It was our first time here. We got a little bit of trouble finding the place since it s literally in the middle of nowhere and location is very important. It s a small venue for around 100 to 200 people. The chapel is gorgeous in the outdoors and it has several lakes and greenery for amazing pictures. The venue has an amazing pavilion and bar in a western style but the restrooms are outside and not ADA compliant. Food was ok but thats a bride/groom choice. Just make sure not to book it during summer since it can be very hot weather and not all your guest will be used to the extreme. Overall it was a great wedding just make it easier for us to find it!

Rhonda is the sweetest and really wants you to have a day you will love. I did not end up going with this venue but it was my second choice behind the one I chose. The venue is beautiful and very well taken care of. I looked at a lootttttt of venues before deciding on one and this one is one of the best I toured not just because it was beautiful but it was over the top maintained, had multiple great options for packages and the owner is beyond accommodating.

I was there as a guest of a wedding and it was beautiful. It brought me back to my hometown in Wisconsin. It has a countryside feel to it. I loved how the wedding was held by the pond. It was a beautiful background. Inside I loved the string lights, the barn doors, and wood interior. Its a very beautiful venue.

Our daughters wedding was beautiful (chapel). The staff was very helpful even when we added 2 extra tables the night before the wedding. Everything went smooth and the vendors all worked together to make it low stress for the wedding party.

Stone Oak Venue was the best decision ever! Rhonda and her team seriously went above and beyond to make our wedding a success. The packages are totally worth it - she gives you decent options for DJ, cake, and catering that she already has relationships with. It went so smoothly because theyve all worked together before! Everything was gorgeous and Im so happy. 10/10 would recommend.

Really really great beautiful fairy tale venue. Attended an outdoor wedding and unfortunately a dump truck came through at the exact time the bride and groom were saying their vows. I felt the venue could have had a better idea of when loud dump trucks would be coming through.. besides that it was such an excellent layout with plenty of space for guests. Definitely fairlytale vibes at night with wonderful picture opportunities around the grounds.

I dont think that I can say enough wonderful things about this venue and Rhonda. I had the experience of a fairytale without having to pay the cost of one. Rhonda was phenomenal and helped keep everything on schedule the day of the event, she was incredibly helpful in keeping the night running smoothly. When my catering was late Rhonda just rolled right into the next thing to make sure there were no odd gaps in the evening. The venue itself is beautiful and could stand alone with very few decorations. I had an amazing wedding day, and a truly great experience with Rhonda and her team. I highly highly recommend them.

Venue was beautiful, I was a groomsman for one of my closest friends. They were very accommodating at first but seemed disorganized later in the evening. Bartenders were strange, they stopped serving at a strange time, and what was more interesting is that we (Groom/Groomsmen) purchased all of the alcohol. Felt rushed to leave. Overall good experience.

My wedding day here was nothing short of a fairytale. Stone Oak is the total package! If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch, I highly recommend this venue. My husband and I got married this past September at Stone Oak Ranch. We worked with both Rhonda and Robin. They are INCREDIBLE. We planned our wedding from another state during a pandemic and they did not miss a beat. Through the planning process they helped us through each step of the way by answering every question, sending photos, and doing our schedule over zoom. They helped to support our ideas and create a perfect day. The venue itself is beautiful! Not only did we know this was where we wanted to get married right when we parked in the lot but every guest told how beautiful it was. It has a perfect flow and you can select your ceremony location. We could not be happier! Thank you!

I got married in March. My husband and I toured many places before we found Stone Oak. Before the tour was over, I knew this was the place I wanted. Rhonda was very helpful over the phone and Robin did so much for my wedding day! Robin made sure all of the details were set and she even assisted with bustling my dress! The venue is gorgeous and I truly appreciated being able to use rental items straight from them. I was wanting a rustic feel and it was spot on. The effort that all of the staff put in shows throughout the whole event. I am very grateful that I found this venue.

All I can say is WOW! The Stone Oak team was absolutely incredible. Over the year long process of planning our big day at SO, Rhonda and her team were so incredibly helpful and attentive. Any time I had a question, Rhonda was always available to chat and help me settle my nerves. The day of, the team was so incredibly helpful. They make the couple, families, and bridal party feel so comfortable and at ease. Having the team there to assist with all of the day of coordinating was extremely helpful and made it such an enjoyable process for me. After the ceremony, they made sure we got our food delivered to our table, and even packed up an additional meal for us to take to our hotel afterwards. I m so incredibly thankful for the amazing work the SO team did on our big day- it wouldn t have been such a smooth day without their help! I can t recommend Stone Oak Ranch enough.

I cant begin to describe our experience with Rhonda at Stone Oak Ranch. From the moment we first stepped foot on the property for our tour, we knew this is where we needed to get married. I think the atmosphere & layout are near perfect. I honestly only have one complaint but its a pretty big one. As part of the wedding party I felt that I had a good vantage point of the way the wedding operated. The one problem was that the wedding cordinator/venue owner was a bit pushy. There wasnt time to get the pictures the bride wanted, there wasnt time for most of the wedding party to eat, there wasnt enough time to enjoy each moment. I understand that this is possibly a normally accurate at a lot of weddings but this wedding was purposely simple to enjoy the main things. I dont think the owner was purposely pushy.

My new husband and I are glad we went with Stone Oak Ranch for our wedding. You can tell Rhonda and Kaylan really care about seeing their business grow and put a lot of heart into the venue from the updates theyre constantly making. Since theyre a two-woman shop, it can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of them - including the day of the wedding - but their responses are always detailed and helpful, offering great suggestions of what other brides have done to help a bride-to-be plan her day. Im sure they will continue to grow and be one of THE best wedding venues in East Texas.

As soon as I saw Stone Oak Ranch I knew it was the perfect venue. It is so beautiful and its rustic charm works so well with many kinds of themes. I was especially drawn to the fact that even though I wanted an outdoor ceremony, they could host it inside if the weather didnt cooperate. The majority of our guest list lives in Tyler and they had no trouble at all with finding the venue. Rhonda and staff are so experienced and instrumental in making sure our big day went off with no problems, and it did. They anticipated our every need while being courteous and professional. Stone Oak is a beautiful venue with beautiful staff whom I would use again in a heartbeat!
