Hanah is the best cleaner from Big country maids. Please everyone you should ask for her. Cleaning is her passion and she loves cleaning. She cleaned my apartment and she didn t allow any inch of it. She was so considerate of my items too. I told her to put my Bags outside and she said what if someone takes them? Then it occurred to me, yes that is true. Anyway, she is the best and she will be the only one cleaning my apartment from now on.

We needed a house cleaned after a long time tenant left and Sonia did a fantastic job. Removed all the stains from the shower and toilets. The appliances looked brand new! The house smelled cleaned. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again!! Thank yall!

Sonia did an amazing job cleaning my apartment after a fire extinguisher left yellow dust everywhere. Yellow residue was stuck underneath the stove, washer/dryer, and fridge and it was all cleared away. She made the stove shine and did a great job cleaning the living room area.

They let me know every step of the way what to expect and any changes along with photos of the results. Sonia came to my home to clean after a tenant moved out and Sonia went above and beyond with the detailed cleaning and took the time to make it look so nice for future tenants. I will be using them again in the future!

Michael is my cleaner. Although Im a newer customer thats only had a few visits, being disabled and having to use a walker and cane for mobility he has been a godsend helping me with monthly cleaning Im not physically able to do anymore. I had a move out cleaning and our bedroom suite and table only thing left in house. She did a terrible job. Top of door, top of ceiling fans, pantry and baseboard weren t done. I hired them because I had to pack. Thought be less stressful not too have clean also. I had too clean a lot before we showed our house

Samantha and her sister Savannah did a fantastic job cleaning my house! My house hasn t been this clean since I got busy with planning my wedding over a year ago. Samantha even pet my bunnies when she was greeted by them! I ve always been told that maids only clean around things and not under them but that was not the case at all! They both worked on the house for four hours for eight hours of work total for only $366! I can t say enough about how well they did. We have set up monthly cleanings with Big Country maids and we couldn t be happier with the results.

Samantha WoW!!! did an amazing job on my daughters apartment. The dust storm can through Lubbock and my daughter apartment had Red dirt everywhere when my daughter sent me the video I couldn t believe how the dust was able to come underneath her door & on her window seals. I was in a panic with my daughter busy schedule I had to call a maid service. Thank you guys for your understanding that I needed it done ASAP.
