I cant rate the food, I never even got to order. I stopped in this afternoon for a quick sandwich. Ive been wanting Jimmy Johns for a while. There were a couple people in line, so I went to use the restroom first. When I got back in line, there was one person paying for his food and one placing a catering order. I saw three people working. After the one person checked out, one worker went to help the other with the catering order, yet instead of taking any other orders, the original person doing the catering order just stood around. Never spoke, never even acknowledged me until I got frustrated and walked out. Doubt very highly that Ill be back.

The slowest freaky fast sandwich drive thru ever, time and time again. The manager Sherman Banks literally canceled my order because I complained about how slow they were even though I told him I didn t want a refund, I wanted my order. He refused to give us our order. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Only one person to do both drive thru and dine in orders and one person to do the line. No sense of urgency for customer s orders. They literally threw my sandwich together plopping the meat down. Didn t follow my directions on ez & extras. The guy s sweater was all over the food as he makes it. No greeting when I walked in and no thank you for my order. Just an overall not so good experience!

Good to-go sandwiches, fast drive-thru, friendly staff. Edit-- changed review to 3 stars. 3 times over 5 or 6 months that Ive been by, they wont allow me to use the drive thru. Theres no out of order sign, so I did not think theres really a problem. They say they have system issues or some such. But the main benefit of going there was the drive thru and getting back on the road fast. I guess they are trying to hit people up for tips or something. If I cant use the drive thru, I wont go .

I spoke to someone at the store that offered me a job for a delivery driver . I was actually trying to make an order. He claimed to be the general manager there I did contact corporate office and have him reported. I just thought it was so rude of him and I m trying to get a sandwich. This used to be a great place before I don t know who took over. I ordered from them all the time now it seems. I can t even get a sandwich from the store by delivery. Ive been coming here for years as its close by & its an easy pickup for the kids even though the service is slow. Well on my latest visit it is clear the days of the customer is always right is long gone! As well as they need to change their slogan to ridiculously slow.. I pulled up in the drive thru & ordered my same order as always. One giant sandwich that I ask to be cut into thirds & wrapped separately so I can give the kids.. This time the guy responded sorry we cant do that. Even though theyve literally done it every time before for years. When I requested it again he responds Sorry the owner is here & says we cant do it. Then I proceeded to wait more than 10 minutes in the drive thru for ONE sandwich & I was the first car in line! No thank yous or your welcomes come out of anyones mouth or sorry for the inconvenience.. Nada. Customer service is dead. I will not be returning to this location again. That did it for me. As a fellow business owner do better for your paying customers, a little kindness goes a long way. I will from now on be going out of my way to go to Jersey Mikes instead who doesnt even have a drive thru & I get out of there quicker + I like their sandwich more anyways. JJ was my stop out of convenience but no more.

I ordered 2 #4s. I asked for one to have mayo/extra mayo and just cheese. The second one I ask for only mustard and light lettuce and tomatoes and no cheese but then asked them to put cheese on it afterwards. The second one was for my son who is very picky. When I got home and opened both sandwich packages, neither one of the sandwiches were made correctly. The first one had lettuce and tomatoes, which I did not ask for and the second one had mustard and mayo, light lettuce and tomatoes. My son did not eat his, so I am going to have to eat his and he goes without dinner tonight. I am very disappointed!

Waited 18 min as the first person in drive thru line. Ordered a #15 add pickles with salt and vinegar chips and a Diet Coke. Charged me and then I waited without my drink or anything for 10-12 min. Was given my food only to find out they gave me a #16 and bbq chips which was incorrect. Gave them my stuff back and asked that they fix it to what I ordered. Waited another 8 min for my corrected food. Watched Arnulfo give receipt back to manager to hide the mess up and didn t give me receipt. I then asked for my receipt and he fought me on it saying it doesn t matter if I get a receipt because they all cost the same . Got home only to find out they didn t put on cheese at all for the #15. Never going there again and I want my money back!

I love the food here, which is why they got 2 stars, but often, the drive thru staff has been rude and inattentive. I expect a hello when I reach the window, not just telling me my total. If I say thank you, I expect the person to say, Youre welcome, if I ask for something - bcuz they forgot it- and they didnt hear me (because they were turned away as they gave me the bag), I dont expect them to say and Huh and look irritated. I expect them to say, Oh, Im sorry. I didnt hear you. What can I get you? As well, once Im given my order, I expect them to say thanks or have a great day - something - not just closing the window without a word. Basic, common courtesy doesnt happen. I pass up Jersey Mikes to go here, but the experience is bad enough that I probably will not come back. :-/

Food is fine, service used to be fine. However this is my 2nd time waiting 15 minutes plus in the drive-thru. Last time I just left cuz no one ever showed up at the window, even after I ordered food. This time however I had a car in front and behind me so I had to wait a full 15 minutes. When I reported to manager he said that something was wrong with the water main backing things up, but in my opinion they should be telling customers there will be a wait so they can choose whether or not they want to find another place to eat. Hopefully this can be fixed, if it happens again I would definitely will not be coming back here

More like freaky slow and bad service. I used to love this location since its very close to my job. However, nowadays this location seems to rarely have bread, online orders are not properly updated to the point you have to call and ask if its ready since they are always having system issues. Shouldnt take 30 mins for a place whose subs are supposedly so fast youll freak. Im genuinely trying to not simply say the service here more than sucks but improvements are needed asap. Get faster workers, fix the system, update online order properly, and for Christ sakes make sure you have bread! The workers seriously have trouble following simple instruction. If I pay for a specific number of kicking ranch then their job is too make sure the number I request and more importantly pay for are in the bag. Food isnt bad at all but the extremely lousy slow service ruins it.

I placed an online order for a turkey, Tom with just turkey, cheese, and mayo. I picked it up and when I got all the way home, I noticed that the order was wrong and they somehow gave me roast beef instead of turkey. I tried calling them, but nobody answered after waiting forever, and when I called back, the line was just off the hook. I went back and they remade it for me after waiting a few minutes. This was one of the worst experiences I had at a restaurant. 1st they ran out of bread 2nd the staff all were on their phones and playing around running outside with a staffer phone. 3rd apparently one of the employees was off work but was up there cussing and didnt care that a customer was waiting on food. 4th they ran out of bread so had to make a regular sandwich on that small bread and when I got home they made it wrong no spicy in the spicy Italian sandwich.

I was the car outside with better service!!!! LOL I cant say enough bad about this location!!! MANY bad experiences. They take 45mins for online order, 15mins for inside order, & 5 mins for drive thru. They will not get the freebies correct, no matter how you order. My daughter placed an order through Door Dash to be delivered to her at her job. She never received notification that her food was delivered so she decided to go to Jimmy Johns to pick it up instead. When she got to the restaurant she was told by the staff there that her order had been delivered and there was simply nothing that could be done. She arrived back at work and looked for her food for the rest of her lunch break but could not find it anywhere. When I contacted Door Dash customer support they explained they could not locate the driver of her order because Jimmy Johns has their own door dash drivers. She was charged $20 for food that she never received and the employees of Jimmy Johns were not helpful at all in assisting with this problem.

If this was my first experience with Jimmy Johns, I most likely would not go back. I stood at the register for a couple of minutes while the employees finished their conversation while standing in the kitchen (where we made eye contact several times). Usually the sandwich is served by the time I get a drink, but I had plenty of time to wash my hands, get my drink, and check my email. When I finally got my sandwich, the bread was slightly burnt and chewy.

The person in from of me was at the window 10 minutes (I checked) before he got his food and left. Of the fast food places around this is not one of them. Food is fine at this location. Standard jimmy johns. The service leaves a lot to be desired. They seem more worried about moving the drive-through line than actually helping customers in the store. I waited about 5 minutes to even have someone take my order on my last trip and another 10 or so for my sandwich. I was the only person in the store. Cars outside received much better service. 2 stars because I like the brand, but this location is terrible. First time I did online order for pickup of 3 sandwiches, 25min later I got there and wasnt ready...its at 230pm so wasnt lunch rush. They just didnt bother looking. 2nd time I walked in 1 of 4 workers was arguing with a customer and they were filming each other on their phones. I asked someone about my 2 sandwiches ordered and she said 5min so I waited outside as the argument continued inside. I walked back in 6min later and still no sandwiches, no one has even started making them. Theres 4 workers here as the 1 guy continues to argue with that same customer. If I could avoid this location, I would. There needs to be at least 1 adult at all times here, someone over 21. *Raising to 3 stars as they reached out to me and went up the chain to corporate quickly. My wife did a pick up recently and said it was better so the store is doing something about it and I can appreciate it. I havent gone back personally yet.

Submitted a mobile order 15 min before I arrived. Once I got to the store, there was no line inside, but a few cars in the drive thru. I had to wait until all drive thru orders were completed before they started working on my order, even cars that arrived after I got there. This is the second time that they didnt start working on the mobile order until I arrived and notified them. This is the only location Ive had an issue with mobile orders so far. Apparently freaky fast only applies to in-person orders.

I have got food here before and it was great, but yesterday when I recieved my unwhich it was definitely wrong, labbled wrong, no peppers, way to much lettuce is an unwhich that means it is wrapped in lettuce already. I would like to give a shout-out to Grayson. He took may order and was really patient with me as I was changing it up a bit from my normal order. Im a loyal customer and customer service is a huge deal to me. I used to be a server its not an easy job whenever get enough credit. Just so happens that he was the one who brought me my food. The service was nice and friendly, but the service does not live up to its slogan. They are not as fast as they say they are, to be honest I could have gone to another fast food chain and they would have made my food faster. It is just this Jimmy Johns that is THIS slow.

I know this place has had its ups and down I know because I have ordered from this place since they have opened. They seem to have there act together now so they get a Five Star. Slowest JJs Ive ever been to. I was able to fill my drink and use the restroom before my sandwich was ready. And I was the only customer in the joint. When my Italian Night Club finally arrived, it was exactly the same as you would get at any other JJs. I think this place has too many chiefs and not enough indians

I love Jimmy Johns and was so saddened and disgusted at my last experience at this particular location. Thursday was a long day and I stopped in to order two sandwichs. While eating mine the employee was angered because another customer walked in and they were close to closing,The employee notifies me second sandwhich is completed. I grab it and return to my table. Thats when the employee starts hollering. Running off business is poor business. Not to mention the to go sandwhich was completely inaccurate.

Man after eating jimmy johns i dont see how people eat subway sandwiches. Staff are very cool and friendly. Management seems to have an attitude when the kids need a void and they make it known with the rolling of the eyes. They can talk to them in the back, dont embarrass the kids in front of customers.

Apparently this place needs new management. Waited approx 10min in the drive thru before they helped us. Had to repeat order cause it was messed up. Repeated it back, it was correct so got the food and left. Go to eat food & missing a bag of jalapeño chips. Called them to notify them that we were missing them & instead of saying lets see what we can do, the guy started arguing with me. Said he remembered us & he handed them through the window when we asked for them (which never happened). Then Matt gets on the phone (was told this is the general manager). Hes the most condescending a**hole Ive ever spoke to for a general manager. Put me on hold, came back, & stated he reviewed the tapes & we ordered regular chips (didnt say anything about seeing them handed through the window--cause it never happened). I said if we ordered regular chips then why does it say jalapeño on the ticket?!? Regardless, they were NOT in the bag. Long story short (ugh) nothing was resolved. Didnt get a refund for the price of the chips (cause the price would only be like .30 less cause now its not a meal). I just said never mind. Not worth it & DEFINITELY wont be returning to that location anymore. Thank goodness theres another one in Sugar Land. That place doesnt deserve business while that guy is in charge!

Freaky fast!? Ha! Its been over 30 minutes and Ive still not received my sandwich. This location is 2 minutes drive from my job and a 6 minute walk. I cant leave my location because Im the only one here or else I couldve gotten it myself. This is pretty ridiculous. Im about to call and cancel if it hasnt arrived by the time I finish this because I called after 20 minutes and the lady that answered said it was on the way since a driver just got back... and again, 2 minute drive, 6 minute walk. Gave them an extra 5 minutes even and still no food. Ridiculous.

At times due to the nature of a constant training structure mistakes do happen. Yes even a sandwich shop. However if observed past looking for handouts, it is quite amazing to witness the growth of each employee. Jimmy Johns employees truly go adove and beyond to correct mistakes when afforded the opportunity. Even if its not on them and simply a misunderstanding. Those of you who understand Jimmy Johns is an amazing structure for growth and independence much needed by our youth. We hear, see and feel your outstanding support. Thank you all for the moments offered by your patience so life lessons can be taught in a peer-to-peers environment. This structure develops powerful and resourceful young men and ladies. Without understanding customers like all of you this would be a daunting task. All of you rock and thanks for the input.

Ordered a sandwich with no mayo and light lettuce because I am allergic to mayo...it was entered correctly in the system but whomever made the first sandwich did not read the ticket...after sandwich was remade it was done so with extra lettuce so the person again did not read the ticket....I understand being fast but whats the point of your making things the wrong way...instead of offering to remake it again or a credit I instead had to just take the extra lettuce off which really isnt the issue its the principle of the matter...why take my order and ask me what I want on something if your just going to do it your way after all...least the manager couldve done after the second mess up was offer a credit or something but no show of empathy was given...extremely disappointed by the customer service at this location and will never return

It is an ok location. They are pretty good about making sanwiches correctly when I would call them in from the other end of the shopping center. For MONTHS, I ordered sandwiches with their white, fake, french bread, not even knowing that they had any options. No one ever said a word. Greeted many times when throwing out the trash for my business location by several Jimmy Johns employees congregating in and around the dumpster containment area, having a coffee break so to speak. Could explain why no one ever informed me about the bread options there. So, to all of you out there, Jimmy Johns does offer a wheat bread sandwich, that is more like a real sandwich than a Subway, Jared type sandwich.

Love Jimmy Johns in general and eat it at least 1 time a week. That said, this location has messed up my order or not given me my complete order the last 4 out of 5 times when uaing the drive through. I have spoken with the management who was more annoyed I was pointing it out than concerned. This is highly frustrating and I will not return.
