This place has become my go to go place to get my nails done. I ve been trying to find a good place for a while and finally found the right one. The people here are amazing too. I usually screenshot pictures and just show them and they make it happen. All the sets I ve gotten here have been 10/10 and they last a long while. Worst experience ever! I never write reviews, however I had to get on here and warn people. It hasn t even been 2 weeks (it has only been 9 days) and I am already missing 3 nails, and have another 3 nails lifting! I don t use my hands often and my nails typically last 2 weeks min, up to a month. This has been my first time going to a shop for a long time as I normally go to a tech and they have shown me exactly why! My nails and toes have NEVER looked this bad! Materials were not clean (my toe has gotten infected, the pain was so bad that I could barely walk for 2 days, my toe looks a lot better now than before due to treatments I have been doing, however it still looks abnormal) and they do not care about your experience as they try to rush you in and out. I was cut on four of my fingers (wished I photographed them as soon as it happened as they are now healed) and cut on my toe and their response to this was just to laugh. Not a single sorry or any compensation. I was in pain almost yo the point of tears due to how rough they were. This was a 0/10 appointment and I will never come here or recommend this place! Also definitely not worth the price! My mom also had a bad experience, as her nails did not last a week! We were also charged for shellac and they gave us regular polish! I am just so appalled and disgusted.

I told many that it was my first time getting a service there. Despite that prompting I was met with a very rushed & cold person at the front desk, who barely looked at me or smiled. The person giving me my pedicure was pleasant but rushed towards the end (sloppy coats), put slippers on my feet and told me I can go now . My toes didn t even get too dry before I was rushed out. Not to my surprise I messed up my polish up in the car. However, I did enjoy their drink menu & liked the design/decor of the building.

I had acrylics and a volcano pedicure scheduled at Premier; Lee did my acrylics and Danny worked on my pedicure. They are a very accommodating staff and it s a beautiful salon. Services and drinks are wonderful. It looks very lux at salon! I met the owner and she is attentive and friendly! She is walking around making sure everything is navigating in order. No negative comments about salon, staff or services. Only mishap was, when I got home I realized that my left (foot) toenail had not dried completely before leaving salon, so it was ruined. I called, and they offered for me to go in and get it repaired. When I walked in they immediately sat me and I did comment how it was just 1 toenail but they did my entire foot! Top tier service! Love this salon. The price is worth the service. Definitely recommend. Will be returning soon! I love it. Cleanliness: Very beautiful nail salon. Spacious and clean!

It s great! Vivian did my nails and she was really kind and sweet! I also talked to other techs like Henry who was also really sweet and kept me entertained the whole time. I did a French ombré on short coffin gel x and my set was 85$, which I feel like is a little bit on the pricey side (I m not sure if this is normal for what I got) which is the reason I took a star away, but other than that, everything was great! I would recommend!!

I drive all the way from midtown (35-45mins) to come see Steve & Vin. I followed Steve from another salon closer to my home, because can literally do ANYTHING with acrylic. Hes also very funny & has great recommendations to accommodate your wants. I have small hands, but Im very tall (510), with small nail beds. He recommended the best shape & length to make my nail bed appear longer but not fake. I go to Vin for my pedicures because I am ALWAYS breaking one of my big toe nails. He has it down to the T on how to give me my French tip without my mail appearing shorter. He also gives the best massages on your feet/legs. Ill continue to drive out here as long as these two are here!

It was my first time there and will be my last time. The acrylic overlay was not done well enough and you can see a gap in between my cuticle and where the nail starts and I just got them done. I also got a nail soak off, which she also filed them down and it hurts so bad not to mention the lady who had filed my toenails had made one of my Toes bleed from how she filed them. Although it is aesthetically pleasing, that is the only thing that really has to offer.

I can only speak for my own experience. I called before I went to confirm that they use the IBD Builder gel that I currently have on my nails, and then headed over there. Upon arrival, I also confirmed that they could do builder gel nails. The owner, a very disrespectful woman in the front, was very dismissive of me and said yeah yeah and had someone come over. He explained to me that he could not do builder gel, but would be able to do acrylic. Why would I want acrylic powder over my builder gel nails? I told him no, and proceeded to leave, and then the owner again told me someone else would help me. I try to be patient as I realize there s sometimes a breakdown in communication, so I asked three people if they did build a jail nails. They said no, and the owner insisted that the woman she was sending over would be able to do it. She lied. They brought out a different product and she totally wasted 30 minutes of my time as I ve been waiting patiently. I would never go back because it was very inconsiderate of her to try to push another product and another method on me after I explicitly asked beforehand and waited patiently in her lobby.

Came in last Tuesday and by Friday morning, three days later, two nails chipped. The last few times, my nails have chipped/broke which rarely happens. Specifically told the techs I wanted a different product than last time because my nails chipped I needed them at least through the weekend. My nails are so paper thin and the product just peeled off. The pedicure service portion was great, product also chipped. Really wanted this to be my spot but nails should last longer than three days without a break or chip. A google search for the powder color I was looking for somehow brought me to this salon s website and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. Clean, nicely appointed salon with the most color choices I ve seen offered in one place. I wanted a specific color and shape and Chad did not disappoint. He is a perfectionist. I came here because my regular nail technician was out sick and I had an event to attend. This salon was closer to home and had good reviews, so I come as a walk in. The design and decor of this salon are nice. The technicians were sweet. I got a full set and pedicure with shellac. But my nails started lifting and breaking within the first week. I went back to the salon to fix one nail that had completely come off and tell them that the others were lifting and it s only been 9 days. I usually wear longer nails that last 2-3 weeks. But I figured you can t go wrong with short & simple. The manager told me that my nails grow that way and that I had to pay full price ($40) for a new fill because she didn t recognize me. I explained I paid cash and the system was down that day she never bothered entering my name in the system. I paid $140 the first time I came and I never even mentioned how my shellac on my feet were chipping. I ended up getting the one nail fixed at no charge. & broke another nail the same day. Maybe there are certain nail techs that do better and I was just unlucky. A simple color powder and french tip pedi should not be this difficult. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Finally got it right this time. I decided to give this place another try because I liked how the lady did my brows and I didn t feel like going to a different place for my mani and pedi. This time they were not as busy; which I figured is good so my nail tech could take her time. My nails, feet, and brows came out perfect. Because of my positive experience, I ll be back as a regular.

First time here, got a shellac pedi and overlay. I have to admit I was very surprised when I walked in. I was greeted pleasantly by Hayley. Explained to her what I wanted, boom bam, I was assisted right away. Sat down in a pedi chair, and here comes Lisa and Linh and they started right away. My nails never felt so great, over all very happy with results, service and experience! 5 stars! Highly recommended.

I used to come here right after everything reopened during Covid and I stopped for whatever reason. My nail tech at another salon moved to another state so I bounced around for a couple years. But I m SO HAPPY TO BE BACK!! Wendy slayed my nails for Valentine s Day. I m OBSESSED with the shape and design. Vanessa also did a great job on my pedicure!! (Pedicure not pictured because #nofreetoes ) I finally found my new favorites.

I want there to get my nails done a couple weeks ago and I noticed that the foot scrubs that they used on me compared to the Caucasian woman next to me was very small and used , and when I inquired about whether or not they changed out their utensils every time they have a new customer they told me that they did which was not true because it was clear that the buffer had already been used multiple times on multiple customers and then they suggested that in the future when I come there I can buy one of their brand new kits out of the pack if I would like

Mimi is absolutely the best!! She always takes care of me when I come in the shop. I always give her different designs and she masters it every time!! She even took care of me when I had a cold and put some peppermint oil on my forehead and temples which help relieve some stuffiness! Everyone is the shop is talented and does a wonderful job! Make this your next stop for your mani pedi and brows!

I stopped by after ripping and running errands and glad I did. Ive been here before a few times and have always had great service. My technician Tom was very gentle, everyone was so accommodating and listened to me. Service was right on time. Definitely will be back!
