This place has really gone down. As evident by an almost empty dining room at lunch time. I used to like their Siberia tostadas but last couple times they barely put a smearing of avocado. I ve brought it up before but this time, I actually sent it back when I noticed that they only put a bit of avocado along the outside edge of the tostada but nothing in the middle. So once sent back the server said that the cook said that if I wanted extra avocado , I had to ask for extra! Really? I told her if a tostada is supposed to have avocado, put some ! After that the server was rude and I really hope they didn t spit on my other order, I really should have just left. Btw, no chips nor salsa anymore either, when they used to give some before .

Our familys favorite restaurant. When eat here spontaneously atleast once a week. Delicious food with great atmosphere and excellent prices. Whenever we eat here, we always leave satisfied. Been to almost all Laredos restaurants and this is in our top 3.

Pick up an order and still had to wait half an hour. The food was horrible. My tostada very soggy. The fries were old, hard and bad. This is a well known restaurant but I rather go to the one on Sunders st. The one on McPherson has horrible service and food. This is my last. Hopefully they can hire more staff that really wants to work and cook. They just dont know how to take care of their customers. Parking: Parking is very narrow

Originally went in to Suarez to eat but no tables were clean, so we ended up at this restaurant. Nobody but us and another couple were in there, so I dont know why service was so bad. Our waitress enjoyed watching what was on television more than she liked her job. I wasnt going to leave her a tip, just to make a statement, but we ended up leaving her $5. It was also hot in the restaurant. Wont be going there again. Too bad, because the food was not actually that bad

I ordered Silveria d veal toast with Marta. Got home n it was wrong order, it was chicken. she told me to bring it back because she placed the wrong order. I said Im already home home n Ill drop by to pick up the correct order tomorrow. Today is Friday Nov 18 n came to talk to owner. He said he was not going to replace order that I was supposed to come Weds 16 when I was told. N that it was Marthas mistake, n I shld deal with her. Im like, the owner is saying that instead of taking responsibility for his employees errors. So I and my hubby walked out. Never to return to this place again. Too bad because their food is good. Sad about later people not taking responsibility for there errors. Almost a month since I posted this comment and no one, not even the manager or owner, has responded to me. Oh My Laredo Doesnt Change . 2.7.23 more than a month and nothing from the owner of OBREGON. Its disappointing because its a good restaurant. And besides, because when they call these restaurants in Obregón, when I ask who Im talking to, they always tell me who they want to talk to. Well, how does one know who they never want to give their names to? But why do they do that!!! What is the problem with the people of Laredo and their names? Nowhere here do they do that .

Very bad experience, the 2 waitresses were just talking and didnt ask me if I needed anything. The one who took my order was very rude and in a bad mood, then she went to talk to the cooks and ignored me...I didnt have any other table and they didnt even serve me, they were just talking...I didnt have coffee and then I ordered my bill and they never took it to me I had to stop for the bill... Terrible service I dont recommend it

I dont like to bash places but I went in with my family to eat got my daughter the kid meal of nugget and they where really bad. My wife and I got a parrillada for 2. I sware to god the meat had too much grease and could not eat it. It felt like rubber and had no flavor at all. I almost choke on the meat. And they want to charge top dollar for the food that was horrible. Never going here again.

Before you order they bring out house made tortilla chips and salsas, green & quemada salsas are awesome. They also served a small bowl of fideo which was good and tasty.We ordered the 3 taco combo(2 crispy tripa & 1 fajita), a tostada siberia and a cheeseburger for my 7 year old. The tacos were good, tostada was excellent and my kid loved the burger and homemade fries. Service was excellent, server would come by regularly to offer drink refills and made sure we were well served.

Very bad service Cold food apart from the fact that the waitress made a mistake, very rude, nor would I eat there again for free. I regularly go to the one in Market, the food and service is much better here at the one in Mcpherson, the waitress, after she brings us the cold food and makes the wrong order, tells us they cant be returning the dishes!!

Insects in the food- rude owner- lack of professionalism. BUGS IN FOOD- RUDE MANAGEMENT- Terrible customer service! We ordered a broth and a dish to take away. When I tasted the broth, the taste was stale. As I continued eating it I discovered a FLY!!!! I immediately vomited and discarded both dishes. Call the restaurant to explain the situation and request a refund. The lady on the phone told me they would make the refund and to pick up the money. I told them that apart from making me sicker and sending me food with a fly in it, they still want me to come back!? That they only made the refund through the same card. The lady said that couldnt be done. I insisted that they return it to the card and he told me that his system did not allow it, that it should be for the money. Hours later my husband went to get the money and the lady who was there said no, the cash was not there and that he had to wait 20-30 minutes for the manager to arrive so he could return it to THE CARD!! I told him that they had already told us that it was not possible and that we had to go. That they had already made us return, and he only said that. When we arrive the OWNER still says that he will return the money to us but that we should pay him for the other dish we ordered . The food went into the trash. It had insects. I told him no, that I wanted everything back and the man deigned to say you already made your move, you have to pay me and that because the girls did not know how to use the machine the refund could not be made and that is why he had to do it. And that I had to pay for the other dish (because that one didnt have the fly included ha). I told him I was going to publish this and he threatened me because he had me recorded and I dont know how much. That he was also going to publish. Well publish it. Anyway... what a sad situation and lack of ethics and business knowledge. For its $10 dollars it will always have a terrible reputation. Ill be fine with $10 less, since the truth is that the other dish wasnt even worth it. But with an attitude like that you cant advance in a business. I hope it helps you reconsider your interactions with customers and improve the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Menudo was floating in grease and fat literally. All the white spots you see in the bowl is more fat plus the layer of grease above the bowl. The meat had more fat attached to it. Poor service never had my coffee refilled once. Horrible experience.

Went for dinner on a Tuesday, not many people there at that time. The server was okay, but the food was great. My mom is very particular and picky. She really liked the gorditas de chicharron. My dad finished his large bowl of menudo and he rarely eats that much. I ordered the torta de ternera. The cheese is extra and the side of fries was small. The aguas frescas were just right, not too sweet. The only fly in the ointment, was an actual fly that kept buzzing around our table trying to get on our food and drinks. Overall a pleasant visit.

The Tampiqueña or Fiesta plate are one of the best options you could choose from. Its to much food for an affordable price. The fresh natural waters are the best I recommend Tamarindo or Limonada. And for dessert I recommend the fresas con crema you will totally love it. So, yes go to Oregons so you could satisfy your obsession with food

Food was ok.. heres my problem.. I had to use the restroom and it had no toilet paper.. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to walk in.. when I brought it up to the cashier she said it was not her fault and it was the night crews responsibility. No discount or no apology!!
