Inefficient and rude. While people are in line, there will be workers at registers claiming to be on break. Go to the breakroom! And dont expect a manager to do anything except snap at you. Terrible.

I love shopping at Hobby Lobby!! There is no way you can go in and not purchase something! I cant recall a time that Ive been to Hobby Lobby and there not be a sale going on! Right now, they have 50% off their Christmas decor/items and 40% off Fall and Thanksgiving decor/items. There is such a huge selection to choose from! Mickey Mouse scarecrows; Christmas jigsaw puzzles; Thanksgiving centerpieces and best of all...How the Grinch Stole Christmas! So if my friend Brenda is reading this post, now you know where Im getting your Grinch gifts! I stopped in on Saturday for baking supplies which by the way, was also on sale. I was there for only a couple of things and ended up staying in the store for a little over an hour! When I got to the checkout line, the cashier was nice enough to let me know that what I was purchasing was on sale. She informed me that the sale would end that day at the close of business but that by the time they reopen on Monday, a new sale would begin. After that, I couldnt wait to check the online ad the next day to see what was on sale for the following week! Its still the same sale BUT thats fine with me. I loved the prices that I saw so much last week that I dont mind a repeat!

Certainly! Here s a revised version of your review: --- I had a disappointing experience at this Hobby Lobby location. The checkout clerk was rude and unprofessional. When I asked if teachers receive a discount, she responded with a condescending tone. Additionally, she was dismissive when I attempted to pay with Apple Pay. I felt uncomfortable and unfairly treated, especially since the manager was present and did nothing to address the issue. I ve decided to take my business elsewhere and will be shopping at Lakeshore for my school supplies from now on. ---

I love Hobby Lobby. On this visit, I came for matted frames. There were.many options and styles. I bought two. Learn from my mistake and look closely at them before you purchase. Mine had a few scratches and dents but I am too lazy to take them back and return them so I m keeping them. Ha. But I love Hobby Lobby. There are so many cool treasures to be found here!

Be careful with what is being tallied up at the register . I got charged over $30 for 2 items that was supposed to be $3.48. Also there is this lady that makes you feel like you are an inconvenience when you have returned. It s very uncomfortable.

First time at this location, since I normally go to the Stafford location but I was in the area.. and I was looking at some furniture. I asked a guy that was there for help but he couldn t help me (can t remember his name) so he got me someone who could. Andres was sooo sweet and helpful with answering my questions and he was so patient (God knows I asked a million questions) anyways he s such a sweetheart they re so lucky to have him! He needs a raise. I hope management sees this.

I had an awful experience, making a return post Christmas. I returned around 14 faux flowers (receipt and tags attached) right after an older lady. My cashier was african american like myself. A caucasian male, younger, with a short hair cut interrupted the return process and began asking me why I was returning them, was there something wrong and began smelling each flowers. Who smells faux flowers!?? He surely didn t intrude or smell the picture frames the older lady returned. I responded I purchased way too many. He rolled his eyes. I was very upset by this transaction and clearly racism is alive and well.

I have always loved shopping at this particular Hobby Lobby store the location is great and the employees are always friendly however, my son and I visited the store yesterday, my son wanted to purchase a model plane, but it did not have a price marked on it. One of the store managers, Kristin passed us in the isle my son stopped her to ask her for the price of the item she hardly rolled her eyes at my son and I and sighed as if we were bothering her. I was so shocked by her behavior I did not have words at the moment. I have never encountered such rudeness at this store before. When my son and I approached the counter to pay for our items I asked the cashier what position did Kristin hold, she stated shes a manager. I told her how she rolled her eyes at my son and I she informed me that she does that to everyone. That is unacceptable! I am a director of customer service for a larger insurance company I train on excellent customer service I would never allow my employees to get away with such behavior. I am sure I was not the only customer who has encountered this behavior from Kristin. This behavior from leadership will also run off good employees. This needs to be addressed.

Eh, over priced stuff. Weird niche decor, but a good place to get Christmas decor in the middle of the summer. I went looking for some craft supplies for a project and they actually did not have what I needed. But if you need signs with random bible verses or crosses this is your place.

Was looking for picture frames and wasn t sure if some of the frames were wall mounted. I was wondering around trying to look for all the frames in the store and couldn t find anything. I approached one of the workers there, her name was Edna. She was friendly and helpful with helping me find the right picture frames. No other employee seem to wanted to help me but her. Hobby Lobby has everything I need to do whatever craft I need. Home decor is usually spot on, holiday decorations always hit, and the candles... I am a professional trainer & I brought a puppy in while I was shopping for my Cricut supplies. I was questioned by an employee who just said there s three of you in here right now? And I was super confused. I was like what? I work for my own company - I don t know who else is in the store. She said oh, well we re gonna have to call to report this and I said hobby lobby is dog friendly. She said yes it is but that everybody just brings dogs to train there. I understand that this could potentially be disruptive. However, my dog was not. He was perfect in the store. I train service dogs so my standards are very high. Either a place is dog friendly or they are not. I don t appreciate being approached in such a way. I left & I will always go to another craft store for my needs from here on out. On a side note: I only saw 1 other dog upon arriving. There was not a plethora of dogs in the store.

So we are in this store with my hubby & kids, 8pm came & they announce they are closing, my kids are on the other aisle with my hubby & want to call them we need to go but the saleslady Mary was very rude Maam we are close! you cannot go beyond this point, you see your family in the front, you hear the announcement right?
