The burger patty smelled like old rotten meat and it looked like cardboard when I tore it apart. The onion rings and pretzel was over cooked and old. Everything was so greasy. I couldnt even eat the food. Dont throw away your $. So disappointed.

Ordered some breakfast burritos.. I stay not even 5min away. Why the food was cold like it had been sitting for hours. THIS IS NOT THE SONIC I KNOW.... I think I will stick to going to the one on Hwy 365. The food is always hot and fresh. And the worker are not trying to act like the store is closed in the AM by not turning on the lights. SMH....

Mind you, I sat in a stall for about 7 minutes and pushed the button twice, no response, must be broke, but then someone pulls up , on the next stall and pushed the button, he receives a response immediately, while sitting there, Im watching them through the window and one of them with headphones on, eating and putting her fingers to her lips constantly like tasty, so I moved over and that same person comes our, I expressed myself and let her know I was watching her, she literally denied eating and tasting her fingers, she was the one! But it didnt stop there, I just wanted a fish patty and was told that they discontinued them and only has fish during lent season, and cant continue to sale it during the year because its too expensive..Sonic! I have never heard this before, nor have I experienced this service before.

I love this sonic because the area it s in and also have had some great memories here, the carhop that has served me twice has gotten my order wrong both times, I made a complaint to the manger after she gave me attitude and scoffed off, he fixed it. Fast forward today, I go again today with a little bit bigger order then the last time, and she answers and takes my order and yet again gets my order wrong. I won t be coming back for a long time. Checkers is right then I can get me order right with out any attitude the girls name is sabrie.

Not to crowded. Service was friendly and quick. I like that the server took the time to repeat my order when bringing out order and also double checked to ensure I had the condiments requested. Nederland Sonic is notorious for cooking their hamburger patties and tots ahead of time and making a meager attempt at reheating them when ordered. Sure, youll get your order very quickly, but the chances of getting a fresh cooked burger are slim to none. These problems dont exist at the Port Neches Sonic. Youll wait a little longer for your food, but it will consistently be hot and fresh. Its been this way for years and is well known in the community. It must be a difference in managerial policies between the two drive-ins. That being said, in all fairness, I do have to mention that the wait staff are always friendly and courteous.Just my two cents.

I give Sonic 3 stars. I love their drinks and food,especially their fun drinks of the week or something. But my biggest problem is they close at 12:00 am, and I went at 9:30 pm for icecream. When I asked for icecream they said,Our icecream machine is closed for the night already. Are you kidding? Is it that hard to give me icecream 3 hours-ish before you close?
