My sister Patricia needed a little help to get on the bed because she is in a wheelchair. No assistance was offered to help me get her on the bed; however, I was able to finally manage it by myself. To at least offer help or assistance would have nice. Thanks.

I like the staff they have now . Previously under Radiology Associates, I had some issues with a worker who did not want to a breast sonogram, even if it was ordered by my Dr. Not sure if that woman left , but Elizabeth was very nice , professional , and happy to perform her job . My wait time was longer than expected , but at least I did not have to argue with someone who thought she should decide what is necessary, and what is not .

This place is the most diligent caring facility I ve ever experienced over the course of several months. Everyone was beyond compassionate caring and went over and beyond to help me endure this long process via my insurance denying me repeatedly. I needed a diagnostic mammogram and I was received by a caring staff. I needed to have a lot of images taken and Ashley was patient and kind and thorough. I had to also have an ultrasound and she helped to calm my nerves. We had a wonderful conversation. All in all it was great experience.

I ve used Rayus in the past for other testing; however this visit by far weals the best experience. The wait time prior to going to the back was minimal and the test itself took no time at all. It took less than 30 mins from walking in the door to out the door. The technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasant face to see early in the morning. I would recommend Rayus to anyone needing their various services! Five stars in my book.

This was the most efficient service I have had at this facility since I began visiting. I completed all the preregistrations and questionnaire prior to the visit, so I was able to arrive just in time for the appointment, complete minimal check in paperwork, and have almost no waiting time before my screening. I love this place Ive had several CTscans,MRIs I have preferred my Doctors.send me here for CTscans or mmgrms for about 2years now. I have always had Pleasant experience from the check in to the end of a visit ,everyone truly cares for their Paitent Guest the staff so thoughtful ,and kind while allowing you to keep your dignity.They always make sure your comfortable the equipment is safe and disinfected. On August 17, 2024, I had three appointments. I had a mammogram by Kimberly I had a x-ray bye Defonshay and I had a sonogram by Adriene.. The x-ray and sonogram went well but for as of the mammogram that lady was a little harsh, she was breathing hard like because she couldn t get it right , but she kept on asking me you OK you OK.

On 7/31/24 I had my first visit and first time ever having a mammogram and ultrasound. First of all I didn t wait long at all. They were very timely. I also loved how they call before your visit to discuss payment arrangements instead of when you arrive as this is a private matter. Maria was very friendly and informative. Kimberly performed my mammogram and she too was very informative as well as very kind. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Elizabeth performed my ultrasound/sonogram and she was also informative and kind. She did a great job in explaining next steps. I had my second visit on 08/09/24 and this time was for a biopsy. Roxy was very sweet and again everything was timely which I love because I hate waiting. It was not long at all. Janet explained the process and informed as to what would be happening and what to expect. She was very caring and sweet. She did a great job in providing me all necessary information. Elizabeth prepped me for the biopsy with Dr. Wajid and helped me relax a bit. I enjoyed the warm blanket. She and Dr.Wajid did my biopsy and I had no complaints. The procedure didn t bother me at all. It actually looked worse than it felt lol Dr.Wajid talked me through the whole process as he took samples and I liked that. Also was a handsome man :) Janet reiterated after care procedures and Kimberly took a few more pictures after and was very hospitable. Unfortunately due to the office being out of network, I won t be back but I do appreciate the kindness and care provided. I appreciate you all and thanks for the prayers !

HORRIBLE. Id like to complain about the bad service, the throwing of blankets by an 400-lb MRI tech (weight not relevant, but as an identifier) and the lack of customer service at the front desk on her RETURN visit, BUT my real complaints are with the honestly near death experience my mother (an octogenarian) suffered. Pre-MRI imaging they failed to ask my mother if she would have a reaction to contrast dye OR look into her chart (she had been there before) OR give the patient a reasonable questionnaire to ascertain the possibility of any contraindications when given MRI contrast. This should have been caught by the managing RN on-site or the MRI tech. Had I not intervened after seeing the orders, she could have been hospitalized or even worse. The facility not only lacks the compassion to navigate people with severe illnesses, they also lack the basic competencies required to do their jobs. I dare say the site imaging done this day was sub-par and requires reimaging. However, she will never return to this place. But please, if youre into being treated as sub-human and cared for by robot-like figures that are not happy in their positions, take a chance, with your life. The grunt workers behave this way because they dont see any different from the top. It trickles down. There are better and more qualified places to get imaging and care. Please research and do your due diligence. Your life could be in the balance. This place doesnt even deserve the 1-star given. They excelled only at being inferior, at everything. Job NOT well done. NOTE to manager: Please dont offer some post-error apologetic note for Google reviews as if there was real concern. Its pointless. Your job is to re-direct or replace your employees if the job is not done well. You know and you dont care or it wouldnt happen. I am SURE this is not the first time your facility and employees have been informed of your second-rate service. And Spanish-speaking ability does NOT equate a job capability. Your front desk/registration person needs coaching.

Don t let you 80 yo mother go to this place by herself, the rudeness and mistreatment isn t acceptable. They will yank out her IV and let her bleed over herself , won t help her up on the table for testing and will start the test without telling them . Desoto location is horrible . The MRI & MRI tech were great. However, my experience with the receptionist who called me the day before was terrible. I currently have a payment plan (which is paid on time every month in full) for a past MRI with RAYUS. The lady who called me the day before this MRI told me I would have the pay the full balance of about $1,000 when I arrived since I had a past due balance with them. I informed her I was not able to pay that amount of money and informed her of my on time payment plan and that it wasn t past due. She spoke to her supervisor and told me that I could pay 1/2 the amount when I arrived. Okay, great. Still a lot of money but better than the full $1,000. I arrived and was told again, I needed to pay the full balance. I told the gentleman what happened the day before and explained the lady who called spoke to a supervisor and confirmed half the balance as payment was okay. That is the ONLY reason I did not cancel my appointment because It was confirmed I could pay half. The gentleman was very polite and asked me to continue filling out my paperwork while he spoke to his supervisor. His supervisor could not find any notes from the lady who called me the day prior stating the amount she confirmed I could pay, and told me that since it was not notated in my account I had to pay $600 or i could not get my MRI . I am beyond frustrated. 1. I have no past due balance. It is a payment plan that is paid on time and in full every month!!! 2. The lady who called me told me false information apparently. 3. Even though the gentleman who helped me the day of my MRI was very sweet and kind, I am very upset and irritated over the fact I came in expecting to pay a certain amount and was forced to make the decision to pay $200 more, that I can t afford, or just leave without getting the MRI I need. RAYUS radiology. Do better. My first experience with yall was great. This time, horrible. I will not be coming back to you even though you are the cheapest option with my insurance.

I arrived at the facility for my appointment and was asked for my insurance card. I explained to the lady that this was a VA referral and I did not have a card. All of the referral information was on the paperwork that Rays had in their possession. The lady stated that they needed a physical card to scan. They refused to see me for my biopsy procedure. I had to pay out of pocket to be seen by the doctor although I had paperwork with a referral from the VA.

I went to Rayus Radiology today for my annual mammogram. I was greeted by Maria at the front desk. She was very helpful in making sure that I was signed in and took care of the necessary documentation to complete my check in process. Kimberly completed my exam today. She was very thorough in making sure she received a good image and remembered me from a year ago. I would highly recommend Rayus Radiology for imaging and other tests you may need that are cheaper here than having the tests completed at the hospital.

Everyone in the Desoto location are always so nice and friendly. Very professional. I love the decor in the examining rooms. Calming and soothing. Called on a Weds & was happy to know they had a time on a Saturday at the DeSoto location for a mammogram. Arrived at my appt time to find out someone at Rayus cancelled my appt no reason why or even a call to me prior to advise my appt was cancelled. Wanted to reschedule me....why? so you can cancel another appt on me? If you cant even handle a simple task of appt scheduling what makes you think I have any faith that you could do a mammogram.

My husband went for an MRI and had a horrible experience, vowed never to return. Day of appointment he arrived early (pre registered online) paid his copay and waited for an hour and they never called him. He inquired and they said they were still with another patient. He told them he would reschedule. The person who does the scheduling was busy as well, he told them he would call. He rescheduled for the next day and was greeted with an arrogant man saying Oh so you are the one who walked out. My husband responded no I waited an hour and told them I would reschedule. So you walked out he then wanted my husband to fill out all the paperwork again, my husband told him they said he wouldnt have to when he made the appointment. He was being a jerk and saying he had to fill them out, while the other young lady was trying to tell him I didnt. Needless to say my husband left again giving him some choice words. You are providing a service and it is not free. People do have options on where they want to these services provided. We ended up going to Rayus in Mansfield with no problems!

Visited RAYUS Radiology Desoto for a mammogram and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Melody at the front desk welcomed me warmly and efficiently guided me through the paperwork process. Kimberly, the mammography technologist, was exceptional in her role. Not only was she professional, but she also ensured the procedure was as quick and easy as possible. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing radiology procedures.

My experience at Rayus was very delightful, professional , helpful and enjoyable. My initial star with the young lady that signed me in was very pleasurable! The two ladies who did my bone density I think it was Carmen and Kimberly who did my mammogram made me feel welcome and comfortable., Their sweet and helpful personality put me at ease with my procedure. Throughout the process, both were friendly , patient and kind. Both procedures were thirty minutes or less. They guided me through from one to the other . My experience at Rayus started off with a smile and ended with a smile. I am a school teacher and if I had to grade my technologists today and the hospitality from the front desk; they would all receive a . Thank you Rayus! Shine On

The tech that did my MRI was a terrible experience, I had to call and speak with a supervisor to let them know of the terrible experience I had. The supervisor I spoke with was so kind and understanding of my concern,and he told me he would get back to me after the situation was resolved.
