If I could give this firm a zero star I would. Not worth the money stay away! I ve learned a more expensive lawyer does not make them a better one. Had a pretty straight forward case where in the last two time we had been to court cost me maybe 2500$ to 4K max. This place 7500$ right off the back. They did not have to spend a million hours to go over or get prepared for my case but yet requested another 10k for day of court which we did not go to trial and was there a total of maybe 4 hours. Sad part is with all this time they are charging me an additional 10k for Tom Daley called my son braxton his name is Jaxton. And if you get to see this before you go there it s not about the money I would have doubled it to get the outcome that would be best for my son. But now I have to spend more money with another law firm to get the job done that they couldn t. 10 out of 10 would not recommend!

Sara Carey, worst attorney ever! She lied and said she reviewed all my documents but was so clueless and didn t care about my case. Had no integrity to tell me up front that she had 50 other cases and was too busy with them to take my case. Greed is her middle name apparently! She made excuse after excuse for why she hadn t made calls to people subpoenaed! Like going on vacation for a week, she s a busy fitness instructor, Mom, etc! During hearing, she made major mistakes and failed to address critical issues but discussed irrelevant matters and had the audacity to blame it on the fact that she had forgotten her coffee and her speech was incoherent and the judge couldn t understand her well and she had no fight! If you want to lose your case and your child, Sarah s your girl!

I never imagined getting divorced, let alone having my wife divorce me behind my back I honestly had no knowledge of what was going on. I will skip to the short of it, my now ex-wife was looking to take my home, my children as well as an absorbent amount of money monthly for child & spousal support. This destruction of my family was heart torn & financially vexing; she was seeking sole custody. I trusted her!!! Thankfully, I contacted KoonsFuller P.C. on the last day that I was able to protest the divorce Judgement. After an interview with Julie of KoonsFuller P.C. I felt that she was perfect representation for my case, Julie went to work immediately, Julie was able to file and have the court grant a new hearing. Julie and, her staff including her assistant Glyn were always available when I had questions or concerns, their service throughout this challenging time in my life was more than I ever expected. (Thank You). Julie, Glyn & KoonsFuller P.C., thank you, you were able to negotiate the terms that I felt was best for my children and my financial security.

Neda Garrett provided legal counsel during a very high conflict, messy custody battle. She is honest, professional, organized, respectful, and handles herself with class. I highly recommend Neda and her team. Exceptional!

Taylor Smith is an amazing attorney, extremely knowledgeable in these matters and has a giving heart. She has been assisting me from out of state, and has worked with my attorney in Missouri. She takes a lot of pride in her work!

To be fair, Koons Fuller did NOT represent me in my divorce. They represented my X. They were the OPC. I believe they did a reasonably good job representing my X. My X was great at stalling, but I had others in the legal community of North Texas confirm that this firm has a history of stalling as well. If you find that this firm is your OPC, just be prepared to ride it out. The stalling game is great for wearing people out... stay strong, push ahead. If theyre representing a weak case and all they can do is stall, it will end...eventually. It will extract precious years from your life... but it will end when you get a lawyer who knows how to cut through all the nonsense and delays. If you find yourself pitted against their ability to stall and delay and your case is going nowhere... you need to find a new lawyer who is capable of holding their clients to court agreements.
