Had my son s 3rd Birthday here. My kids loved it. The playground is under renovation construction so they were not able to use and it was packed on a Saturday evening. I paid $75 for a pavilion with tables for 4hours. There were at least 6 other parties going on, that people set up on the grass with their own tents, tables and chairs. Next time I will do that. I only wish this splash pad was open thru at least November and would open up earlier in the spring time for this crazy Houston weathe and humidity.

Nice free neighborhood Waterpark for kids. The major concern is parental supervision, assuring their kids arent doing unsafe acts that may hurt other personnel. Playground: It a city park that is a water playground with water slides.

Splash pad just opened up , they took long to fix the chemical levels but it s finally open. Has a lot of trees for shade and even a canopy area . I recommend you bring your own foldable chairs since there isn t a lot of seating . Has. Huge bathroom

We drove over to the park for the reviews about the water park for the kids. We arrived and the water was not on. There is no sign or information about what time the water is on for the kids. We wasted 20 mins driving there & the kids were disappointed. Please update the information so people will know when the sprinkler is working

The splash pad was closed yet again with nothing noting on city of Missouri website or social media. Water pump was fixed Friday and splash pad was open Saturday and Sunday but after checking to make sure nothing was mentioned about being closed we traveled 30mins only to find out it was closed yet again.

Great park. Loop trail about a half mile. One bathroom out of order since freeze years ago, boarded up. Fountain there at that bathroom doesnt work. Other fountains are clogged with tree debris and filled with water. Toilets: One us broken permanently. The other is new construction.

This park is beautiful. I love the trail with descriptions of different trees. This park has the best splash pad! This is a great place for a fun family outing. Playground: During the summer they have a splash pad with great young kid friendly water slides. And they also have a nice regular year around playground. Toilets: They restrooms are clean, but theres no ac or fan. It gets quite hot in there during the summer. Picnic area: The picnic areas are covered, and there are covered areas close to the splash pad as well.

Wow! Just wow! I could not believe this water park is free! It s just a neighborhood park with this giant water park. It comes with a ton of slides, lots of sprinklers, it is great for kids of all sizes. The slides are big enough for adults as well. The parking lot is small but there is ample street parking. During the week it s not crowded but Saturday mornings it s packed. There is also a playground next to it with a dinosaur and car ride. This is my kids favorite play park.

Me and my child did enjoy the water park and the amount of shaded areas around. Although I feel there should be more seated areas and trashcans. There were moments the one trashcan was beginning to overflow and flies and bees were flying all around it. Also theres a small section that was building up water in the grass and it became muddy and lots of mosquitos were there. The playground definitely needs some attention and care. Those r my only issues. But the water park itself is fun. Get there early or its a bit hard finding parking.

This park is great! So glad they added this cool water playground. I went to book a pavilion for my sons birthday and had to do it close to 3 weeks late, that was my bad for waiting just a few weeks before to do it. If you want a pavilion, you better think about it far enough in advance. Playground: Its definitely the best playground around. No park better to visit in the summer.

Sweet little park with fancy water slides, giant jungle gym, .43 mile paved walk track, gazebos with BBQ grills and trash receptacle, pet disposals with bags, toilets, benches along walk trail. Water keeps cutting off. Have to wait an hour for someone cut it on. Its dangerous. My son slipped and hit his head on the concrete because the ground was wet from the water. The blue pads should cover the entire concrete area. If your chile is going to use it make sure they are wearing swim shoes to keep them from falling.

We tried this park a few days after the splash pad opened up with the new water park style. My son had a blast and there were a lot of people, but each child was careful of other kids. I saw patient kids waiting for other kids to get off the slide meanwhile some kids at the bottom of the slide stayed too long.. yet kids were still patient enough for their turn. It s nice to see all the kids having fun and being friendly with the little ones. The only complaint I have was the huge slide shooting people across the blue mat, but it was quickly resolved in a week for safety precautions. I still think the yellow slides are a bit slippery if children want to climb up and saw many kids fall and hurt themselves. I don t believe anything was done to create a grip for that, but parents need to be more aware to persist teaching their kids not to climb up the slide. My son also hurt his chin which turned into a bruise, but he has a tendency to climb a slide if he see s other kids doing it. Thankfully, he *hopefully* learned his lesson from hitting his chin not to climb the slide. He didn t try it again after and didn t get hurt. My only question is how many times does the water get filtered? I saw kids peeing through their shorts on the slide and we left after that!

I want to thank the Quail Valley Fund and Missouri City for their collaboration on the new Splash pad at Ridgeview park! Also for lengthening the mat on the wide slide. The upgraded bathrooms are also awesome! Not having a community pool in Quail valley makes this a great treat to bring the grand babies to. It would need nice to have covered seating on the other side so you can monitor kids coming down the covered slice, but that certainly isn t a complaint!! So very thankful for this addition to our neighborhood!!

The park is hidden behind walls suppressing some car noise from Highway 6. Nice little park. There a loop for you to walk and they planted edible fruit trees along the way too which is neat. They also provided a small playground for kids. There are pics tables that you can reserve if you need it for a party or something. There are restrooms on both ends of the loop. The middle part of the park is open for kids or adult who wants to play soccer, football or Frisbee.
