Oh my goodness, I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Rich Hyde was! He was referred to us by another firm that simply did not have the bandwidth for our case (spoiler alert: just call Rich Hyde first!). Our case involved 2 accidents that my then minor daughter was involved in only months apart. In both accidents she was not at fault and suffered injuries. Her age and with time passing becoming an adult through this process added more layers of complication. The intake process was all about being brutally honest so Mr. Hyde could do his job and possibly prepare my daughter for trial. As a mother having to trust that Mr, Hyde would take care of my daughter s needs did not come easy for me. But he did it! Rich Hyde was amazing!! My case involved two car accidents that were 6-7 months apart. Both of which, I was not at fault for. Both insurance companies tried to blame each other for the medical portions of my claims. Through many difficult months, Mr.Hyde and I weren t sure if we could get a significant payout for my case. I got referred to Hyde when a different law firm (I wont name it) couldnt get the case closed for an injury claim on an auto accident. The other party was failing to take fault in the accident. I have never been in a car accident before and was hesitant to hire an Attorney, until my injury required surgery, then I knew it was time. Mr. Hyde is the best attorney you could ever have. I was involved in one accident where the other party s insurance was giving me the runaround. I called everywhere nobody would help me but Mr. Hyde. He helped me get treatment for my injury quickly. We weren t even done with this case when I was hit again at a red light by a police officer. Again I was injured but not seriously. If you are reading this review then I am going to assume you or a loved one has been through something pretty bad. So please know that I totally understand your position at this time and please accept my sincerest hopes that things make a turn for the better very soon. I found myself in a nightmare December 30th 2021 I received a call from the emergency room at 3:30 am that I needed to come right away it was a half hour drive and I drove by the accident scene right before I arrived at the hospital. I didn t see my daddy s truck but in my heart I KNEW it was his accident. It never crossed my mind he was dead. I was SHOCKED. Just numb with disbelief and pain and confusion then when I went to the tow yard and saw his truck DESTROYED I knew I needed an attorney immediately. I remember thinking about all those attorney commercials I see during the afternoon and should I call one of them then I thought I don t want to be client 551 just another case handed to some new attorney in the herd I wanted someone who would see me through this from start to finish. Mr. Hyde is the best. I had an accident where the other party s insurance was giving me the runaround. I tried to do by myself, but finally when I was told that they couldn t accept liability without their customers statement and that I would be responsible for my car s damage and any fees from towing. I started calling accident attorneys. I was desperate. My car was a huge part of my job and I was hurt. One office put me into touch with Mr. Hyde. He did everything And beyond to get me medical treatments for my injury. While he was dealing with this case I was involved in ANOTHER accident this time with a police officer and we hadn t even finished the first case. He handled both cases at the same time.
