Had the BEST Servers EVER at Suburbs the other night. KAYLA and KALE were SOOOOO Friendly and made me feel like I was family. Also, enjoyed the turkey burger and OUTSTANDING Bloody Mary! I am new to the area and wanted to say Thank You So Much for the hospitality! Michael

Food & service is always great and there are options for everyone. Tried the Thursday night singo bingo and had a blast! Will never do boring bingo again. Took 1 star off for atmosphere because it can be very loud when there is a game on and it is always cold in there (which is a blessing for some).

Been 3 times. Service is hit or miss. Atmosphere is cool but the food is meh. Dont get me wrong, meh can be fine but not at these prices. Cesar salad wrap with fries $17? I have had ones that are woth that but this place doesnt have them. Hope something better comes along.

Mediocre at best. Food is basically bad bar food. Very boring. The atmosphere is laughably bad. Went on Thursday for bingo night. I don t mind a sports bar atmosphere, but this was torture. No way the owners are paying attention to this place. My suggestion, put some sound absorption panels up.

The atmosphere was nice, great sports selection on the plentiful TV s, and great beer variety. The food is where I got let down. Point blank, it tasted cheap, and was not enjoyable. Like they were serving the cheap frozen entrees. I probably will not recommend Suburbs to friends because of this.

Wont be back I wanted to like it and support local. Tried it twice. over priced. avg $70 per visit for family of 3. Food quality was disappointing. Frozen patties, lacking flavor, and small portions. On our second visit it took 45 min to get our food. The mozzarella sticks are the only thing that was memorable. Interior is large and nicely lated out as well

Me and my family came to celebrate an early birthday for me. 14 of us in total. My server was Maddison, she did exceptional and had lots patience! I admire that In people that care of others. The food was great and atmosphere really made it all come together. Even though the rest of my family may have asked for too much stuff. I made sure to compensate her for her diligent, hard work and great memory. remembering everything we needed. She even turned the TV on to the soccer game I requested! Thank you suburbs for a great experience and amazing hospitality. I Will for sure be coming back when Im in town next. - Fabio, another satisfied guest.

Lobster was rotten like raw and slimy and smelled so bad the manager had to take it away in a bag. We ordered two lobster boils with crab and shrimp both our lobster tails were spoiled so bad the had slime on them. The manager gave us a ten dollar credit! For rotten food! And a free appetizer! Be careful obviously they don t check the food before it leaves the kitchen and they must have spoiled seafood! You would think they would have comped both of them and offered something else! Horrible won t be back!

I want to thank Shelby, as I just moved to TX from PA a 10 days ago. I do not know any here. Shelby made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Her service is excellent and knowledge of the area was outstanding. Because of Shelby, I have been back to Suburbs 4 times. The food is really good, I have tried the fried fish, fried shrimp, and the sirloin steak. All excellent. Ask for Shelby - she is great!!!

Kayln was our waitress. She was simply darling and witty and played along perfectly with my husbands dad jokes. I ve been meaning to try out Suburbs since first meeting Daniel in regards to a fundraiser for Vince Santini at The Lake House and tonight was the night!!! We ordered an Old fashioned flight subbing the peanut butter for black rose. All 4 old fashions were remarkable! We loved them. We ordered fish tacos and a side of sweet potato fries. So yummy! Finished it off with the skillet cookie that comes with a side of ice cream! A MUST HAVE! The atmosphere was pleasant with a one person entertainer singing her heart out. We enjoyed our date night and will visit again! Thank you Suburbs for a wonderful experience!

Went for the first time yesterday with my daughter around 1pm and had no complaints. For a weekday at that time it was pretty empty and we got our food within 15 minutes of sitting down(we ordered the hangover burger and chicken wings). I also ordered the bloody mary flight. It was 2$ extra for it to be made with Titos. If I could have tasted more alc(personal preference) then I would give it 5 stars vs 4 but all in all I have zero complaints. Tasty food, quick service and friendly staff!

Service was great but maaaaaan. I m so upset we chose this for Mother s Day. $100 down the drain we could ve spent at landrys or something. The food here was incredibly mediocre. Lack of seasoning across the board. Cheese sticks everyone raves about, it s just a hunk of cheese, no real flavor, the chicken strips were just deeply fried, super greasy and no flavor, fries were cooked well but also flavorless, gravy was just white paste and the first drink I got tasted like water with some alcohol in it. Just awful. Such a waste of money and disappointment. Our server was super sweet. Wasn t her fault at all. Just awful food

Only been about three times, but even though its a new joint, they seem to be pretty much on the up & up. Everyones friendly & great, foods pretty damn good, not terribly overpriced like a lot of new places nowadays, what with all the over inflation & whatnot. Im horrible with names & faces, but I do recognize one guy thats a higher up there, I think, thats super cool & always engaging even though Ive only been a few times, plus one bartender that Ive met before whose name also escapes me, but I also do remember Aubrie, another bartender, thats pretty damn cool & does a bang up job. Feel bad about my horrible memory on the others there that I remember interacting with, one that I think is Aubries sister, but all great people that make for an enjoyable experience. Definitely would recommend & will probably make it a new local haunt for the family & I.

Beware! Insanely spicy boiled Shrimp. Seems like they are only testing the crawfish when they are checking for spice level. The shrimp didnt have shells so they absorbed wayyy more than the crawfish. The shrimp was uneatable. Making something so hot it hurts does not count as adding flavor. Hopefully they improve the boil. Had to order another meal and was not provided a discount.

I work late and if I want to go out to eat, choices are limited. Often, I will show up near closing time and I can feel the stress in the servers who are tasked with serving me at the end of their shift. I did not feel this way whatsoever after walking into Suburbs. There were a few other parties and everyone seemed happy to be there which was pleasant. The layout and vibe was a great way to end a long day. Milah was our server and she answered our questions about the menu and even suggested some tweaks to our orders that turned out to be incredible! She was very on top of making sure we had everything we needed and kept the table clean. Towards the end of the night, Kierstin (hope that is spelled right), introduced herself as the manager and made sure we had a good experience before we paid and left. It was overall a great experience and we will be back!

First time here and went specifically for the crawfish. Great atmosphere with lots of giant televisions for viewing many different sports. While the crawfish werent near the spice level Im used to, they were easy to peel. I plan on visiting again for the special nights that include steak night and seafood boil night. Everything was good there except the Crawfish, coming from a person from Louisiana it was probably the worst crawfish i ever ate, tasted like it came out of a plain boiling pot with no season nor flavor, and coming from a crawfish person, never suggest rolling them in wing sauce, thats a big no no, its crawfish not wings!

We make it a special point to ask for Jadyn each time we visit Suburbs; she is an exceptional server! Thanks for remembering I like my Old Fashions, Jadyn! Grant the manager, does an outstanding job as a quarterback for operations. He is always so attentive and concerned about your whole experience. I have read some other reviews that are quite harsh and attribute those to Negative Nancies and Normans. Look no further than those reviewers only submitting a few reviews, only seemingly to complain. This place is consistent with food quality and service. I dinged Suburbs one star on atmosphere due to all of the hard surfaces attributing to the overall loud noise inside the venue. The management is aware of the issue and has expressed that there are plans in the making for adding acoustic absorbing materials inside the restaurant. Im patient and will look forward to their addition soon!

1st time and was disappointed. Service was good. The food was bland is the best description. I had the Oh My Hangover Burger . Mmh, definitely needed salt on that egg. The fries were soggy on the outside, like they d been sitting, and hard on the inside, like they weren t cooked through. All in all not good.
