I came to this chic fil a for the first time in my life and have never experienced anything like it. Customer service was astronomical and out of this world. There was this blonde white boy with insane swag John Estes that served me my food (hes kinda cute) and he made me feel special. Thank you chic fil a I will not forget this experience anytime soon. he is six foot and has a hellcat!!!

9.7.24 .. again they forgot items on my mobile order. Person at the drive thru always tells me everything is in the bag . NOT. seems to be re-occuring issues. I have to drive back and get the items, this time they forgot a wrap all my sauces, no straws. I expect better. 4.12.24.. have to give a three again. They forgot item on my order. Had to drive back to get it. Think they are picking on me .. but they did give me free meal card for my trouble. Otherwise service and improved new look is good. The food was not only immaculate, but cooked to perfection and delicious. The customer service was otherworldly, especially the blonde young man with glasses John, who constantly checked up on me and my family and was one of the nicest workers I ve ever met. Overall a 10/10 experience.

I dont think Ill be bringing my child to eat inside here again. Firstly, they got rid of the kid play area. I saw several disappointment kids and moms walk out because of it. It was the reason I brought my child. Secondly, the dining room attendant or what ever her job is, old white lady, really made me uncomfortable and felt rushed. I was having lunch with my toddler and she came over to tell me that we could exchange his toy for a cookie or ice cream. Cool thanks for the info. Second time she came around, she repeated herself and then reached across the table to grab my childs food bag. So rude! What is it to her if we exchange the toy or not?! Then she kept coming over, basically rushing us, we werent even done eating and she is trying to throw away our trash which cool but read the room. Why are you in my face 4 or 5 times? It made me and my child very uncomfortable. And then listening to her talk with some older ladies about how people dont raise or watch their children right these days. Is this really a conversation for work? Needless to say, Ill be hitting the drive thru or another location if or when I want chick fil a again. Sunny at the cash register was very sweet tho. She apologized for being busy and doing her job, she deserves all the good things.

Don t Believe the Free Delivery Reward Scam! In the app I received a Free Delivery reward. It indicates that the reward will be applied at check-out. At checkout, I was automatically routed through DoorDash . Well, a $2.49 Delivery Fee and $9.52 Service Fee later, I m not happy at all. My family loves Chick-fil-a, and have been happy with this location in the past. But this leaves me feeling duped and not happy at all. This may have been user error - but if that is the case, the app, which indicated Delivery Powered by DoorDash was not intuitive. I can drive to this location to save $12 (& the gratuity).

I ve never had a bad experience at this location until today. I ordered through the app and easily picked up my order only to realize that they had accidentally forgotten 2 of my CFA biscuits. I gave the location a call and was told that they could give me the missing biscuits if I came back. When I pulled back to the drive through, the employee at the window tried to charge me for the biscuits. When I explained that I had called about my missing biscuits, he gave me a rude look and then proceeded to put in a code so that it would override the charge. I m not sure if he was having a bad morning or what, but he continued to give me a rude look when he gave me my missing food.

Where do I start? Just sad I guess. Today after shopping at Lowe s with 3 kids under 4 we ordered through the drive thru. We paid and we left. I know I should have checked before leaving because they often forget the the mac and cheese.. l don t know why.. but it s always the mac and cheese. Lol! Anyway.. after getting home and getting the 3 hungry littles unloaded we find no mac and cheese and our drink order wrong. Now because they have missed Mac so many times before and I normally just let it go. So I called and spoke with Tyler, he was very apologetic and told me I can come pick up my missed items either through the drive thru or inside. I chose the drive thru. Sadly I was met with someone who didn t know what I was talking about. So she gets someone else. My guess the supervisor.. she was crazy rude.. like McDonald s drive thru rude. Basically accused me of lying. I told her I spoke with a man.. Tyler.. she gets Tyler, he hadn t told anyone of the situation. He apologized half heartedly for her behavior and handed me my drink which I refused because with the experience I had just had.. I didn t trust it. He gave me my Mac and I left. I m just sad that CFA has always been superior in customer service. That was not what I have ever experienced. I guess because I ve just eaten the cost of the missed items before. Anyway.. I hope they get back to the same level of service they normally have. The girl that was so condescending and rude may need more training.

Update- Ive had some not so great nuggets here a couple times. The chicken tasted kind of funky. It wasnt every piece, but enough so that it was pretty gross which is something Ive never experienced from Chick-fil-A. Also, prices seem to be through the roof. Original review below- Food was great, as most Chick-fil-A locations are, but what sets this place apart is the drive thru experience. They have double lines and people outside taking your order that have shade covering to help with the summer heat. Even though theyre extremely busy at lunch time, they really move the line just about as fast as possible. Definitely recommended. Parking: Dont park too close to the store during food rush. Youll get blocked in by the take out line.

If there s anything the Murphy Chikfila is consistent in doing, it s forgetting your sauce. I m really not the type to take time out of my day to leave a negative review but .it s quite sad that every time I have placed an order sauce that is on the order is ALWAYS missing. What s the point of ordering online beforehand for pick up when you still have to sit in the long drive thru line and wait until you get to the window for them to prep your order? The line was so long, I waited in it for over 40 minutes before I got to the window. I called them to see if there was a quicker way to get my order that I had already placed online an Hour ago and I had a crying baby in the car so I couldn t get out. I dont understand the hype honestly. Its way overpriced chicken. Almost $10 for a four piece chicken strip. Must be the rich white folks chicken place. The Colonels never made me bend over like that for some chicken. The chicken isnt anything spectacular either. However the service is on point.
