I highly recommend attorney Christopher, he answered all my questions, told me exactly what I needed and how the process will go, he is very professional and made my process so smooth and super easy. I was very hesitant when I decided to not used my moms attorney because I would hear horror stories about other attorneys not being helpful. I asked a coworker one day if she knew of anybody and she recommended me Christopher. I remember her telling me Don t be scared when you meet him, he has a serious look on his face lol and she was right. But he was the most helpful, kind lawyer and gave us the attention we needed. Didn t even have to think twice, once he asked me if I wanted him to take my case and be my attorney, I said where do I sign? . 1,000% recommend him to anybody that s looking to process their immigration paperwork. Horrible receptionist, horrible lawyers. All they do is tell me to wait when I need to speak directly to my lawyer. The receptionist will hang up on your face, when I have the right as a client to express myself; this is frustrating as it is but 3yrs and nothing is being done. The State Bar of Texas will be hearing from me due to lack of communication, incompetence and negligence. They tell me on thing on the phone and another in person. Do not waste your time here

This is a late post but I had to come back and give my experience. I retained legal immigration services with this office and worked with Attorney, Christopher Carlston. Chris is very professional, committed, and shoots for positive outcomes, though he comes off a little dry at times, this man knows his stuff. In any business, or relationship communication is key, and when I tell you I never had an issue communicating, whether it was by email, or a call back, Chris always makes the time to respond to my questions and concerns. So, yes, I highly recommend this office, but I especially recommend working with Chris.

These guys have one of the most expensive services and the worst overall customer service. Bianca is the worst assistant anyone can find. She is rude and feels like she is doing a favour for you whereas you are paying heavily for the service. I will not recommend them to my enemy. They barely communicate with you for updates. In fact, you might be lucky to get an update on your case from them only when you call them. Again, you might be lucky to get the update.
