Service is non existent. Took forever to get seated and the waiter never came. Best part of all, the restaurant was nearly empty, only three people were there. Host was not at their station, waiters/waitresses were just standing around. Manager was supposedly busy, doing what, who knows, because it wasnt running his restaurant. In this economy, there are better places to spend your hard earned money

Yesterday 9/25/24 me and my daughter went to have dinner I wouldnt even rate a 1 on the food first my steak was well done which I asked medium rare then my daughter got the platter which has chicken strips and macaroni and fries well she got sick last nite took her to hospital alot vomiting and nothing was keep in her system so she got food poisoning. So never again going there

Food was adequate. Came as shown, tasted as should. Service was a joke. Got seated, host was the only one who did their job tonight. No one came to take drink orders for over 10 minutes. No where near heavy traffic hours. We literally had to stare down servers at their POS station before someone realized we needed service. Rest of service was subpar. Asking for a to go box was completely disregarded or forgotten. But whoever served us didnt forget to chismeando while we waited for our box to go. Stared them down too for good while, before making the to-go box hand signal, and our waiter/waitress/server made the oh yeah I forgot face. Que bueno.

GM Doug is a disgrace the way he spoke to a member of staff and then to me, I am glad I walked out before I did something I may regret, his attitude was a disgrace to a customer that spends a lot of money, tips his staff good and takes in a lot of business, I will be contacting the CEO at Chilies & Brinker Intl who owns Chilies, I will also tell Doug Comings and see if he is interested as he is the SSR VP & COO

Went during lunch to try out the new 3 for Me Deal w/ my wife given the price increases in Fast Food. Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food I recieved (Baked Potato Soup, Burger w/ Fries, & as much Strawberry Lemonade I could drink). Definetely coming back seeing as my meal came out cheaper than a regular #2 Combo from W.B for alot less.

This is one of the best restaurants I ve gone to with my family and friends. Everytime I come, the food is always awesome, it s hot and it s never been a long wait, even when it s packed. I personally love getting the three for me and getting some chips, a half tea half strawberry lemonade and either the bacon ranch quesadillas or the creamy Cajun pasta and it s just amazing. The chips come out fast, the salsa is always so refreshing, especially with the hot weather, and the entrees are always out before I finish my app. And if you re not into chips, we ve tried the soups too and I d definitely recommend either one too if you want something warmer. The servers are always so friendly too and it s my family s go to restaurant when we re out. I d recommend for everyone to try it at least once.

I ordered online and was trying the new triple dripper they didnt have the fried mozzarella, so I had to get the cheese fries to dry to salty. The cheese was cold. The mini burgers were good, but all in all, I did not come back or well not recommend them.

Very disrespectful service! I had asked for a smokehouse combo and the waiter mixed up the orders and gave my plate to someone else. When I asked if he could please re make it and bring me what I had asked for, he comes back with only a plate of quesadillas and tells me someone at the table already had the rest of the combo and that he could not remake that for me. I explained to him that it was not my fault that he messed up who he gave the order to and that I wanted the rest of my order, he just said ok and left. I guess he got mad that I complained because on top of never coming back with the rest of my food, we were there for easily another hour to which he never came back to check on any of us, all cups were empty and he never asked if we needed any refills. In fact, when I went to pay, it was another waiter that charged me and gave me my change, our waiter was too mad to even look me on the face. And at the end of the day he faced no consequences and I was forced to pay for a plate I did not ask for and was left craving the food I had originally asked for. What a way to ruin my Sunday night!!

I also ordered a chipotle chicken salad...this was all to go and I did not think to the salad...big mistake...it looked like VOMIT...it was not the best of presentations...neither was it tasty..it was edible but was blend ...dont know why CHILIS would serve this as they did.
