gave the employee a pat in the back and acted like nothing happened. The entire time we were there waiting for my sister to finish eating since she was the only person out of 3 of us to get their food, the employee (Thirsha) kept staring at us and started talking about my family to other employees and made us feel very uncomfortable.

A 360 degrees turn around! I was hesitant in returning to this location, because of the incident several months ago that I had with the crew. This time when I entered the restaurant, I noticed a nicely casually dressed Asian young man talking with the line staff, he must have been the manager or a Regional or District Manager, because he was very professional, well mannered and had a good repor with the employees. It appears that the previous employees that I had problems where no longer there. The employees that were there were, cheerful, polite and kind, it completely COUGHT me off guard! The feeling that I had was in complete opposite to my last visit, so Im updating my review to 5 stars because the drastic change for the good! Thant you Corporate for making the necessary changes, because something was seriously wrong with that last crew that I encountered!!! Previous visit! NO RESPECT! Where do I start? Walked into this location, stood at the counter for approximately 10 mins, employees acted as if I was invisible! I asked one of the servers standing three feet in front of me, dont you see me standing here, whats wrong with you? Crickets! A cook in the cooking area, blurted out, cant you see that we are closed? I told him no, why would I be asking for service, if I knew you were closed? if you are closed, why then is the front door not locked, and why didnt anybody, inform me of that fact? instead of making me look like a fool, standing in-front of the counter like a dummy for ten minutes. It was now 10:30 am and another customer walked in, and one of the servers started to serve that customer, I asked that server, what was she doing? I was standing here first, at that time, the customer apologized to me, saying that, he didnt mean to cut in front me, I told him, he was not the problem, that they were. Rodger the Manager then told me that I could leave , at which time the Irving Police arrived, Rodger proceeded to tell the officers partial mistruths that, I came in the store yelling and screaming at the employees, and that he didnt want to serve me, and wanted me to leave! I asked the officers could they come outside, and proceeded to tell them my version of the incident. The office then told me that, I could contact Panda Corporate with a complaint about the incident, and that Rodger didnt want me in the store! Rodger is either confused, or has some underlying problems with Blacks! Either way he has no business being a manager of Panda Express, he basically twisted the truth to those officers, and his manager educate is sadly lacking! Roger completely disrespected me as a customer as well as a Human Being. He has no Business being a manager for Panda Express! This whole thing could have been averted if someone had enough common sense to say, Sir we are not open yet, we will be opening in five minutes! What happened to greeting the customer when they arrived through the front door, like I m used to at other Pandas?

I will give zero stars if I can, kids meal portion size is down more than 30-40% while the price has gone up. The manager who was preparing the order pretty much was counting the number of chicken pieces he put. When you increase the price at least keep the portion size same. Service was HORRIBLE, no type of greeting. Rice was crunchy and chow mein was extra dry and hard. Asked about the sweet fire and told it had been out for 5 minutes but that wasn t true. Grilled chicken wasn t done. Would ve given no stars.

Horrible service. They told me Chow Mein was out so I told them I would wait and paid for the order. I saw Chow Mein come out one minute after but they didn t even touch my order for 10 minutes for whatever reason. After I finally complained, they started working on my order but now the orange chicken was out. I refunded and left.

For some reason I love Panda Express food more than the authentic Chinese food. As a sweet tooth, perhaps only Shanghai fare fits my taste, the sweet and greasy Hong Shao Rou. So, when In the US and had a craving for meat plus rice, I ll go to Panda Express. My favorites are Beijing Beef and Wok-fired shrimp. The fried rice had no taste and the noodles lumpy, better stick to the plain steam rice. This location is good, but not enough space for parking. When I came for dinner only 2 or 3 tables were occupied. Most came for pick up or drive through.

Like this particular location. They open at 10:30am and food is ready as well. Been to plenty of locations and some open at 11 and most of the choices are either almost done or not . Always try to stop at this one when on the mood for that Kung pao..

Went to pick up dinner, ordered 2 panda bowls with mushroom chicken, the zucchini in the dish was hard as a rock! Tried to call this location to speak to a manager and I was informed he was on break and to call back in an hour. So disappointed!
