I really never been a big fan of this location, I prefer the south Dallas one, they are the ORIGINAL Hendersons, however, my Mom liked this location until I got chicken for her two days ago, HORRIBLE, NO SEASONING, COLD AND FRIES WAS COLD NO SEASONING AS WELL, NEVER AGAIN, BESIDES service aint all that either, if you aint a regular, you might wait, extra time for no reason fyi!

The customer service was horrible. The chick taking orders was very ghetto and rushing ppl to place their order. Im not sure if shes hard of hearing, but after telling her, Hold on Im thinking. She kept having a nasty attitude. As I pulled up, all you hear is them talking about customers and mimicking them. They talk about customers bad, but as soon as someone confronts them, they hush their mouth. Customer service: 0 Food: 7 Atmosphere: 0 Go to another location if you want great customer service.

There only ONE lady {Gold teeth} who has theeeee nastiest attitude & mouth, but shes always the one working the window. If they cant bare to let her go, she needs to be disassociated from the public. Parking: In evenings & wknds, the line is very long. Ppl who choose to walk up to the window, park in neighboring businesss parking lots because there are only a few spots there. Its difficult for tucks & trailers to get in & out of there w/ all the traffic.

They don t have gravy for the tenders.. only hot sauce and ranch. The sign says they have collard greens, but employee says they don t. I received my drink with no ice in the cup. I received tartar sauce instead of ranch for the chicken. I ll try a different location in the future, won t come back to this one. Fries and tenders tasted good though.

Food is good. But they move very slow. It s almost like they re unprepared or get paid to have a long line. If you go thru drive thru you might as well turn your car off while waiting. You WILL be sitting there for a very long time. If you walk up and order they will also have you waiting. No matter what you ll be waiting. Shortest wait time I ve had was 15 minutes.

The African American women with the burgundy locs or twist was very very rude when I was placing my order and then when I asked for condiments and seasoning she told me that there was a 35 cent charge per pack after she had already charged my card when they charge a technology fee just to swipe a card and then when I started to drive off, You could hear her and the other employee saying yeah get out the line and things of that nature. I don t want to penalize the owners of this establishment; but you must address the horrible customer service that your staff provide. The young lady with the two, bright red braids some of the rudest service that I ve seen. Rude, while taking the order, no greeting, no eye contact, she literally handed me my big while looking off. No thank you or anythin!! It was good that the chicken was hot! Fries not so much. Also note: I was confused about not getting my change and perhaps it was because she didn t give me a receipt. Is that common practice when paying in cash???? Anywho in a world where we choose who gets our money I ve learned my lesson about patronizing with those who don t deserve it. Please do better.

I always patronize this Henderson when I don t want to drive to the original one in Dallas. The Henderson s In Duncanville is closer to my residence, but they always disappoint me with the quality of the food; taste. Therefore, I pass them and patronize the one in Desoto. The Desoto s Henderson staff is always friendly and often get your order to you timely. Due to the many customers patronizing the business at certain times of the day, they will be very busy. Therefore, be prepared to wait for your order approximately 15 minutes. It worth the wait. Finally, if you like sweet potato pie request a slice. It s very tasty.

When you want fried chicken. Excellent fried chicken. The best fried chicken in North Texas. You have to go to Hendersons. The basket is a perfect combination of fried chicken on top of French fries on top of 2 slices of white bread with pickels and a large jalapeño to smother with their special seasoning. Wow. Probably not for a first date, because with this stuff in front of you, you will no doubt ignore them and be a little messy for good measure. Just go!

I only eat here maybe every other Tuesday for the deal and make some sides at the house. I went to Hendersons somewhere near Lancaster TX. There was no seasoning on the chicken what so even. It just tastes like meat and grease. They sprinkle seasoning salt on the chicken before they give it to you but they dont season the meat or the flour. The staff were wonderful and nice. Chicken is flavorless.

The food is always good/fresh. Customer service needs a ton of work. I arrived yesterday around 8pm. I placed my order and was met with silence for about 30 seconds before being told to pull up to the window. I received okra with my meal instead of fries which I asked for. I politely informed the woman at the window wearing a red beanie/jacket that I ordered a small okra on the side and fries with my meal. She immediately became angry, shaking her head while also pointing her finger at me. I was extremely confused. I sat at the window for about five minutes and a young lady came asking what I was waiting for. I informed her I was waiting for a side of fries. (She was kind, and I appreciate her following up) I could hear the workers talking inside and apparently the woman who was serving us before had left and went to the back. We all have bad days, but the service I received yesterday was not only unacceptable, but strange. I ve never had a worker look at me like that simply for pointing out an error in my order. She looked at me like she was ready to fight. Instead of rushing customers when ordering and telling them to pull up, why not repeat the order to ensure it is correct? I am hesitant to return to this location after this experience and will likely check out another location, even if I have to drive a bit further.

Ok so when I went here for the 1st time, I judged it simply by the customer service. It was terrible, the girl was rude. So I mentioned it on the nextdoor app and someone suggested Id give it 1 more try. (Im definitely one of those people who dare not go back just because of bad service). The food appeared fresh. However, the chicken was undercooked. My husband and I were sick for 3 days. They used to have really good fries but now they taste dehydrated and air fried.

I happened to stumble into the place and thought, why not lets see whats it all about, and I must admit that it was pretty good! The fries as well as the chicken were freshly cooked and served as fast as possible. They have earned a new fan and customer! Ill definitely return!

All The black ladies in there needs to be fired. They are disrespectful, ghetto and rude. If you don t like your job, then quit it s not my fault you re old as hell and still working in a chicken spot. Should ve worked harder when you were younger then maybe you d be somewhere in life instead of behind the counter mad about some ketchup just lazy as hell.

I purchased 2 pieces & how I knew this was not going to be fresh chicken... I received 5 legs which was really unacceptable because of the freshness of the chicken... dont try to give extra to cover up for the food not being fresh... I was so upset because I reside in ft worth & I trusted that my order was correct... so I didnt check it...MY BAD!

I give this place one star. I do not live in this area. I just started working in this area. It s up the street from my job so I decided to go try it. I get to the drive- thru and ask the lady what all comes with the meal. I could barely hear her so I ask again. She s like ma am I just told you then repeats herself. Then I ask if I can replace the fries with a different side and she tells me it will be a up charge. I decide to leave because of her attitude and go somewhere else. They really need to work on their customer service. If you don t like your job then find something else. Don t take it out on the customers. Will never be back or have a chance to try them she ruined it. I come over to Louisiana Fried chicken where I received excellent service. They have several specials of the day and they don t up charge to change the fries to something else.
