I love Milan LHR in New Braunfels! Meghan is awesome! She set my 1st treatment the same day as my consultation and the results are amazing! Im so excited! Before Milan I had to shave weekly. Ive only had to shave once in the last 5 weeks! Ive had a 60% reduction in hair growth and the hair Im seeing is softer and thinner. Bonus: my credit score went up 30 points after my first payment! This is honestly the absolute greatest customer service I have ever had. The receptionist and the provider are the absolute sweetest people ever. They make sure you are comfortable the whole time. I will never want to go to a different location after this. I had been waxing before I started laser and this experience is so top tier, I will never go back. The results are almost instant. Obviously it is a process and you have to keep up with your appointments but the provider makes sure to let you know what exactly you need to do to take care of your skin after the treatments. If you are thinking about getting laser definitely go here!!!

THEY HAVE MILITARY DISCOUNT!! (had to lead with that) I ve been having a great experience here! After my first treatment, I lost like 55% of hair in my underarms and 40-50% in my Brazilian. I hardly have to shave anymore, which is a huge relief. The ladies who work here are great, and they really take care of you. Katsia (I hope that s how you spell her name) is so sweet and makes sure you re comfortable the entire time. It s never awkward and the treatment session is over quick, probably about 20 minutes or less. I highly highly recommend Milan in New Braunfels to all of my friends and family, and my sister and brother in law started coming here too.

Milan has been a great experience. After my first session I am already shaving so much less than before. Typically, I get a day and a half before stubble. After one session I can go 4 or 5 days before stubble begins to irritate me. Results obviously vary by person but this has been a tremendous experience for me. Im disappointed with Milan laser hair removal as they made me wait over 45 minutes past my consultation appointment start time, causing inconvenience and frustration. There appeared to be only one employee who came out of a back room to say I ll be right with you several times during the long wait. I ended up leaving after 45 minutes of sitting in the waiting room. The lack of punctuality reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service. Love this place. At first I was unsure just because of the price but since they had payment plans I was more inclined to use them. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable and are very friendly. I ve done about 4-5 sessions now and have noticed quite a lot of hair reduction. And the best part is once you ve paid for the service you want they told me if I notice hair growing back at any time in my life to just come back in for another treatment and they don t charge you for that extra session. 10/10

The staff at this location is amazing. When I went for my consultation I felt so comfortable and informed. After my first appt I noticed about 70% of my hair completely gone on my neck. Between the results and the customer service, I wish I could give them 6 stars!

I ve only just completed my second session and my self confidence is soaring!! I have dealt with dark and coarse facial/neck hair that has made me miserable and self conscious for at least 20 yrs! I shaved 1-2 times a day to try to avoid the hair growth. But after only 2 treatments, I m so happy to say my face and neck are so soft and hair free! It s amazing! Best $ ever spent!!!! For those of you that may have tried laser hair removal in the past with poor results, just know the lasers have come A LONG WAY!!! I had 12 treatments back in 2002 with NO results, but not this time!!! I m ready to tackle my legs next Thank you Milan Laser! Also LOVE the team here! Meegan, Courtney and Bekah are first class!

I have been to several Milan Laser locations and New Braunfels is by far my favorite! Cortney always has the biggest smile on her face, is so helpful every time we interact and makes me feel so special each time I m there. Bekah has been so wonderful in helping me feel comfortable in each appointment and guiding me through the next steps in my unwanted hair journey! I d recommend this team and location to anyone I know - it s always super clean and inviting. So thankful for them and all they do!

The staff here is the best!! Courtney always has a beautiful smile on her face to greet you when you walk in, and she addresses you by name, which makes you feel special. Bekah is so considerate when using the laser, always asking if you re okay or need a break, etc. which is very much appreciated! You never feel like you re uncomfortable in the office, it s always very welcoming!

I have been getting laser treatments from this business for several months now, and so far so good!! I was able to get a consult within 24 hrs, and was able to start treatment within 24 hrs of my consultation. They have payment plans so it makes it very affordable for anybody. The team at this location (Bekah, Courtney, and Meeghan) is so nice and welcoming. The treatments are super fast, but sometimes you have to wait for appointments .you must wait 5 weeks in between treatments, but they might push it to 6 or 7 weeks if their schedule is full. To me it s not an issue, because you have unlimited treatments for life, so whether I m going 5 or 6 weeks in between it makes no difference.

I just had my first laser hair removal treatment at Milan in New Braunfels. The staff is amazing. They made me feel safe and took the time to make sure all of my many questions were answered before starting. The consolation process on my previous visit was was very informative and they treat both women and men here. I m excited that the areas I am getting treated have unlimited touch ups included in the price and they have lasers that work on all skin types. Really happy my friend referred me here.

I have loved my experience here! The entire staff is welcoming and friendly! I have never had an issue and they are quick to answer any and all questions! I would recommend this to family, friends, and neighbors! The place is very clean and parking is usually not a problem although stay away from the trees unless you want to clean up bird droppings!

I ve used several salons for laser hair removal over the years, and Milan Laser Hair Removal in New Braunfels is hands-down the best experience I ve ever had. Relatively painless, and the staff is phenomenal! I met with Meeghan for my first consult. She educated me about the process, and explained why laser hair removal does and doesn t work. I learned a lot from Meegan and we had lots of laughs throughout the consultation. Courtney is the amazing receptionist who is efficient and on her game! She always greets me with a welcoming smile and is a delight to visit with. Bekah operates the laser and makes an awkward appointment less stressful. She makes the client feel at ease, and is a great conversationalist which makes the appointment fly by. The additional benefits include great payment plans, unlimited sessions, state of the art technology, and access to any Milan Laser Hair Removal if you happen to be out of town during your appointment. I can t say enough positive things about the New Braunfels location. It s the one appointment I actually enjoy going to because the staff is so friendly!

Milan has CHANGED my life. I struggle with PCOS just like many women, and one of the side effects is unwanted hair. I ve dealt with it for 12 years, and my skin was starting to show it with shaving. I love everything about Milan!
