I ve never had a better move!! Adam is top notch and him and is team literally did the best moving job I ve ever seen. They wrapped my belongings super well and there was no damage to my items or house. 1 million / 10 would recommend!

Adam, Jaaziel, Adrian and Uaevon spent two days moving our house and stuff from 3 storage units to our new house. In college I had a pickup. I was popular for moves. Then I asked for payback. They came to help and I bought beer. Never provide beer before and during the move. That was the most expensive move ever..... Except when I got divorced and had to pay to move all my stuff to my ex wives house (two different wives). So this time we moved OUR stuff to our newly purchased house. Bonnie says some of its mine......for now. Anyway the guys with To The Moon did a great job packing, moving , putting stuff back together, moving stuff around the storage units ( got rid of one unit) and putting it in the house. I fed them lunch. Got BBQ for 6 people there were four of them. I reached for a sausage slice and list a finger. Never get between a young hungry guy and lunch. ALWAYS buy enough for 6. I cannot say how impressed and happy I was with TTM and Adam, Parker, and Adrian. They confirmed the day before they would be coming, as well as that morning to let me know they were otw. I even had a last minute item switch that was no problem for them. They took excellent care of the large, bulky items they were moving for me and made the experience so stress free. Moving is usually a stressful time and these guys really made me feel at ease and established a great rapport of trust and professionalism. These guys are AMAZING! This was my first time using movers and I had quoted a few places but the work and attention these guys were offering stood out most to me. I was dumb though and scheduled the cheapest guys and had planned on helping because Ive moved so much I really just needed an extra set of hands. Just my luck, moving day came and the cheap guys canceled morning of the move. I called up To the Moon just to see if I could be squeezed in, and at first it was going to be the following morning which was 100% fine, this was my fault for being cheap to begin with, but James called me and asked if I wanted to be moved that afternoon! Ian and Parker got there and got right to it! I was moving from apartment to apartment so they had to move the truck a couple times for my neighbors to leave and they had no issues with it. They were so kind, considerate, and professional the entire time. At the end of the night I was so thankful to these guys I could have never done it on my own! Im going to have to have shoulder surgery in the next few weeks and I knew there was absolutely no way I could have made this happen without them! I have learned my lesson, this is not an area to be cheap with and I will definitely be recommending them and using them for any future moves. Thank you again so much guys!

Imagine you are ready to move then your driver texts you that he cancelled and you should wait till the next day. The next day comes and he texts you that it is cancelled again . They told me gotta wait again and the delivery time would be in 3 more days . They will deceive you with the nice talk till you pay the deposit . When I called for my refund , they showed me their real face . Don t trust them , you will lose the money and in my case I endured all the consequences ; lost flight tickets , hotel reservation, pre employment physical . They still won t refund me my deposit even though I received ZERO service . And still stuck with moving !

Dont usually give 5 stars on Google but Jay and his team rocked it! These fellas were professional, hard- working, and pretty darn fast. I also commend them ALL of them for being very courteous and on TIME. Finally like to note that we had a small issue with our dryer as dryer hose was crimped; not entirely their fault. However, spoke with James and he reached out to Adam. Adam called me quickly and we discussed issue. Luckily they were nearby and fixed issue within 30 minutes. They all took complete accountability for my issue and resolved it. Great job fellas!! Would most definitely recommend this team. 5/31. **Update. Used these guys again and same results. Jay and Parker rocked it AGAIN. Got to meet one of the owners this time, Adam. Very polite and personable. Great team!

They still covered it. Got these guys from Uhaul Moving. Do NOT listen to the Uhaul Est. It is completely wrong. Not too happy with Uhual at all, especially since they didnt have things i ordered.. But the guys that came from To The Moon Moving did such a fantastic job! They were time efficient, great at packing the Uhaul, and got all my heavy stuff loaded like I wanted easily and within the timeframe. My crew members were fantastic! They were super efficient and continually worked despite the awful heat.. They were also really smart about how they fitted it all into the truck and the process of moving things out of one house and later moving it into the new home. They solved problems, like a desk that couldnt fit through a door. They offered to take additional boxes. There quote was right on the mark of what they charged. There were no surprises or hidden costs. They were cheaper than the quotes I got from three other companies who all wanted to charge me as they left their driveway. I was very pleased by the quality of their work.

These guys are IT. Jay and Adam were so great with my family and making us feel super comfortable around them. They answered every question including the ones that seemed kind of silly. Amazing! Let s start with the fact that they were EARLY and SO efficient with the use of their time and mine. They were so gentle with all of my things between the storage unit, my apartment and then my house. They were very polite, nice and fun! It was a big project but it got done in about 3 hours. Not to mention, it was so hot but that didn t phase them one bit. I highly recommend using their services for your move!

100% will be using this company again for any moving we do! These two guys were so careful with every piece of furniture, and when I mean every piece, I mean every piece. They wrapped everything ensuring it would not be marred or chipped. Also, they placed everything in the place it was going. Highly recommend this company. We moved out of a 3 bed 2.5 bath to a 4 bed 2.5 bath house and these guys put all of the boxes in the appropriate places in the house in order for us to unbox them a lot easier. Price for the whole move was around $1,000. Unfortunately, at the moment they dont offer military discounts, but thats the only default right now. Please give them a call, you wont regret it!

We were quoted out 4,800, for 900 cu. ft of items upon arrival they tried to change our quote to 11,000 for 1,800 cu ft of items (we live in a 1,600 square foot home and only needed a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and living room items moved). When we negotiated the price to 9,000 they said the only forms of payment they accepted were cash and Zelle to their personal accounts. After talked to our lawyer and telling the movers we were not comfortable doing this they walked out and drove off. We move across the country in two days Most unprofessional moving experience I have ever been a part of.

Adam, Keaton and another young man used their moving van and a rented U-Haul truck to transfer our furniture from Spring Branch to New Braunfels. They were prompt, polite and protected everything for a reasonable price. At our new house, they unpacked the furniture and set it up wherever we wanted. After the move on a Sunday, I realized that they and I had forgotten our wine cooler. Two days later, Adam met me at our previous house, picked up the wine cooler, and set it in the back of my car at no charge. Adam and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, careful, and kind. I requested a quote online, and heard back within the hour. They arrived at our home and began immediately; each item was carefully wrapped, loaded into the truck, and taken care of. We did not have a single broken, chipped, or nicked item after the move! They protected the doorways, floors, etc. with padding and they worked so efficiently. They took apart difficult items of furniture without hesitation and made sure to double check where we wanted things to ensure less work on our part later on. I rarely write reviews, but To The Moon deserve one. Overall experience was top notch. We ve personally used them twice, once for a whole house move and another for a smaller job. The whole house move was a great experience beginning to end. They were always professional, kind, and courteous. This was July and 100* weather and they never complained. What we appreciated most was there extra effort in wrapping furniture before moving it from the house into the truck. This helped protect the furniture much better and also minimizes damage to the house doors, door jams etc from being scratched. They were very efficient with it too, so it really didn t add time to the bill. Moving out and moving in we encountered very minimal damage to furniture or the houses. There s always going to be a scratch or nick here and there, that s reality, but compared to other company s used by friends and family Over The Moon was fantastic with protecting our stuff. We ve since recommended them to anyone we know, and my grandma actually just used them. Service was excellent once again with that move. One of the best movers in the area!!
