Hall is nice, but fyi there is no where on the contract when you sign saying the deposit is non-refundable in case you need to cancel your event. We are now out of $500 because we had to cancel our wedding.

It was a nice venue. A lot of potential to decorate. I wish the dance floor was bigger. I would be more inclined to rent during the fall. I would use this place again but for a more intimate event.

I was very excited to tour this venue and had high hopes for the facility. We had scheduled a tour for 8:30am on a Saturday and I waited an hour outside the facility. I called and texted multiple times but received no response. Eventually we left when we realized no one was answering and was not going to let us on the property to tour. I live out in Austin and the drive was unnecessary for me to make. Needless to say I wouldve loved to give this venue a chance but now we are in search of something else. If I could not manage to get someone to show up to a scheduled tour and no response then I can only fear what would happen on my actual wedding day with this venue.

Me and my wife had our wedding here and it was beautiful. The venue was well kept up and any issues we had hector was there to help out. The bartender was an awesome guy really made it a party. Venue was clean and tables were set up amazingly. The dj he hired was playing all sorts of music and really had it turned up!! Would recommend for small to Medium sized wedding.

We had my daughters wedding here on Friday night and it could not have gone better. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The hall was very nice inside and bathrooms were clean. I dealt with Hector and he was very professional and quick to respond to any of my concerns. I highly recommend this venue for any large gathering.

I had my wedding on 08/07/21. The staff was never there the whole time of the event and the security never showed up. The pools were super dirty. The toilet paper they said they put in the restroom only was enough for 1 hour. 2 rolls wasnt going to be enough for 150 guests. They expected us to take the trash out to the dumpsters. The mens restroom was a disaster and wanted us to clean it. Dont ever recommend to anyone.

I attended a wedding on 08/07/21 which started at 5PM, by 7PM there was no toilet paper in the restrooms. They put 2 rolls on top of each toilet in two stalls and expected it to last for 150 guests? The entire time not once did I see any staff from the venue to address any issues. There was supposed to be a security guard which we never saw, there were some guests that had too much to drink and there was no one there to monitor the wedding. This place is really nice but their management needs much work. At the end of the night we heard that the bride was told the venue had to be left spotless with no trash and that the trash had to be thrown out in the dumpster. These people just wanted an exuse to not give her deposit back. In the mens restroom a hose was leaking n flooded one of the stalls, my husband said the toilet still worked and flushed so the toilet didnt over flow. But again there was no one there to address this, we heard the bride n groom were told if they didnt mop the floor in the mens restroom they wouldnt get their deposit back. I messaged the bride today and she said they didnt return the deposit. Beware of this place, it is beautiful, however you will not have a security present even though you get charged for one, you will have no staff from the venue there to address any issues. When you call or text them they give you push back. They literally want you to clean the venue after your event to the point of mopping and throwing the trash out. Yes they will be really nice when showing you the place but once you have your event they are no help.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. We had to cancel our daughter s graduation party with everything going on. Contacted Hector Rodriguez. He refused to give us the deposit back ($500), which by the way there is no disclosure on the signed contract. He said he would meet with us today at 2pm at the venue to return the money we gave on top of the deposit ($1,600). HE DID NOT SHOW UP NOR HAS HE RESPONDED TO CALLS OR TEXTS. What kind of business does that?! NEVER EVER RECOMMENDING THIS VENUE EVER AGAIN.

I attended a wedding on 4/29/2021 at this venue. Dirty. There are 2 pools and they were both filled with dirt and grime. The light fixtures were filthy. There was a random large hole with a pole in it filled with mud, leaves, and murky water. This hole was situated 10 feet away from where the bride and groom were married. Bizarre and disgusting. The bathroom was poorly stocked. Instead of refilling toilet paper in the dispenser, a couple of rolls were haphazardly put on the toilet bars and the toilet itself. Instead of refilling the paper towel dispenser, they placed 2 rolls of paper towels in the window sill. They got wet and soggy as the night ensued. These are both high touch areas and with COVID currently an issue, this clearly wasnt a priority for the owners/managers of this venue. The venue left out the chairs in the middle of the main hallway so guests had to sidle along to get by. According to the family, the venue said that they would replant more flowers (the frost in February killed a lot of them). But, at the last minute, informed the bride that they would not be replanting anything in time for her wedding. But theyve had since February? I assume theyve had other events, why make all of their events look at these ugly brown dead plants? According to the family, any requests made were met with resistance and made to feel like they were bothersome. Overall, this wasnt even my event and I was grossed out by the venues lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to COVID safety. Please carefully consider another venue worthy of your money.

Had my daughters quinceanera here and had the best service. They made my decorations and decorated the chairs and tables. We where able to decorate everything a day before. They include a bartender for our drinks which was easier for me to manage the party.

My daughter had her wedding here last weekend and first of all I feel that they should have gotten at least half of thier deposit back because we did clean up the venue after our event. We may have missed a few things here & there but nothing big because first of all thier was no mop provided at this place. We mopped with paper towels the best we could. We had to also use our own napkins in the bathroom for toilet paper since there was none provided of paper towels for our hands. There was no hand soap in the dispensers either. There was also roaches in the kitchen and in the dining area while our guest were eating which was disgusting and embarrassing! We were shorted on tables that we were promised so some of our guest had to stand and eat. Also, apparently there was a secret security officer of site according to the owner of the venue that was NEVER introduced to neither us so if there would have been a problem of some sort who would we have notified? To me this is just poor management period!! To begin with he had already been giving my daughter & daughter in law the run around which is straight up BS cause this is not what they need after already stressing over wedding planning. Im sorry but we left no trash, we swept up the whole venue folded up all the chairs & tables and the owner still says the whole deposit is his?...thats horrible!!! Im not saying he didnt pick up a few things here & there but he should at least give them something back!! Yes this is a Nice place but very poor management & needs Pest Exterminator ASAP!

They were very uncooperative. When we needed to get in contact with them they were unresponsive and you had to make an appointment to meet with them. Tried many times to get in contact with them to give them the floor plan for the event and they said they never got it. So they didnt set tables for my event. Very unprofessional group of people running this venue. There are many things they say is in the contract that isnt. Theyre contract is half a page and basically says to clean up and dont let the music go past a certain time. I DO NOT recommend them. You get what you pay for. This place is cheaper for a reason - they dont help you at all.

Had my wedding here on 11/15/18. This day was entirely too stressful as is but the venues owners made everything worse for me. I told them how I wanted the floor plan to be but then we had to change things around. I told him I would be at the venue ASAP, and just to give me some time. Instead of waiting, he bothered my then fiancé & our moms about how to set up. Then they all kept calling me. Who calls a bride that many times the day of her wedding?? When I finally arrived, he had a horrible attitude and then all the chairs that are promised in the contract were not there. Only about 50ish of the White metal chairs were there instead of the 100 stated in the contract. Then, the black chairs were dusty and dirty. The sound speaker outside wasn t working (he never told us that beforehand) but thank god my dj had a back up one. The whole time he was there, he just had a horrible attitude and one of the groomsmen was going to fight him. How could you be such a sh*tty person to a couple on their wedding day. This is a beautiful venue but it is horribly ran. When we first booked, there was a really helpful, sweet girl that made us feel like we picked the perfect venue. But then it switched over to someone else and it was horrible. We were supposed to get our full deposit back if we cleaned up and we did, but he deducted almost $100 for spilled sauce. There s a lot of things that were in that contract that this venue did not fulfill, but we decided to let it go yet he took so much off of our deposit. Beautiful venue, horrible management.

This place was amazing!!! It s beautiful it s spacious! I just got married there on 8-4-18 the owners are great. I don t live close to this place so I did everything over the phone through text. We had a birthday surprise party here for my sister, I like this place because you can enjoy indoors celebration and also stay outside and enjoy a beautiful sunset forgetting about the noisy city we live in, a huge plus is that there s a well equipped kitchen.
