Great tasting kolaches. I especially like the cherry kolache and cream cheese kolache. The bacon, egg, and cheese kolache is quite filling. There are coupons on the back of your HEB receipts for the Kolache Factory. The current coupon offering is good through August 31, 2024.

I was craving a potato egg and cheese kolache this morning and I m out way out of town, we stopped at this Kolache Factory. The kolaches I received were not just egg and potato, but had a salsa added to it - more ranchero. I tasted like it had zero cheese and I did not like the salsa. When I went back in to say I had ordered the plain potato egg and cheese - they first agreed this was ranchero, but after said no this is our potato egg and cheese. When I said this is not consistent with other Kolache Factories, the guy behind the counter just said sorry. Didn t even try to fix the issue. I was VERY disappointed all I wanted was a cheesy potato and egg Kolache that I ve had at other KFs many times before! Oh and of course - they didn t have any plain egg and cheese.

I drove to this place because of my love of bread, and the clerk (a man) was very patient and gave me a recommendation!! Heard about this place through numerous advertisements but was very disappointed with the service I just received. My son and I walked into the location on Highway 6 and the young man working just looked at us. No greeting whatsoever. I told him that this was our first time and he stilled just stared at me. He boxed our Kolache order with cinnamon rolls all mashed together. Very disappointed with the service there. We won t be eating there again and will spread the word on our experience.

I know they are short handed, but some things are necessary. I brought a Italian chicken C. Warmed u when Opening my bag, there was no tissue paper or thin paper at the bottom of the bag for sanitation reason. If you value your customers, please be more considerate.

I am SOO PUMPED that I found this place!! I ve always like kolaches, but this place is literally unreal! If you ve never been to a Kolache Factory, my go-to s are usually the chicken enchilada and the big one with a bunch of eggs in it (I think it s called the Ranchero?). Can be a little expensive if you get 3+ kolaches, but definitely worth it!

Delicious breakfast style comfort food. Easy to eat on the go. Easily accessible location right off hwy 6 with ample parking. You can go in, order online and/or order for curbside pickup. Lousy kolaches, out of almost everything in the morning, tried to switch me to other stuff without even asking before they had rung it up. I would have walked out but I had a friend with me from out of town who liked the kolache factory. He thought they were horrible too and no were good like the Dallas one that he was familiar with.

THE WORST Kolache Factory! I ve been to many, but this one is horrible. Three customers complaining all the coffees were cold this morning at 10:20am? The apple danish I had was stale, apples watered down thus weak, the danish appeared stale and hard. After I told him at same time as two others the coffee was cold, he went back to make a cup of coffee for me, the others had him nuke them. The cup he made me was so strong I couldn t drink it. I took one bite of danish, left coffee everything on table and left. Money and time wasted. DO NOT GO THIS PLACE! Tables dirty. He wasn t busy, no other people in there. The two with nuked coffee left. Unacceptable for a breakfast place to have no hot coffee, and dirty tables.

Really enjoy this location. The service is great, the signage is witty. It even includes a loan a book exchange program inside. Clean, comfy, great place to sit to avoid the rush of Highway 6. The selection is amazing. First Kolache Factory Ive ever been to and while I love the classic sausage Kolache these pizza, sausage and gravy, egg croissants, etc have all got me drooling at the mouth just thinking about them. First time I went and had the pizza one it didnt impress. Think they were day olds or something. Pepperoni was crunchy which didnt really impress. Second time I went they were fresh and AMAAAAAZING. Will definitely be a morning stop whenever Im in the area.

Ive been to lots of Kolache Factory locations many many times and have always found them to be very lenient with accepting coupons. It never mattered if the coupon was for another Kolache Factory location, and they even accepted coupons that had expired without any problems. While it is perfectly understandable that 1 or all of the locations have become more strict with those policies and now only accept coupons that have not expired and that are for their specific location, is NOT acceptable for them to deny a coupon that was sent to a customer by THEIR website & made to be presented on a phone (vs printed...their coupons USED to say click here to print your coupon & print coupon& present at your local KF location but now they say CLICK TO VIEW YOUR COUPON. It is unquestionably in a format that is made to be presented on a phone instead of printed! No were on it doesnt mention printing the coupon, & in order to even print it, you would have to do a screenshot and print that. That being said, it is unacceptable for this location to not allow a customer to present this coupon on their phone for redemption, stating that they do not allow coupons to be presented on a phone. I could understand if one of their coupons that are meant to be printed was not allowed to to be redeemed by presenting it on a phone, but the coupon I had that was emailed to me by their website was most certainly made to be presented on a phone at this location. However, they would not allow me to use it. I will never ever return to this location! They need to seriously either reconsider their policy or have their corporate website change the format that the coupons are sent in back to the old way where they are made to be printed instead of presented on a phone.
