Its one of my favorite restaurants! The owners are always there to personally greet you. Weve been going since they opened and we still go there delicious food and drinks. Lots of gluten-free options here. Love that Im able to bring my friend who has celiac and she can safely enjoy their food too. Update: We still LOVE this place. Still trying to come eat here once a week when we can. I ALWAYS order my favorite bun bu hue with Vietnamese ham only and extra sauce on the side. They said they can provide lemongrass on the side too so this makes me happier! Thank you momma Quan for always making my favorite. ===== Honestly this is the BEST Vietnamese restaurant in Murphy Texas that serves authentic bun bo hue. Their pho noodle soup is amazing too but every time I m there I always stick to the same dish because it s that good! I don t eat anywhere else for bun Bo hue. This place is the REAL legit and the best in entire Dallas metroplex! Thank you momma Quan for making my special soup! Vegetarian options: They have Vegan and Vegetarian dishes. This place is great. :) My boyfriend and I come here a lot and it never disappoints! Everyone is kind and works hard, I appreciate their service and the love that goes into the cooking! I have visited pho 544 since they opened their doors, I drive well over 35 mins to come to them before they close. Lately the service from the young girl with the different hair colors has been extremely disheartening and just point blank given the worst experiences the last handful of times we ve visited. The banh mis used to be delicious and full of goodness, now they re just bread with a tiny bit of chicken and veggies, the ratios are completely off. The pho is still spectacular. Sadly we will not be returning due to rudeness of staff, we understand the food industry is stressful but this will ultimately lead to your downfall as a small mom and pop restaurant

My family and I discovered this place in 2021 when we lived in Wylie but moved away to Princeton the following year and we come here all the time. We love Pho and have tried several pho places and that includes going out of state and this is by far the best one. We also love that they still have kids pho as other places have decided to eliminate the kids portion. They also still have kids fried rice portions. We have 3 boys so their menu works out perfect for us. We also love that prices are still reasonable and great portions.

I got the P4 pho with well done brisket and meatball and my girlfriend got the A7 bo ne. The broth for the pho was good. Didnt feel too thirsty after. The Bo ne was pretty good. I took a few bites and the steak was very tender, juicy, and flavorful. Ill be back for more pho in the future.

Ordered chicken pho which was hot, decent portion but not as much as I d usually expect for a large . Also broth wasn t as flavorful as I d expected. Also ordered the shaking beef, came specifically to try this; looked delicious on other reviews. Server was a little rude when I asked for the dish, but got it eventually. Beef was good, ok portion, was missing the lemon sauce I m used to having on the side and some of the other traditional veggies. Garlic noodles were good but tasted a touch burnt. Overall experience was good.

Worst experience ever. Beef was burnt and ashes from the grill was all over my food. Noodles and veggies aren t fresh. I think they served pre-cooked noodles for my vermicelli dish. Dishes are all chipped and not clean. Table and sauce bottles were too sticky to touch. Overall 0 points.

This Vietnamese restaurant is amazing! They had plenty of customers and I got a table immediately. The waitress came over immediately with ice water and took my order which came out super fast. The pho was just fantastic, the broth had so much flavor, even the condiments were more than you could expect. They had fish sauce on the table, additionally to chili and hoisin. Sprouts and everything, especially the meat were just mouthwatering. My new favorite, will go again and again. Thank you.

Recommend to visit this place! Please make sure to mix your bowl for shaken beef garlic noodle. Beef was juicy and tender!! Highly recommend!! Well marinated and savory perfect taste for me For spring roll Peanut sauce was amazing. It was not usual sauce as other Vietnamese restaurant peanut sauce. It was unique! Thank you Pho 544!!! They were able to help me celebrate my friend s birthday today. I came in hoping they would be able to make some party trays with a few hours notice. They absolutely delivered and I m happy to say everyone loved the fried bao buns and egg rolls. There was barely any leftover for me to take back home. Never come to this place to eat. First, the shrimp were black and not fresh. They said it was okay just because the shrimp weresold. ! Steel wool (used for washing dishes) appeared in the Vietnamese rice noodles, and they said it was just hair !! THAT IS NOT HAIR, ITS STEEL WOOL. The protein portions are underwhelming for all meals I have ordered from here. I think their pho is pretty dang good though but the portions are slightly less than what i d expect from a vietnamese restaurant. However, I don t eat pho all of the time since I m more of a vermicelli person. I had their grilled pork vermicelli a few times to test out the consistency and it s safe to say that I won t be getting that dish here. The protein portions were fairly small and dry and over-charred to the point that most of the pork was burnt, N c ch m is homemade but it lacks flavor but plenty of The vermicelli noodles and excellent quality. The eggroll it came with was fresh and pretty good. My GF got the grilled chicken spring rolls but she is a big fan of Pho Legacy s spring rolls - 544 s is decent.

The food was really bland, lacking a lot in seasoning, thankfully I had asked for soy sauce and chili oil because the fried rice came with nothing, just a bland box of rice, egg, chicken, bean sprout and chive. I just moved to this area and wanted to get some pho for lunch. I decided to try Pho544 and ordered their house special and a couple of egg rolls and some iced tea. The egg rolls were very good and I really enjoyed the house special because there was so much meat in it! They had all the fixings to go with it, sprouts, basil, peppers, lime, Sriracha, and the extra hot Thai chili! I will definitely be visiting again!

Updated 5 years later I am in stage 3 CKD and can honestly say this is the ONLY PHO in the metroplex that doesn t make me sick! The broth is clear and delicious needs nothing added to it ( please don t douse w hoisin sauce ) Momma Quan and Randy work hard to get just the right flavor without MSG all fresh imported herbs and spices no mixes! CKD causes a lot of dietary restrictions and Pho 554 passes the test if you need no added sodium or sugars!!! If you haven t already check them out! Also my husband loves Philip s shaken beef noodles( filet) and lobster tail and it s only $30!!! don t walk! eating lunch at Pho 544. 9/2017 By far the best pho I have ever had noodles a fresh broth is fresh everything is homemade. No msg all meets are halal! Best cuts quality and tenderness. I m so addicted to their fresh cuisine I go every single day for lunch! We ve had everything from vermicelli bowls- egg rolls- spring rolls- pho chicken and beef- their fried rice my son is obsessed with. The green tea they serve is authentic green tea brewed freshly and hand steeped. I hve cancer and take 20+ medications a day I m only able to eat preservative and salt free foods. I can t explain enough that the bone broth is all natural no additives of salt! It s amazing! It is a cute little family owned restaurant in the middle of the bustling strip malls of Murphy, TX. The employees rotated serving us, but they did not miss a beat! It was one well-oiled machine. The food was great! I love that they offered different sizes for those in the party that have different thresholds of hunger! They offer Small, Large, and Super. We made a mistake and sat around waiting for the check to be brought to us because 1) we did not check other reviewers advice 2) We missed the small handmade sign (covered by an overgrown plant) above the register telling customers to pay at the register.

Some of the best pho I personally can go to constantly and constantly enjoy it! Staff is very kind and will do everything you need. They are very clean in the restaurant. There is one hallway area where items are stored, but its kept out of sight. Now onto the most important things....their PHO! It is seriously excellent! My personal favorites are the brisket, steak, and meatball. All sides offered are really delicious, but the broth could seriously go alone. Thats really I got today, but just go ahead and try it yourself!

Bring my family here every time we have a soccer tournament at The Pit down the street. We always start with orders of egg rolls and spring rolls. You can t go wrong with any menu item but the go to for my family is Pho Tai, Pho Dac Biet, Bun Bo hue, and Garlic Shaken Beef Noodles. Definitely recommend to stop and try this gem in Murphy.

We love this place, but we wont be back. We sat and left without menus. We then proceeded to see HIGH cross contamination from the waiter bussing tables. We watched as he cleared tables and then washed his hands for under 5 seconds. He then coughed into his hands and touched the monitor. He got us menus and waters with contaminated hands, then proceeded to touch dirty dishes, cough again into his hands, and touch chairs/tables. He sat a table, and without washing his hands, got them waters. They had discarded food bacteria on them. The city needs to inspect this place immediately. Before leaving, the elderly gentleman cleared tables, didnt wash his hands, and gave a man his to go order and used the monitor. This is disgusting.

Great family owned restaurant that hasn t changed their recipes, portions, or quality - just because of skyrocketing food costs. Don t miss out on a great meal because you assume this is just another Vietnamese joint - it s easily one of the best in NW DFW. I had high expectations after reading all the reviews but the food was meh.. The pho lacked flavor and the pork banh mi was very disappointing. Pho broth was on the bland side and was not piping hot like how I am use to. The pork banh mi felt like I made a sandwich with leftover Korean BBQ. Food : 3/5 |

Worst service ever. We were told to sit at table #1 in the corner. We sat down and she went to the kitchen. No menu was given to us. Didnt come back out for 5 min. When she did come out, she was delivering food to a table. After she delivered the food, she went back into the kitchen ignoring us. Then another 5 min, she came out and deliver another food to the same table and looked passed us, and left to the kitchen again. There was another lady who worked there just walked around. There were only 3 other tables that had people. They were not busy. I could understand it if they were busy, but they were not. After 10 minutes of no service, we left. Ridiculous. Never will come back if thats how customers are treated there.

2nd time coming here I absolutely love the Pho here!. The broth has so much flavor and its always hot and ready to be served. Will not be back, definitely lost 8 customers. Rude service, never once came up to us to fill our water, we asked for extra limes, gave us only two.. To make things worse, they had no AC. So Im 5 starring this bih. Bruh who owned came and served and the food was great. His mama was cooking and is an artist... so she sensitive about her ish... he said she would through away entire batches of pho if it didnt taste right... like... i break up with girls for the same reason but still... and theres way more effort put in pho than i put in those relationships! It s always an exceptional experience at Pho544! There is a reason why many people, myself included, drive over 30 minutes just to eat here. Their spring rolls are the best in town - they make fresh peanut sauce for the spring rolls and it really does make a difference. The quality of all the meats they use for their dishes is top notch, and you always leave feeling good knowing that a lot of love was put into making this food. The atmosphere is pleasant and open, and if you re lucky, you get to listen to the sweet jams the owner puts on (the owner got me hooked on listening to Steel Drum Island music, haha!). 10/10 overall. Love to support good people whose passion is food!

Admittedly, my first visit there was not a highlight, but the owner has gone out of their way to set it right with me and that speaks volumes. So here is my updated review from a neutral newcomer standpoint... The shaken beef garlic noodles were GOOD and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely have have that again. Service is a.o.k. Would be nice if there was a reliable way to order online, but ordering via phone is easy enough. Local-owned business are an asset to the community. So if you want to try a Vietnamese place, call these guys up and order the shaken beef garlic noodles. Let yourself be carried into taste bliss for a bit.

Clean, spacious seating. Service was decent and quick. The Banh Mi here is really solid and reasonably priced. It has all the components of a great Banh Mi. Egg rolls were pretty good, no complaints except for that theyre on the skinnier side. Now on to what the restaurant is named after... The pho was good enough to fix any cravings, but it lacked the *wow* factor. Not the best, but itll do. Overall a decent place to eat in the area if youre in the mood for Vietnamese food.

Ask for the secret-but-not-so-secret lobster/steak/noodle dish not listed on the menu!!!! I couldn t get over how deliciously buttery and garlicky the perfectly cooked lobster tail tasted. It s literally the best thing on the menu. I never finish my meals (foodie) but I couldn t stop eating! I also had the fried steamed buns and fried egg rolls - both were delicious! (I also don t eat a lot of fried foods.) 12/10 can t wait until their food truck opens!

I hesitate to give 5 stars for only my 1st visit, so I asked another customer. He has it delivered to his home often. The #1 house special was delicious. I regret not getting the Super bowl. Everything tasted fresh, the soup had a mild savory garlic flavor. The meat was cooked well, and the fat was savory and really added to the flavor. The tables are cleaned promptly between patrons in a respectable way, so that the restaurant doesnt smell like Lysol. I will definitely come back.

Where do I begin, this place was amazing, staff greets you upon arrival, very clean and food was pho-nominal ! This was the first time introducing pho to my wife and she is absolutely hooked, she said and I quote, Phuc the 4 for 4 at Wendy s and give me that 544! I definitely recommend the appetizer A4!
