Went for a birthday party. Ordered loaded fries, burnt! Also kids were not taking turns on certain courses. Waited about close to ten mind for my daughters turn. Certain course said no foam blocks being thrown and we seen it a few times. Staffed members also just either walked past or ignored it. One young staff member was to busy playing around what it looked like friends.

I ve come here for years. We used to love it, but it is a dangerous & bad environment for little ones now. They let the teenagers, their friends, run wild. Almost kicking the kids while doing flips, cursing, arguing with staff, grinding on each other in the open, teens kicking the kids off the individual trampolines after my little one waited so patiently. I think the worst part was our family group waited so we could play dodgeball four our few minutes that allowed for each group. Well we are a family with 6 little kids, but we waited so we could play some. The referee was very rude and seemed annoyed that her friends had to wait. Horrible place now.

This was my son best birthday party ever. Our hostess Kaylee was the best. She made sure our party room was ready and we didn t have to bring practically nothing, but our cake and candy bags. The atmosphere and food were great! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know in this area.

The young man at the check in was very nice but he told us they were understaffed this summer and they were on a 30 min rotation for opening and closing certain areas. Visited the New Braunfels location on the 4th of July with a group of 9. Their website said they would be open until 6:00pm. When we arrived the woman at the desk said they would be closing at 5:00 pm. I informed her the website says 6:00 pm and she replied, I m not the manager , which is universal code for IDGAF. While playing, it was announced that the kitchen would be closing at 3:00 pm and the park would close at 4:00 pm. Closing two hours before the advertised closing time was a disappointment. I would have chosen to spend my money elsewhere if I had known our playtime would be cut short by a lazy manager who wanted to clock out early. We won t return.

We visited on the 4th of July and thought the park would be open until 6pm. Upon arrival we were told the park would close at 5pm. When asked about the change in time we were told that the employee was not the manager. Roughly 90 minutes later it was announced that the park would now be closing at 4pm. To say the least our group was in disbelief. Without a doubt Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park has just lost 9 future customers.

The best value for cool summer fun! Brought my sons here today. We had a membership years ago and then we moved. Since we re back we tried it again and it was a blast! Clean facilities, all the fun trampolines, obstacle course, dodgeball, and food and drink. Best of all, safe environment for the kids. It s also fun for parents to bounce on the trampolines. Great for staying fit for the whole family.

Took 6 kids We paid for Ultimate package, Skyrider and Ropes were closed during our stay , no refund offered. Very small venue compared to other Urban Air locations. CALL ahead, buses with 150+ kids arrived, made play impossible in small venue. We left disappointed. They do put piece of paper on door about large group coming, but once your there, a little late to find out.

We ve been to the Urban Air in Amarillo and had an amazing time and this was our first time to go to the New Braunfels location. The rock climbing area had 7 different climbing activities and only three child harnesses. Our kids never got to go at the same time, which was disappointing because 1. They wanted to race and 2. They had to wait for the harness then take their turn and then wait for their sibling to take their turn. We spent eons waiting on harnesses. The SkyRider was the attraction the kids looked most forward to and the employees kept shutting it down without rhyme or reason. At the very least, they should have all attractions opened and harnesses to accommodate guests.

Went to urban air, there were roaches in the ball pit, in the playground and I was able to get a photo of one. Attended with a young child and two other children. I was only there 20 minutes and asked for a refund, the manager would not give a refund, contacted corporate and have not heard anything. A complaint was filed with the city, thank you.

Super appreciative of the manager who was working and made sure all the kids in the playground area were below the max height, keeping the little ones safe. I could never recommend this place and would never go back. There is obviously not a max capacity that they abide by, it was completely over packaged, with very little seats for the parents. I had to stand the whole time and with a bad back it was not great. Facility was very small with few attractions and they had to wait in line forever to do anything, nor was it very clean. I purchased tickets online ahead of time and still had to wait on the same line for about 20 mins. Definitely not worth the price you pay to go here, I would not recommend it. Go somewhere else.

First time here, went for a birthday party. As soon as you walk in everything is confusing. There should be someone at the door to let you know what to do or where to go. I managed to see what others were doing and by process of elimination I found where to go. I tried to look for a worker but none of the workers were easily identifiable nor around. Once inside, it was incredibly cold, if you go here in the winter time wear something warm. The activities were okay, a couple of other kids got bored quickly. The tables are right on top of each other, so you had to be careful if you have a large party. $1 for arcade games on top of what you spent to get in and any extra food your kids may want you to buy. I would probably only go here if someone else invited us. Overpriced for not much entertainment.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE 1/23/24 We arrived to urban air at 5:40 to celebrate my little ones birthday & had guest come. Our guest was treated so so poorly. Literally was no one there but my guest and maybe 2 other families with about 5 people working we paid $150 for 6 my guest paid about $200 for 8. We kept having to tell them to open the rock climbing/sky scraper for the kids and each time they made a face and gave us attitude. Two workers told the kids she hated them and she hated her job and didn t need to be doing it. The kids no longer wanted to get on the sky scraper after that how do you tell a 10 year old kid you hate them all because they asked you to put them on the ride YOU WORK AT. We brought it to the managers attention and he had the same ugly attitude as the others working the two girls kept laughing each time they saw us it was horrible. If the entrance was paid for EVERYTHING we expect to for our kids to be able to get on everything without it being a bother and that was not the case we come to this location very often and after the service we received we ll be looking to take our kids elsewhere.

This place has deteriorated so fast. I have a monthly family membership there and have been coming often for quite awhile. The establishment is being utilized as a daycare for some really poorly behaved children. Do NOT come here if unless you expect: - Bullying - Fighting - Vulgar Language - Disorder - Theft Do NOT expect the place to be: - Sanitary - Functioning (some attractions are roped off and close) - Safe (there are squeeze points were kids have climbed behind the attractions) Lastly, this place is on par with a Ballys fitness scam. They sign you up and drag anchor on fixing any of their issues... They hold you hostage in a contract with zero promises to improve anything on their end. Stay aware and Stay Away from this establishment!

Been going here nearly 2 years. Lately there s been issues with kids being dropped off bullying, using the n word , stealing and the manager kicks them out but they keep coming back. No one can be banned because of their TERRIBLE corporate membership structure. I have been emailing with them for 9 days now. They keep trying to tell me I have 5 months left however this is not true and I have provided evidence. I have complete my 12 month commitment and I pay $50 per month for my family. They refuse to cancel my membership and take days to respond to each email. I don t fault the employees at the location. The company clearly wants to make it impossible to cancel memberships which is why they don t allow staff to have any control over it at the location at all. If there was any chance I would have ever come back as a member I won t now.

I give this place 4 stars because it s so fun doing the obstacle courses, playing in the ball pit, jumping on the long trampolines and the small ones, the wipe out, zip line, rock-wall, and snack station. I would ve given this place 5 stars but the workers don t do anything about the baby s jumping on the trampolines when the other people are waiting in line and on the super bouncy trampolines, they covered the part that you can jump onto something and jump off.

I give this 2 stars only because of the ultimate package. My kids love this place and if youre just buying the basic package is worth it. However, this is the 2nd time Ive paid extra for the deluxe pack for my older child. This is the second time Ive had issues with the deluxe activities being closed. Upon buying the ultimate package, we were told to ask a staff member for help, but when we went, the employee told us after the kid IN FRONT OF MY SON was done, the attraction was closed. We werent given a time to come back. Then when I went to another employee, she told me that the manager might be in the back area and to talk to him. Why am I talking to 3-4 people to get the extra attractions I already paid for? Again, great place if youre buying the basic package. Stay away from the ultimate because you will just waste your money and time running around trying to get your moneys worth from employees that really dont care.

Me and my friend were chilling in the basketball area and some stupid teenager decided to jump over us and kicked her in the head and the kids guardian said that will show them to move, we then got an employee to talk to the kid and the careless employee just said watch where your going please, thanks . Just bought two ultimate memberships and both of my children told me some disturbing news. The male teenager working the zip lines was repeatedly using the s and f curse words and having very adult conversations with the other nearby teenage workers. This was July 26, 2023 from 4-5:30. Urban Air is a extreme sports playground for kids. Its a great place for kids mobility areas. My granddaughters are 6 and 8 and they love it. The staff is great, they have all the right gear and harnesses for the kids safety as well as instructors watching in each area. The monthly pass is the way to go. They also do great birthday parties. Go check them out, you can relax and the kids will have a blast!!

My first time visiting this establishment took my 12,11 and 9 year old to celebrate a birthday. We did the ultimate package for all 3 to take advantage of all attractions, Wipe out was out of service, no problem so our kids tried the other attractions. One of my kids is a bit shy and soft spoken and decided to try the ropes course and while I waited at the bottom about 10 minutes my child came back down and said no one helped which shocked me because there was NO LINE. So I went up to the ride and I was also ignored by the very young lady running the attraction. After standing there for about 5 minutes I got her attention and she responded that my child DIDN T COME UP TO HER . You would think if a child goes up to a ride and stands there waiting for about 10 minutes it s because they are there to ride it. What if my child was deaf, autistic or non verbal in some way? They wouldn t be helped because they NEED to come up to her and speak? I m sorry I though the employees are there for a reason whatever happened to good customer service why wouldn t she do her job and ask my daughter how can she help her? Instead of ignoring her and then ignoring me. I m not surprised they have children running the rides they have zero customer service, zero professionalism and do not care about their jobs. I was highly dissatisfied and displeased to say the least. My first visit here left me with a bad impression of this indoor park. If you don t have outspoken children I guess this isn t the place for your family.

Booked my granddaughter s birthday here. No one was manning the check-in station, so we didn t know what to do. Eventually I walked towards the back & asked an employee for help. It took about 15 minutes to get all the kids info put in the computer for the waivers. The kids enjoyed their time there. It just felt rushed due to the delay at the start. My advice would be to get the waivers done online ahead of time, if you can figure it out, or arrive 15-20 minutes early to get everyone checked in

Leaving a 1 star because they are associated with the worst franchise company in America.... I have just experienced the worst customer service in the history of being a member or patron at any establishment. I have waited on hold multiple times to cancel my sons membership. Today I went into our local UA to verify that I can only cancel if I wait on eternal hold. The Asst. Manager confirmed that was accurate. I waited on hold for customer service again. Finally, a very sassy, unfriendly girl answered and asked what I needed. I let her know the scenario of my son only using the membership I was paying for once during the 9 months since weve had it and if was there anything she could do. She said it is up to you to utilize your membership. I knew right then I was in for a treat, a real gem of a customer experience... She told me I had to make three more payments or pay an early termination fee of $35 (which was one dollar less than if I paid the 3 months). I had no idea that I was under a one-year contract. I signed up for the month-to-month membership payment option during the summer, as school was out, and thought it would be a great option. If I wanted a yearly membership I wouldve purchased that. I asked her if it could be transferred she said they couldnt do that. She continued to be snide and rude with her comments and it was apparent she was simply there to press buttons and recite UAs policies, which I might add, are in place to simply rip families off and keep these disgusting, germ-ridden parks doors open. With that said, I asked to talk to a manager. She said she would open a case for me and someone would email me. I asked if they only emailed or if someone would call, as in would there be a human I could speak to? She said no this is a corporation that isnt how this works. First off, that is asinine and secondly, it furthers my point that UA is scamming its customers. WORST FRANCHISE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and it shows in how they manage, treat their customers, and keep their establishments. I would really request someone to call me to discuss this but based on my conversation with the lovely customer service rep I understand that customers and service are not the priorities of UA. Money isnt the issue. It is simply a matter of principle. What company creates so many obstacles for a membership to be modified/cancelled and without an option to transfer? What happens if people move, or have other life events happen? And why lock parents/people into a year of membership that has no options to modify/freeze or transfer? What a joke!

Horrible!! Do not sign up for the membership! They will not allow you to cancel after the full year. After several emails back and forth over months the company still has not canceled our membership! You also have to hound the front desk staff to get them to open up all the areas you pay for. Do not fall for them!!!

Tried Urban Air because I heard good reviews about it but this location disappoints me. There is not much to do, dirty and too crowded. No special play area for kids under 5 except for the dark and under maintenance tube and tunnels. My 4 and 2 yrs old were repeatedly run over by bigger kid. Will try other locations in the future but for now, it s a no.

EDIT: Kevin one of the GMs came in and made it right and was amazing. Changed rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Worst experience ever! Been taking my kids for years since it opened. Today I took them after school today at 4pm. Paid for the ultimate attractions in the amount of $56.27. ALL ultimate attractions are closed and its almost 5:30 and the 24 year old manager Kaitlyn will not give me a partial refund. Half the arcade games dont work and some of the trampolines are in need of repairs. The manager literally argued with me and glared at me like a teenager arguing with her mom. Bad experience!

Life savers! My 5 year old had a party planned at the park today. We woke up to a day full of rain and had to call an audible. Urban Air saved the day. Extremely last minute, they got us into a party room and were beyond accommodating. From the managers to the hostess we were taken care of from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this urban air for any party or day of fun. Food was good, drinks were cold and the facility was very clean. Thanks again Urban Air for saving the day!

Had a party there for our 7 year old she loves it there and had a great time! Our host Maya was attentive and a sweet host! And their assistant manager Jordan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I really appreciated him taking extra care of our special needs 3year old and make accommodations for her. Great place for the kids to run and play and get great activity. From the trampoline area to the climbing walls obstacle course, dodgeball area, basketball, the kids will have a great time and wear themselves out. They offer camps in the summer and have a snack bar. WARNING parents they pump the AC in this place so that the kids dont get overheated. Make sure to take or keep backup clothing in the vehicle it gets really cold in here

We are paying members and since they ve lifted time restrictions for jumping it s terrible. There aren t enough staff (which is an issue everywhere) but if you don t have enough staff then you need to limit the amount of customers allowed in your building. Members do not have an easy way to check in and get wristbands. At any given time there is almost only one person checking customers in. Makes the membership not worth with if you have to wait 45 to get a wristband.

Took my kids here today and waited in line over 30 minutes because they only have 1 person up front to check in guests. I communicated this to the manager and that the front desk needed help and she said I know. The manager completly lacked any customer service service skills or sympathy. She then did help at the front for less than 5 minutes total, then back to long line and only 1 person up front.

DON T BUY TICKETS ONLINE. IT S A SCAM. We pre-purchased tickets online and were even charged a convenience fee. When we arrived, we walked up to the self-service checkout area and were ignored for several minutes. Finally we asked if that was the self-service area and the rude girl at the front said we had to have a ticket. I told her we have tickets and that we purchased online, and she said that we would still have to wait in their super long line. We had to leave with a screaming toddler because we had to wait so long that we didn t have time to play. We re locals too. Screw this place.

Came to Urban Air because the hours show they open at 10 am in Saturdays. We got there about 10:15. A few other families showed up at the same time because they saw the same thing. The employee at the front just on her phone looked up and said we don t open til 11 . I said the website shows 10 - the other families agreed and she told us we were all wrong. I suggest you fix your hours.

I know staffing is difficult, however, some kids were just laying in the balls and not moving in some areas and wrong directions almost creating safety problems, and to make room for the next kid. However, there was a Karen situation between two parents in one of the play areas and the worker was very attentive and patient while the one Mom thought she needed to scold the other Mom. Wish we could all be Gen X and let the kids figure it out, usually goes better for the children when they do. But the one Mom needed to feel power over someone for a moment I guess. Great this young lady did her job and kept the situation calm.

The place is great! but absolutely poor management, general manager lady was the worst would not allow me to explain my reason of me being upset that my kids were asked to leave but other kids same age were running around having a good time, but not my kids. Didn t not allow me to fix the issue with me and insisted calling the cops because she felt threatened by me, when I never said anything rude to her, but simply asked to have my kid sit at the table till my daughter day would end. She ruined my daughter birthday party/day. I lost out on good experience for my kids birthday and felt like I wasted my money to be kicked out for something that I tried to fix. We felt not welcomed after this experience, I will no longer take my kids or book a party s. Walked out crying and in belief of us being treated like if we did a crime. We saw that she kept calling to cops all day that day, for other people and kids as well. She doesn t allow kids to run around or have a good time and called the cops for every little thing Please if you have a party here please be mindful if she s there shes not reasonable and again uses 911 for anything.
