Ive been several times to this new location, and they are amazing. Whether youre ordering in the drive thru, online, or in person the staff is welcoming and friendly. I was going to be late for pick up one evening, so I called and explained the situation. They were nice enough to make it fresh when I arrived. Parking: The parking lot is a good size, they could handle a busy lunch or dinner no problem.

I eat here often and enjoy their food. Lately, Ive noticed portion sizes have gotten smaller. Especially the chicken strips and Texas toast. As much as I enjoy Raising Canes, I cannot afford to not get my moneys worth. If portion sizes continue to get smaller, I have no choice but to eat elsewhere.... Food

My mom and I were getting back in to the mode of normalcy after hurricane Beryl. We decided to stop by Canes to feel a place of comfort, but it was the opposite of what we expected. I felt disgusted and uncomfortable as my mom and I ate inside. When we first arrived, there was throw up to the right of the door. We overlooked it and continued on, but noticed how dirty the inside was. The floor looked as if it hadn t been swept in ages, there were no napkins near the drinks, and there were no paper towels to dry my hands in the bathroom. I even noticed that behind the cashier counters(kitchen) was filthy with food all over the floors. I felt even more gross when I noticed how sticky and dirty the drink area was. I know someone would say, you have to understand how busy and fast paced Raising Canes can get. That is no excuse because I have been to numerous of Canes which had a clean environment. Lastly, the chicken smelled like burnt grease and I smelled burnt grease from the restroom. I really hope this location works on a cleaner environment.

Me and my daughter went here yesterday in the evening and the place was dirty and it felt nasty in there to the point to where I did not want to sit and eat. There were no sweet tea, and no napkins available and it was dirty in the area where the ketchup is located. The tables were dirty, chicken smelled like burned chicken and the floors were filthy. I was very disappointed

We needed a large order of food & we needed it quick. This Cane s location was a poor choice. While on the way there, we called in a 50 piece & 10 orders of fries. Worker said it would be ready in 10 mins, Great! (that was not the case) I walked in, gave them my name, paid over $120 (ordered toast too) & then WAITED as I saw a crew that didn t appear to know how to work well together. There was a lot of miscommunication, confusion & lack of cohesion, which caused our order to be delayed another 25 min. During this time over 8 customers were served large orders to go while I stood there empty handed. After interrupting the discombobulated front counter worker fumbling to compile orders, I voiced my displeasure & that s when I was told they had messed up my order. You think? Finally, my order was thrown together & a few extra chicken strips were tossed in for my trouble. No manager met with me. When we drive the short distance back to the family that needed quick food, the fries & toast were not even warm anymore. We usually Love Canes, but this location dropped the ball when we depended on their usual fast customer service.

The chicken is good. You are charged for sauce if it s not the Cane s sauce. Very disappointed since I purchased a large amount of strips but wanted honey mustard. Several friends and family said the Cane sauce mess with their stomach. A little secret mix the sauce with chick fil a sauce . They can keep the fries. Overall it s decent and I would return.

Got there pretty soon after opening. First car through probably. Placed order then after sitting a while was asked to pull up so they could help the guest behind me. I asked how long was it going to take the cashier said we just put the chicken in because we just opened. Again I asked well how long does that normally take and was told not too long and again asked to pull up. Im waiting and waiting. A worker finally comes out I immediately check my food and there is a hair in it. I didnt think to take a pic because Im mad at this point. Wasted all my time . I park go in to inform them and request a refund because at this point Im over it. One worker tried to explain to me that she only has blonde hair and she was the only one who handled the food. Then shes looking at me. Im thinking what do I have to gain from planting a hair!?!?!? The manager that processed my refund was very professional and nice. He let me keep the drink. Although I wasnt even given a straw the whole time I had to wait. Even my drink lid had specs of orange soda or something on top. I was kind of hesitant to even drink it.

I don t really like sending my food back my fries were barely warm. So I kindly asked if I could have fresh fries instead. Y all need new closing staff. Idk who worked on 12/09 but the entire experience was a headache. I forgot my sweet tea so I had to circle back, then when I got my sweet tea is was nasty. So I circled back again, and got a soda. The lady was cool for letting me get something else but maybe smile and maybe being a little nicer when taking orders wouldnt hurt. No need to cut me off and shout what if you didn t hear me when taking my order.. maybe turning down the rap music yall are playing inside would help. If you don t like your job or simply can t do it.. get a different one. This experience was pretty bad. The lady at the register that placed our meal got our meal wrong. My wife and I told her she got it wrong. And instead of fixing the problem cause she clearly was wrong. She was adamant on telling me why didn t I say something after she told me my order before she charged me. I told her because we really didn t hear her cause our 15 month old was waking up. Again repeating herself. After the 5th I got frustrated and told her it really doesn t matter cause it was wrong so it needs to be fixed. Not a great look for a industry that strives for costumer service and being a new location. Be a problem solver and don t look for a excuse on how you are in the right.
