The cashier told me I couldn t order a small specialty pizza, even though it s on the menu. So I asked for a medium and didn t notice he charged me for a large until I sat down! There was so much sauce on the pizza, the toppings fell right off. Won t return, would rather donate the money directly to the school.

What an awesome experience all around. The kids had such a great time. Sarah the girl at the counter was super sweet and patient with my kids changing their minds constantly lol. She even let us know about double points Tuesday. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for your service and a safe place for the kids to go that won t break my wallet.

On 08/18/2024, we had my daughters birthday party at Peter Piper Pizza. We had reserved tables from 5 pm-7 pm. Unfortunately, the host who assisted us was very rude and seemed impatient. She rushed us and even began clearing the tables while we still had guests eating. I had to speak to the manager to ask that she stay away from our tables. I was willing to do the cleaning myself to avoid further conflict. The manager seemed lost and had little to no answer to any of my questions or concerns. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering we had spent over $350 for the party.I cleaned up both tables that we used at the end of our party.

We went for a Sunday funday but ended being robbed by one or the workers we where playing the arcade and I left my purse in one of the games for maybe 5-10 min one of the workers comes to another game we where at saying is she Janie Loyola ? Meaning they where going through my purse I had $75 and it was gone I called they next day and they said cameras Dnt show anything supposedly my name was called on the microphone and it wasn t we where the only people left it was literally 5 min before close no one called my name ! Besides both ladies waking up to us with there hands in my purse ! One of them took it and the manager hilda got upset yelled at me saying the cameras Dnt show anyone taking anything so when I said that didn t make sense and to walk me through what goes on in the camera footage she started to yell at me to just make a police report and that s it what a great management

I m giving my review based on a birthday party we booked. There is only one package we can book which I was ok with, but the website definitely needs to be updated because it still shows we would receive tokens, not a fun pass. It was even allowing me to put add ons like $25 for 100 tokens so I was caught by surprise when I was handed fun passes. Also the package says I would receive a framed photo of the birthday star and I did not receive that. It also said they would decorate the table with balloons and there was absolutely no decorations, if I would have know that , I would have brought my own decorations. Our host was very hard to find most of the time. I had to wave down another host just to get help. The pizza was great but it did take long to get to our table. Towards the end of our two hour reservation we received our receipt and that was the end. We noticed some birthdays were being announced over the intercom and I was upset that we didn t get that special announcement for our birthday boys. Not sure if it s supposed to be requested or if it s for all birthday parties but either way I would have loved to make it just a little more special for my boys.

The pizza is always excellent. Wings are also delicious and I got to mention the ice cream cones and root beer floats are so good. I do wish the staff was more attentive to the bathrooms and dirty tables. It seems every time we come the staff is slow paced even during rush hours. Tables are picked up but not wiped down. Hopefully it changes. The games are fun but some seem to be always broken or out of order. So variety becomes limited.

This would be a really fun place to come with the grandkids. As it was, my lunch partner & I shared a large double pepperoni pizza, well done and had 3 big slices leftover to go. For all the arcade games, it was fairly quiet. I can image it could be loud on a busy Friday night or Saturday. The pizza was surprisingly good. We tried the garlic cheese bread, but eh, it was ok. Parking: Big open parking lot. We always get to park right in front of the Kid-friendliness: This is a bigger kid s paradise with lots of arcade style games. I don t think it would be much fun until a child was 7 or 8 years old. I didn t see a ball pit, or other toddler play spaces. It would be great for a birthday party for tween kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Open parking with wheelchair accessible entrance. It s also open and spacious inside which would makes it easy to get around inside

Pay attention to your receipts and the disrespectful young workers at the gift shop!!! Last night they wanted to over charge me just because the employee misunderstood me and even admitted to it to me thankfully the manager who was the sweetest older short lady didn t get her name fixed it for me. After that my daughter who s 8 went to exchange her birthday certificate at the prize shop two employees name NICK and DEBANNI took away her card and told her she wasn t getting anything and to leave my child came to me and said mom they took my card and told me to leave I walked over there and said why did y all told my child that both of them laughed in my face thankfully i had 7 family members witness of how childish these two employees acted. Manager came in i told her to speak to my daughter so she could listen to what happen. So nice of her to take her to choose a prize and said she will be checking the cameras to see how my child was getting treated. I work with customers not once to i treat them with so much hate. I will be sending an email to corporate.

Wanted to share my experience here after Thanksgiving weekend. Went with my husband to enjoy a relaxing day only to be uncomfortable the whole time. Manager RITA made us feel so unwanted there. Staring at us the whole time bx we ordered a pitcher of beer and she wasnt happy with how slow I was drinking. Not one but twice she came near us to say that we both need to be drinking bc we ordered a pitcher. She stared at our ids for literally 3 mins like it was fake. I was so unhappy with this visit. Went here for a grandchilds birthday party. Surprisingly, great pizza and fast friendly service. Easy to get to, and lots of parking. Well I hate to compare this place to Chuck E. Cheese but it s the best option I have. This particular location (don t know if it s more) has a very small section of games. Now keeping in mind that toddlers would probably have a blast because they can ride a ride for a long time. However the selection of games was pretty small. They also did away with tickets and now put them on cards. Me personally I enjoyed the whole ticket phase. Now the food was absolutely terrible. I don t know what was going on with the pizza but that cheese pizza was absolutely terrible (to me) and I mean it with every taste bud in my body. As far is the staff is concerned they didn t really interact with my little one even when she was picking out her prize. They were a bit nonchalant about it and that made me upset because don t treat my daughter like that. Smile at her make her feel like that s the only place in the world to be. Wings and cheese garlic bread were delicious, pizza was undercooked and very saucy which I m not a fan of, but the customer service was great. Food is made to order and when my order was incorrect, they had no problem correcting it.

We came here on the wrong day for a friends birthday party . And from the jump, this generation knows little about customer service. But overall, it was a good experience because when this place gives you lemons... make a lemonade

Friendly staff. Perfect place for a birthday party without the extra fees because of the seating. Games were fun. Im making a change to my review purely for the fact that every time my kids come home from Peter Piper, they end up sick with something. I think that employees need to focus more on sanitation. We havent been here in a long time simply because I dont want my kids to get sick.

I drove and hour and a half and called in the order for when I would arrive it would be ready. 30 minutes later they never even took the order at all.! If i could rate 0 i would.!

Unclean tables, can you make the one topping on your pizza extra cheese? Nope that topping is extra regardless. Mediocre pizza, mediocre wings, pay extra for ranch. An added bonus was Miriah rolling her eyes and cutting off questions before they can be asked. Brought my niece and nephew here since the reviews online were positive, but this experience was the opposite. I cant imagine a return trip in the future.

This was a nice evening out. The servers were really nice, and the redemption team really helped us out when our Funpass wasnt working. My child had such a good time after that.

Well we were there orderd food eat but didnt finish cuz kids wanted play so we let them play for awhile and were planning to go back and finish eating and when went back theu threw or food away even or glasses that we payed extra for. They could have asked if we were done

It was an OK place - I ordered a Salad & Hot wings & - - The Salad was - A Salad Similar to 1 you get at Walmart! The Hot Wings tasted like they on the verge of going Bad! They were just - Ok.

Katie at the register was fantastic, she navigated me through understanding how many points I would need for my 1 year old to have fun. However, the rest of the outing wasnt really great for a toddlers as she was to big for the baby rides and too young for the big kid rides. Lastly, there wasnt many games. Overall, its ok.

Birthday party invite! Clean and food is good! Games are cool but the prices for the tickets won are ridiculous. Like, children can barely get what they really want if youre costing that much for the prizes! Id rather just let them play and not go to the counter for the prizes, still will have a good time there. Who can resist pizza and games?!

Ok, so found this lunch buffet by accident. Went in and was greeted with a welcome. Had a nice little salad bar and plenty of pizza on the buffet. Even had the delicious dessert pizza (hit the spot) and the pizza itself was actually pretty good. Heres why the 3 stars. I been here twice now and same exact thing both times. 8 out of 10 pizzas was pepperoni. Dont get me wrong, love me some pepperoni pizza. However in my opinion (which truly only matters to me) a buffet should have multiple options. That being said, the pepperoni pizza is good and I know it the most popular style pizza but please put out different kinds of options. I also recommend putting out a sign out front so people know you even have a buffet. I been traveling cooper for 30 years and just realized you guys had a buffet. Your pizzas good enough to bring people in that think its only a kids place. Just my opinion

Easily my favorite pizza place. They have a nice selection of games to play as well, but I m usually too focused on the food.
