A few days ago, the workers completely ignored me in the drive thru. Today, all the employees were standing around and marked that we got our orders, probably to make sure their times are good for cooperate, only for them to not give us our drinks for 25 minutes. Would not recommend going to this location.

Ordered on the app and took over 30 minutes to get 2 shakes and a pretzel. It was only us and one other vehicle. I could see our shakes sitting there for 20 of those minutes. It was around the time I saw our shakes sitting there when our kiosk screen said someone was on their way and signed me out of the screen. I m assuming they did this to game the wait time in their system. When I finally received my order, my shake was supposed to be a strawberry cheesecake shake with bananas but it was just a normal vanilla shake. My girlfriends shake had her toppings thrown on the top of the shake without being mixed in and it was a very small amount. I m honestly surprised they didn t somehow mess up the pretzel. The manager was not wearing a hat or hair net, and a man with a bushy beard wasn t wearing a net over his facial hair. This location has always let me down. Needs a new franchise owner and manager.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Had the most unprofessional experience here. We simply requested a minute to look at the menu in the drive thru and this girl who was on the drive thru microphone was purposely ignoring us because we needed a minute to look at the menu. Attitude much? For a simple request of a paying customer. We seat there even after they weren t busy at the drive thru and still no one answered us. We get to the window and her excuse was they were busy yet everyone has a headset still couldn t answer us. No need for such attitude in a customer job!

Worst sonic I ve ever been to, and I come to this sonic almost daily for happy hour drinks. Every time I think I m going to get good service they trick me. The employee turnover is ridiculous. I m thinking it stems from poor leadership. When the carhop finally does deliver the drinks or food, they are the nicest people, so I really feel bad for them. I would write a review every time I get bad service but I don t think google will let me. Maybe one day before this sonic is shutdown, they will turn it around. Time will tell. By the way 25 minutes for a small coke. Thanks for wasting my time sonic.

this is the slowest place i ve ever been to. the chicken is dry, the fries are either too salty, or they are hard and cold. the staff seems nice so it s not them, but i wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. chose somewhere to spend your money because you will be waiting here for 30+ minutes to simply get a slushy; even when the parking lot is empty or with a car or 2. very disappointed.

Unfortunately I wanted to give them a chance after multiple times coming to this sonic but the services was horrible specially by the team lead or manger. Ugliest attitude, rude and disrespectful. Not letting anyone finishing their order and making faces while speaking to costumers. Waited 30 minutes for 2 kids ice cream and when I got them they were completely melted. So unprofessional behavior from manger and team. Mangers hair was down the whole time I don t think that s very clean.

I ve lived in Murphy for 23 years and have liked this sonic since it opened up. In the past few years it has gone completely downhill. The good is less than average (bland at best) , the speed of service is way below average, the drive thru is down most days, the electronic consoles and (when the drive thru is closed) don t work sometimes. I went there yesterday with my kids a d tried paying with a $25 sonic gift card + a $50 gift card and the carhop person kept saying neither worked although they were both new and given to my daughter for her bday the day before. Wth? Lack of training!?! The franchise owner needs to sell that place ro someone who cares about customers in Murphy. Nuff said.

Wish I could give this Sonic zero stars. The experience was a disaster from start to finish. Tried to place a mobile order, but the checkout system was inexplicably turned off. Pulled into a stall only to find they were drive-thru only due to short staffing. Ordered a custom double cheeseburger, a large tater tot with ranch, and a Route 44 limeade, among other items. Was told Id get a discount on the limeade since the mobile order didnt work. Well, that was a lie. Got charged full price at the window. Not only did they get the billing wrong, but the food was a mess too. Got a vanilla blast instead of a chocolate one. My custom burger was smothered in mustard, the very thing Id asked to exclude. And instead of ranch for my tater tots? Three packs of marinara sauce. Tried to get it sorted but no one answered at the stall or on the phone. Theres being short-staffed, and then theres just plain negligence.

The guy that serviced us was very nice but the food was pretty disappointing. I ordered the popcorn chicken and it tasted like it was cooked in oil that was either too hot or old. I couldnt even eat it because the oil gave it a foul taste. I asked for a sweet tea light ice and they packed it with ice to where u get 4 sips and its practically gone. Also, the guy didnt take our order correctly because we wanted large Tots on the combo and got medium Tots half filled filled instead. Its Sonic, so set your expectations accordingly... They can do refreshments like nobody else, willing to mix flavors, and add extra novelties. Their selection of shakes and soft-serve is notable. Their fried foods are mediocre, but some folks may consider tater tots a novelty. Their sandwiches are mediocre, noting impressive, but its worth noting they offer some selections not readily available at other fast-food places, fire example grilled cheese or BLT. Its the nuances that make Sonic a pleasure; the unusual customizations, or mildly odd comfort foods, make Sonic a place Id recommend. Parking: Its a drive-in dinner, so yes... Parking. Kid-friendliness: Novelty items are kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: They actually have wheelchair ramps, and parking due those who wish to wheel their way to the service counter. Otherwise the drive through our drive-in are accessible to handicapped drivers.

we came here around 10:10 and ordered four orders all including ice cream. we waited 30 minutes before they came with our order. we were ok with that because it was very busy. however it was totally the wrong order. we told them that and they said they would be back with our order when it was done. we waited and waited. we saw cars that came after us get their drinks and food before we did. we didn t want to say anything until it hit 50 minutes. we flagged down a worker and she said that our order would come out soon. we wait. now it s been over an hour and 10 minutes. we go ask them and they say to wait on the machine but didn t say how long when we asked them and they didn t even give us a time estimate. we just wanted to know how long to wait because at this point we were here for way too long to be wasting any more time. We understood y all were busy and that s why we waited so long to ask about the food. We said take your time when ordering the food and even when asking the first time we even said that we didn t want to rush you or anything but when will our order come out? and yet this is the treatment we get back? it was really another slap in the face when we saw cars that came after us getting their drinks, blasts, shakes etc that include ice cream and yet ours has yet to come (this includes the three cars that came after us on our left and right stalls!!). we ended up leaving without the food. thanks a lot.

I have been going to this sonic since I was a child, and most recently it really went downhill. I did a mobile order at 10:15 pm knowing that they close at 11, this has never been a problem for me. In the mobile order I even tipped ahead of time because I understand that these workers deserve a little extra in the food industry. When I pulled into the stall, it said drive through only, so I went to the drive through and said the name of my order and asked for ranch because I forgot to input that. I pull up and she hands me the wrong drink, a cherry limeade which I was willing to accept, but then when she hands the food, I realize it is entirely the wrong order so I politely tell her so, and she gives me a scoff and an eye roll and I tell her the name of my order. Then she hands me my Dr. Pepper and says goodnight and immediately closes the door. I have to wave at her for attention and tell her there was food for my order, and she closed the door and visibly freaks out in rage. I have never seen anything like this. Her coworker who was off shift had to help me and I once again politely told her my order name and after another 10 minutes they hand me my food. This sonic used to be my go-to place since I was a child and it saddens me the type of employees that are here now. Lastly, she forgot the ranch.

I could rate this place. But how am I going to rate it? The moment I pulled to order (I must have been car #5 in a line of 10), they turned all the lights out and an employee just says (through the drive-thru speaker) theyre not taking more orders for the night. I must have been waiting for 15 minutes to get there, and that what i got for being there. You would think that they wouldve sent an employee out to explain and keep everyone left from waiting their time. But no, that would take too much logic, I guess. So, how so I rate it? With the minimum, of course!

I went one time and they charged me for a sandwich that they didn t have anymore and when I came back and told them they threw their food at me. And when I went for a second time they gave the food to a customer behind me in line. Would not recommend customer service is terrible.

Food was terrible (fries was dried/shrunk n cold, rest of the food was not good or too salty) and the manager promised to email a coupon in response but never did. Their garlic burger is the worst. Overall mgmt is not up to par. The girl at the window tried to charge me $2 more for a small shake than the true cost. It was weird but I still left a tip even after I called her out.
