Lackluster sports bar. Pretty standard issue, probably fun if youre pounding beers and watching a game with friends. Food is about what youd expect from a sports bar. Wait staff does their job but dont expect to be wowed by the service. No major complaints but very meh.

2nd time visiting, 1st time visiting on a sports Sunday after 20 minutes of the game coming on a customer fell backwards and hit his head on the concrete ground out on the patio, myself and 3 other customers helped the customer, keeping him conscious and alert until the ambulance arrived. The owner and 2 waitresses stood on the side and watched. I decided to go back and give this place a 2nd try, I thought maybe it was just a bad Sunday.. 2nd visit, arrived 20 minutes before the game, I asked 3 tables that had single empty seats could I sit and they all replied someone s coming so I stood at the bar, a nice man grabbed me a stool from the bar and sat it at the bar, I was happy I just wanted to watch the game. Then a manager (lady) comes over to me and says they said you need a seat(I m already sitting) I said a nice guy got me a seat, thanks) she then left and came back with another guy saying he s a president of the sports club you can sit with him I said no thanks I m fine here, she tells him oh well I can t make her happy I m confused because I already had a seat. I ordered a margarita and a turkey club sandwich, received my drink within minutes which was good and cold after 20 minutes my food is handed to me, I gave it back to the bartender, it wasn t the sandwich I ordered and the plate was also dirty with wing sauce and other food stains on it. I told her this isn t what I ordered and the plate is dirty. I said that s okay, I ll just have this drink. Another server says I ll make it for you myself, I m so sorry I said okay, she left and came back and said the manager said I couldn t because of a seat issue with you earlier. I couldn t believe it, I got up and went and spoke to the owner/president whom was watching the game also. I started to tell him about my experience and the dirty plate that my food was served to me on but the manager (lady) came and whispered in his ear and then that s when this man started yelling and balling up his fist and said I have over 500 people in here, do you want me to go to the back and ask for a special order only for you! I said no I only asked for a clean plate with my food on it. He then he proceeded to tell me to go to other places where there is no customers like Buffalo Wild Wings or twin peaks but he has to many people to worry about one. I paid for the margarita and left. I will NEVER go back and no I do Not recommend this place to anyone. The manager should be ashamed which I m sure she s not, none of these people never even apologized for serving me food on a dirty dish. The President/Owner was so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and frankly did not care at all of the experience I was having in his establishment. He actually added to it. This place is not only a liability but it s also unsanitary. You can be open 15 or 20 years and have the same reserved customers come but to treat and speak disrespectful and aggressive towards a customer after your staff served them food on dirty dishes tells me you should undergo some classes and courses or shut down . Treat new customers just as good as you treat your regulars!

This place can get really really busy on karaoke nights. We came here on a Saturday with tons of other people wanting to sing. The food is all right, I will say my wings were a little too salty. I ended up getting the lemon peppered ones. My boyfriend seems to like his Monte Cristo but he did say it was a little dry. This is a fun laid-back place you can go to when you just want to hang out with other people. However if you do not like a lot of loud noise I would not recommend. The staff is friendly, however they seemed to disappear when it was time to go. This is a great place on Saturday for karaoke instead of the other locations.

This was a great place compared to the reviews! This is a better version of pluckers. : food was pretty good and affordable ($25ish per person with an alcoholic drink) : drinks were more on the sweet side but still a good amount for an affordable drink : the atmosphere is really nice here with the pool tables and outdoor seating. There is 3 sections: adults only, sit down high tops for adults really, and regular tables for families. : clean bathrooms If you go, ask for Derek because he gives the best service and recommendations.

Ill be very blunt. I dont understand how this place has stayed in business as long as it has. These might have been the worst nachos Ive had in Plano. I had to use table salt to give it flavor. Even the cheese didnt taste like anything. To be fair, the chips amazingly never got soggy. People were ordering wings left and right, but as we saw them come out they were very unappetizing. They looked like they were cooked in the oven and then people whispered sauce on them. Buffalo wild wings, wing daddy, hell even Wingstop looked more appetizing. The margaritas were awful. Tasted like bad cheap margarita mix. The building itself is really cool.

Hi, yes my name is karen....lol. I came here with a couple friends to watch the Mavs game, eat, have drinks, and play pool for fun. BUT The bartender who l ordered my food with was extremely rude. When wanting to order my food he acted as we didnt belong there or was annoyed he had to take our order and said Do you even have a tab open? like sir im sorry but no, but thats not how you should treat a paying customer. He was a bald guy who was bigger built (I ordered the chicken tenders and they were honestly mid. The batter needs some seasoning it was a bit bland). Then later that night that same bald bartender kept ignoring me at the bar when trying to order drinks. When he finally would take my drink order he acted as if I was bothering him??? like what?? im at a bar trying to get a drink hahah. He would give me the receipt so l could pay and then when it came to getting change he would keep some of the change. I understand he wanted a tip but thats not very professional to keep someones change. I did ask him for my change and he laughed as if my 2 dollars was nothing. I was trying to give him a five and get my 2 dollars back. Instead he kept a dollar and game me a dollar back so all he got back was a dollar in the end. All I want to say is that service here is really bad and I dont think these people really care about their job or their customers. If you see this review bald guy please go to therapy or even better yet get a better job!

I was there one night on a friday May 3rd. I dont know if it was a fight or just people pushing people around. One of the customer slammed another customer down on the bench and the guy with the Mohawk style hair took off running. Later on that night I heard that it was an Employee that off that night, was the one who took off. The other customer on the ground wasnt responsive and the ambulance arrived and thats when I left. Best bargain...wings on Thursday. Drinks are typical, nothing over the top with five minutes of shakers and bottle flips. Crowd can get rowdy if youre there for a game or UFC fight, but not outta hand. Biggest beef with this place is that they are too lazy to fix the of it. Good food, not typical bar food. The atmosphere is lively and varied. Pool tables, quiet area around from the bar for dining, a large active bar area, and a lovely sizable patio. It s casual and had plenty of regulars to welcome you. An excellent Caesar salad on my next visit. Tastes freshly made. I ll order without tomatoes next time. Tilapia tacos are delish.

One of the Best Sports Bars and Restaurants in Plano, TX. Great food and drink specials daily. Great location and good parking also. My wife and I went here on a Saturday night around 11pm. Placed our order with a server and Never saw him again. A food runner brought our food, incorrect order, but he corrected it. The food was good I will say, however, nobody ever returned to check how the food was, or to refill drinks ect. When we finished, someone came by to clear our table pushing a cart. We asked him if we could get our server and a check. Nobody came to our table for 15 more minutes. A new server stopped by our table to ask if we were ready to order. We explained we had been here for an hour, already eaten and our table cleaned and still no sight of our server or our check. She apologized and said she would take care of it. A 3rd server stopped by to drop off our check. Get this, there was an automatic 20% tip charge added. 20 more minutes passed and no one returned to pick up the bill with payment. I had to hand carry the chect to the bar area myself to pay. Will never ever return to this location do to total lack of service.

Came here as a large group to watch a basketball game and it takes 45 minutes to get a refill. The server disappeared and remained to be unseen. Was not checked on enough by Calista.. had to go to the bar and ask a different bartender for a refill then all for water refills for my drivers, she came back by and asked if we were OK and I said no, you dont check on me enough, we ordered 3 drinks, those got empty and still she never came back to the table, I had to tab out with yet another bartender so I left a $5.00 tip and dont feel bad about it.

We were here with a large group on a Friday night. There parking lot was packed, so I was afraid it would be a crush of bodies- but the space is much larger than I expected- three main rooms- and it didn t feel crowded, at all. Place is FILLED with screens- I imagine it s a fantastic place to watch a game. They have a room with darts and pool tables, too. We only ordered appetizers and they were totally standard bar fare. Don t expect a pretty plate or special flavors. (I loved their light, crispy tortilla chips!) Their drink prices seemed reasonable- we ordered a 34 ounce blue moon-$11. The highlight for me was-we had about 30 people in our group- and the service was stellar. Friendly, fast, accurate.

Worst experience. Manager said his name was also Sean and refused to give corporate Info but Instead had a friend push me out of the establishment. I will never go back to such a racist club without an apology from ownership. Was willing to pay 15% for the subpar experience but manger said don t pay anything in that case. This tipping cloture is out of control!

Had the worst experience of my life. I went to visit my daughter in Texas. Her and her fiancee decided to take me out to have some drinks. First we had to go get a waiter to take our order. When he came he was very rude. I had a Philly cheese steak and a couple of long Island iced teas. The food was decent and decently priced. The drinks were good and fairly priced. We decided to do karaoke. We left our purses and cell phones on the table. After singing we returned to the table to find that it had been cleaned off and our valuables no longer there. We went to the bar to ask if they knew who had cleaned the table and where our things were. Within minutes the security ran up to my daughters boyfriend who wasnt even saying anything and grabbed him around his neck and started dragging him out of the club. Thats when all hell broke lose.my daughter followed trying to get the security to release her boyfriend. By the time we got out the door the police were there. Security quickly went inside and disappeared. They left us to speak with the 5 cars of police that came. The Plano police were the best. Outstanding officers everyone. They listened to us and told us that there is always something shady happening there. Finally the manager comes out. The police talked to him and he went back in. 2 minutes later he comes out with my daughters purse. Then goes back in and comes out with my purse and cell phone. Then he proceeds to give my daughter and her boyfriend a notice banning them from ever coming back. So just to reiterate they stole our purses, put my daughters boyfriend in a headlock and drugg him out the club just because we asked about our stuff and then banned them from returning. There is something shady for sure going on at this club. The security never came back out and never once spoke to the police giving them an incident report about why they felt the need to get physical with any of us. Other people have since told me that they have been drugged there and have had money and cards stolen from them. Stay away. Its a very seductive vibe that will make you feel very good and relaxed but I promise thats when they will get you. Watch out!!!

Food was your typical bar food but very tasty! Seriously good & fairly priced! Beers was cold, huge, & also fairly priced! The servers were AMAZING. Seriously they deserve a billion dollars for how well they kept up with everything. We went to the Eagles v Cowboys game a few weeks ago & the place was packed but they were on top of drinks, food, refills & all super sweet & friendly. The atmosphere was AWESOME for the game. Huge screens throughout with tons of smaller screens all around as well. This is such a great spot, we hope to be back again soon! Parking: Tons of parking Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly because the environment felt safe but be mindful of big ticket games, it s very loud & packed!
