This is the second time I ve ever worked with this Law office and they are the best, not only did they work with me in the Valley but they worked with me all the way in San Antonio too! I was in a car accident in March 2023 and chose this office because it was recommended to me. They are not good at communicating about your case. In March it will be a YEAR that they have been working on my car accident case, an ENTIRE year! Unless you want poor communication and a very long wait time for your case to be resolved, go somewhere else. Edit: Once my case was in the hands of Sandra G. and Marilyn R. it was a complete 180 in terms of customer care. They were both quick to respond and relay updates about my case. Because of the care and consideration they gave me, I am going to change my review from 1 star to 4; deducting 1star for the clownery that occurred when I was dealing with Monica and Amy.

Its been more then a year since my wife car accident happened back in March 2023 every time we go to check how the case is going we get different people and different stories something that they cant find the driver of of the ac company because he is homeless and doesnt have a driver license and they say the case about there clients in all this time we have only received ONE phone call about how the case is going we always have togo in and check on the case so if you need a lawyer to handle your case dont come here

After almost 2 years of waiting for results, I get a call from a receptionist. She tells me that the lady that hit me doesnt have any money to pay anything for my damages. Receptionist gives me 2 options, drop the case or file lawsuit. Of course I want to file lawsuit I still have medical bills pending. Fast forward 2 weeks later same receptionist calls me telling me Mr Reyna doesnt want to file lawsuit because they know the lady doesnt have money to pay. I tell the lady why did she give me the option to file lawsuit if she already knew they werent going to move forward with it. In an instant she flips the switch on me and gives me a rude response and tells me to not talk to her that way. She then tells me to find another lawyer that is willing to take the case. And just like that they forced me to drop the case with them. I do not recommend this lawyer. They go around the bush and dont want to help when there is no profit for them.

Hands worst experience with a lawyer. Scheduled a deposition 6 months away, they had reschedule day of for failing to have someone available. And that s just the tip of the iceberg, horrible communication, and need far more hand holding then should be expected. Response to the owner: no I will not contact y all. I made this clear to your staff how displeased I was MULTIPLE times to both the attorney and paralegal. Nothing changed.

To be fair, my husbands accident was 16 years ago. That being said, I have to say that working with the office of Ezequiel Reyna was a lesson in futility. We had a newborn, no vehicle and this case took sooooo long that the person at fault died before the case was settled. This offices response was listless and lethargic. They chose a corrupt mediator to mediate our case and in spite of having a numerous amount of witnesses to the accident we still ended up with a pitiful settlement. I cannot not recommend Mr. Reyna enough. Judging by the more recent reviews they seem to have improved their services however a little late for myself and my family.

My case is 2 years old and it has not been resolved, and they also blocked me from Facebook when I put on my profile that my case has not been resolved. Also ironically every time I call the office the people who, according to me, have my case tell you the same thing, Ms. Garcia, today is exactly the deadline we gave the insurance to respond. They never take the courtesy of calling you to tell you how your case is going. The last thing is that I saw that on the Facebook profile they only want good reviews.
