this is really the first time I ve had a major issue there. I wrote in an email and got a message back saying they value my feedback but I wanted a refund or a credit because I paid for a full-size sandwich and got some the size of a kids sandwich. The order was a few minutes late, which is not really a big deal, but it didn t taste good. I expect this at Subway not Jersey Mike s. It was thrown together last minute, even though they told me it wasn t ready when I got there because they were waiting on fresh bread. Didn t taste like fresh bread half of it was smooshed just not impressed.

The kids making the sandwiches will apply endless amounts of oil and vinegar to your sandwich so pay attention to them. If you do not consume the sandwich within the first 5 min it ll be straight mush. Didn t make it home before the oil leaked thru the bag and destroyed my sandwich and seat in my vehicle.

This place was absolutely horrible Went to Jersey Mikes excited for a good sub, but left feeling let down. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. Waited way too long for my order, and when I finally got it, it was wrong. The bread was stale, and the veggies werent fresh. Plus, the place wasnt as clean as Id expect. Really was hoping for better, especially with the prices they charge. Sadly, I dont think Ill be giving them another chance. Also, the manager with blonde hair was pretty rude when I brought up my concerns. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she just shrugged it off. It definitely didnt make the experience any better. A friendly attitude goes a long way in service, and unfortunately, that was missing.

The flow and service needs improvement. They assemble the sandwiches at a snails pace. My boyfriend and I ordered at the same time he got a Philly so obviously it s going to take a little longer to cook, we waited 40 minutes while other people got their sandwiches. The cook wrapped up his sandwich and just left it on the side. I get it s busy and it s lunchtime but there has to be a better work flow than what they are doing. It s too discombobulated. Not coming back to this location.

IF YOUR IN FOR A SANDWICH SUB Gotta try Jersey Mike s Subs. They have many good healthy subs to choose from. Meat, steak, tuna, turkey, ham roast, etc. a little on the pricey side but sure to hit the spot. Friendly staff! Clean tables. I ll sure be returning in the near future. The food is good, but theyve got some weird customer service. They chose not to keep the mobile orders in the mobile order area, and instead kept them on the back line, all while ignoring the people waiting for them (even though the orders were ready) and making awkward eye contact and pretending to work (miming wiping an already clean counter, pacing back and forth, all while unbreaking eye contact). Absolutely bizarre behavior and waste of everyones time. Hint for workers: if a line starts forming around the mobile pickup area, that means theyre ready to pick up the ready food.

They laughed and made fun of me for getting a sandwich with no cheese (Im allergic), told me what a mike(or something) was so fast I had no idea what they said and then literally threw my sandwiches in the bag that already had chips in it. The employees presented me with a very racist atmosphere. The item I was picking up was on the counter in view. They refused to simply put the order in the bag. I asked could the order please be handed to me after 2 others customers order was prepared. To add injury to insult, after I left the employees pulled my dash order and gave false accusations of the incounter. I also experienced the same attitude and treatment at one of the food chain locations in Pensacola, FL.

I placed an order with Jersey Mike s (Highway 6 location) and never received my order. I got a text message stating that my order had been delivered but nothing was delivered. I called this location and was told that I d need to contact the delivery service to investigate the missing delivery?!? Turns out that they don t use DoorDash as their online app states either. I d expect them to offer to send the originally ordered food again as they have the receipts for all online orders. Instead they offered to charge me for another order and wait to be reimbursed for the original order. I understand that Jersey Mike s isn t fine dining but I don t believe that should be a requirement in order to receive quality customer service.

Love this place. Great gluten free bread. Great service everything. Vegetarian options: Just ask. Dietary restrictions: They are great to care about customers sandwiches if you have gluten intolerance. Sometimes having a tough moment and walk in to all smiles and friendly. (Many other places get mad if you say anything. Found out I have Sjogrens and do not carry the protein to digest it. Most places roll their eyes. ) This sandwich shop is always respectful of dietary needs and requests. (I ask for mayo on the bread & extra pickles ) Parking: Some days parking is full and may have to park nearby. Well worth it!!!!

I have debated leaving a review for about 5 trips now because I hate being negative to local business but I m hoping management sees this. After about 5 consecutive mobile orders that take 15-20 minutes longer than expected (greater than 35 mins). I literally cringe when my wife asks for it because it know what is going to happen. I felt management should know how poor the service has been and unfortunately it s consistently poor. I am still sitting here 15 minutes after my estimated ready time and it isn t progressing. Prices seem very high as well. If two 8inch subs and chips cost $24 bucks it should come with reliable service.

Well, I thought maybe I would keep the five stars for them...nope. Came in last night around 7pm. Walked in no greeting, girl didnt look at me and kept sweeping the floor, minutes later when she was done she walked up look at me and said what sandwich do you want. The staff were friendly however the wait to get two regular sandwiches was entirely too long. This is not a spot for a quick bite. There were 4 staff members and the staff were all working but the system needs tweaking. Too many orders to fulfill, whether online or in person. There were quite a few people waiting around who had already ordered and there were about 3 people in front of me. We literally were in the restaurant over 30 minutes before rushing out with our order. We were going to walk out without sandwiches but felt because we were only waiting for toppings it shouldnt be that long...wrong.

If I could i would put 0 stars. My family and I went here and everything I ordered was disgusting . No flavor. I ordered the roast beef 6inch and the meat wasnt cooked all the way through my daughter says she instantly felt sick . We also ordered two chicken bacon ranch 6in and both tasted sour after 2-3 bites. Very upsetting thinking we had great meals.. on top of that it was wasnt worth the $50 we paid . I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone if you want a good sub go to firehouse subs way better. Hopefully when I contact management I can get a refund because it was totally unworth it. I tried the space for the first time and was blown away by the quality of the food and the true sincere friendliness of the stuff. This is honestly the best Jersey mikes I ve ever been to. I placed an order and picked up from the location, but when I got home, I realized there were a few issues with my sandwich. Charlie, the general manager at this location, went above and beyond to correct the issue and offer great customer service. Not only did he offer to remake the sandwich, he also personally delivered the remake to my home (which for reference, I live 20 minutes from the location)!! I m truly moved by how far Charlie went to make everything right with the order. I ll be coming to this location from now on! Btw the sandwiches are amazing as always. Ive been to every Jersey Mikes in Houston and none can compare to this location on Hwy 6 in Sienna. The place is always clean and the staff members are friendly and inviting. The manager, Charlie, is the best. He remembers repeat customers by name and even knows how you like your sandwich. Very friendly and will suggest secret off menu items if you dont know exactly what you want to try. He makes you want to come back because you dont find service like that everywhere. I highly recommend this location. Trust me, you wont look at other Jersey Mike locations the same! Ask for Charlie.

This place is alllllllways chaotic and crowded and busy. We like their sandwiches, but the line is overwhelming. I really wish they would bring the Reuben back. I was so excited when I found out Jersey Mike had a Reuben on menu, then they had to go and shaft it! I am currently 22 + miles from getting a halfway decent Ruben.

Its usually good but they got my order all wrong yesterday which was sad. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap and got a cheesesteak. It was a hot sandwich so I didnt see it until I got home.
