There are simply no words to describe this incredible company. It is like dealing with one of the sweetest and most caring families you can imagine. It all starts with the owners who happen to be brother and sister. They have a true heart for their business and it trickles down through the caregivers. During the period they cared for my mother in law, the sitters became like family. We never felt like it was just a job for them. They truly cared and it showed. If a sitter ever called in sick they made sure that the shift was covered, even if that meant one of the owners or supervisors had to come out. If you are ever in need of home care for a loved one be sure to call HomeWell, you will not regret it. Thank you Meredith & Jeff, you and your entire staff are dearly loved and appreciated!!!

This company just wasted my time. I applied for a job with them. The job listing read, no skills needed, training available. I am in Nursing School, and do not have any hands on patient care yet. They called me in for an interview, knowing I didn t have any skills yet, and when I got to the interview, April asked me if I had skills in caregiving. I replied, no, I have a family, so I care for my children, but no patient caregiving. She said, unfortunately, we need people with skills already. I replied, the website says no skills required. She said, yeah, unfortunately, we need somebody with skills. Sorry to make you come in. If you ever think about working for this company, you might want to rethink your decision.

HomeWell home health care.. My mom recently was admitted into the hospital, and we needed some home health care for my stepdad. Meredith made it quick, easy and we had peace of mind with HomeWell. The caregivers were caring, reliable and efficient. I can t say enough good things about my experience with HomeWell.

When you reach the lowest of lows its only by taking a hand that you can rise again. In a time when our loved ones health was quickly declining, the team at HomeWell Care began assisting the moment they were brought on. Working each shift to tweak and assess our situation to ensure that the correct level of care was received each evening. Absolutely the very best care and love shown to my wife Renee through her struggle with Parkinsons disease and ultimately hospice care. Meridith, Jeff and all of the care givers were professional, prompt, extremely friendly and loving to not only Renee but my entire family. I highly recommend them to anyone needing home care. As a small business owner in the medical profession I was very impressed by the service, compassion, and care from HomeWell Care Services. We have now used HomeWell for 2 events with my parents. One was an emergency medical event that required immediate 24/7 care and a second situation for extended care that ended with 24/7 hospice care. In both situations Meredith, Jeff and their entire staff were able to mobilize immediately and provide the compassionate care that our family needed. HomeWell has been a true blessing to our family and I highly recommend them for any of your care needs.

I highly recommend HomeWell Care Services. My father-in-law suffers from severe dementia. He broke his hip in October and we admitted him to a memory care facility. We hired HomeWell to stay with him when we couldnt. They were are our eyes and ears. The facility was not able to provide the care he needed, so with Merediths help (after many after hours and weekend texts and calls), we decided to move him home and have HomeWell sitters help us. The sitters are kind, dependable, and most of all patient. He is happy and we are thrilled his is able to be at home. Thank you Meredith, Katrina, and Tory!

I had a Home Health Care nurse for the first week after my major surgery and she was a godsend. She helped with the little things we never thought about and was always there to lend me a hand as I got out of bed, got my shower, etc. She made sure I ate and always had something to drink. When we first thought of hiring a temp helper, I thought it might be overkill - it DEFINITELY wasnt and I would highly recommend this company. Meredith came out prior to scheduling someone and spoke about what I wanted and checked up over the week on how things were going. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the initial scheduling and with my Home Health Care nurse.

I love working for HomeWell. They truly care about their clients and their employees. I have seen how everyone from the office to the caregivers come together to make sure that clients needs are met. They are always very flexible with scheduling and your needs for days off. I would definitely recommend them to clients for services or as an employer.

We happened upon Homewell Care Services when my 85 year old uncle was recovering from surgery. We needed someone to reliable, organized and kind to help care for him. Meredith and her team have been wonderful! Prompt service and patient and great communication. If you are in need of home care, I recommend them without hesitation!

We contacted Meredith with immediate needs for our parents and she did not hesitate to take care of everything that we needed. Every caregiver that came to our parents home was outstanding. At a time when we needed an agency to help care for our father immediately, HomeWell Cares answered with We got this! The other agencies I spoke with could only tell me that they were working on it . HomeWell s caregivers gave dad excellent care, with dignity and compassion for both he and our mother. We would highly recommend this company for your loved ones needs.

From the first conversation with Meredith, coordinating Post-surgery care for our father, I knew we were in good hands. The Caregivers are professional, compassionate and kind, truly a Godsend! Caregivers are very good, overall. Only drawback is a couple of them, who I thought would stay with my husband on long-term basis, departed suddenly. Stability is important to my husband, a dementia patient.

My 101 year old mother has had the privilege of living in some of the finest senior communities in central Texas until staying at home became our familys preferred option. The referral of HomeWell Care Services and Meredith Clark became literally the most fortuitous event in the difficult and complicated process of scheduling, selecting and thoroughly vetting each individual considered for potentially caring for her! I spoke to Meredith on the phone, met her in person within 30 minutes and had a caregiver within 36 hours! She was honest and upfront about the challenges to expect from acquiring weekend personnel and she was quick to embrace the ongoing fluctuations we imposed upon her with our mothers unique requirements. In this world of today, where finding quality individuals in any field who actually want to work, the fact that each person whom we met through Home Well was beyond compassionate, caring, sensitive and professional reflects the respect and leadership that Meredith Clark garners from those with whom she selects to be in the family of HomeWell Care Services. I cannot recommend this company with any higher praise than to say they are the blessing and the prayers answered for some of the most difficult times in life and lifes end.

My Mom was given the opportunity to live her last days at home. Homewell provided the care that exceeded my expectations. Their compassionate care was on full display to my Mom and Dad. They integrated in like close family. I never felt pressured or anything but their love and care for my Mom, Dad and me. It was a difficult time as my Mom passed away, but Homewell made it comfortable for all of us. Highly recommended .

Hopewell was a delight to deal with. They are a hands on company and I appreciated dealing directly with the owners. In a desperate search for home care for my mother we found HomeWell . I cannot say enough about the quality, and professionalism that we received from Jeff, Meredith, and all of their caregivers. The care and compassion from them all was second to none. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for home care for their loved ones.
