After a few years wasting money in other local learn-to-swim programs that were ineffective at actually teaching my kids to swim, I finally enrolled them in FCST swimming lessons. I cant say enough good things about the quality of the program FCST provides! My son went from not being able to swim independently in June to being a functional swimmer in multiple strokes by the end of July! We were unable to get into the last session this summer, but we plan to continue next summer in the more advanced classes. Im also considering signing my daughter up for swim league to continue working on her strokes and stamina. Thank you to Coach Lee and all of the swim instructors for doing what you do!

Coach Jill was extremely unprofessional and uncommunicative (little to no response to emails) resulting in our child missing his assessment and subsequently could not join. I assume parents of those that join the team feel camaraderie with others and the coaches motivating them to give positive reviews. Sent her a critical email but of course she had nothing to say about it. Hope others are fortunate to not experience the supreme dysfunctionality courtesy of her.

Both my kids have had the most positive experience with swimming with the First Colony Swim League! They gave learned so much even during this crazy time! We will definitely return next year!

This is our first year in Swim League and my son has enjoyed it! He has progressed so much on all his strokes. All the coaches and staff have been great especially with making sure all safety guidelines are followed. Highly recommended!

We love FCST!! Our two girls are in the team. In addition to having a strong swimming program, the team has been training them to have a better mindset and character. The coaches and teammates are great.They are all supportive and encouraging!

As someone who has played nearly every organized sport, I was incredibly impressed when I joined the team by how professional the coaches are and their ability to give individual feedback to each swimmer, even in a large group.

We love the dedication and commitment of the coaches, they are very positive, encouraging, and a wealth of knowledge. They provide opportunities for the swimmers to feel as though they are part of a family and incorporate outside team building activities. Swimmers learn the value of hard work, perseverance and grit. FCST is a great place to be!

My daughter loves being part of FCST. She has learned ALOT since starting with their program. We originally were just doing the summer program but moved to league then competitive and we have not looked back. The coaches are wonderful! They always make sure the kids are on track. We are always updated daily on any changes and as working mom I appreciate that. More power to this wonderful organization. We are very happy we are part of it.
