Good country atmosphere, but the app doesnt include certain menu items like the Jalitos ranch Hungerbuster, (neither in combo or straight up burger form). Nowhere.. Last week, I wanted to order 3 of these on my app, but I could not locate it there, but it was on their dq texas webpage. That incongruence is annoying and deters me from buying DQ more often because the app doesnt include the item I want so I have to change platform or go up there directly to purchase in store.

Me and my boyfriend went here tonight, as soon as we walked in we waited a few minutes before someone came up and took our order. The gentleman didn t even say hello, how are you he s just stood there looking right at us ready to put in our transactions. That was the first slap in the face. Then we finished our food and got ice cream, I saw that they had a new flavor called picnic peach cobbler and so I got a mini to try it. I didn t like it, so I went back up to order a different kind. The same gentleman took a couple infront of me order and walked away after he was done taking the order. I was thinking okay well they do seem short staffed, let me just wait . I thought he d come back right away. Nope me still standing there, him looking at me 3 times while going to the back, while also going to drive through. Not even attempting to come back up and take care of me. And knowing I was standing up there. WOW! Rude. My experience here wasn t very pleasing and I don t think I d care to come back either.

I would ve typically gave this place a 5 star since I eat here for lunch at least 2-3 a month but today I was very disappointed I order a 4 Piece spicy chicken strip combo with ranch and a coke. I get to work and that s not what I got instead I got a 4 piece steak fingers with gravy. I was back at work and couldn t go back so I was stuck with eating it at least it was fresh! The receipt say spicy chicken strips and the person who took my order repeated it back correctly but still got the wrong food HOW????

I ve always enjoyed this DQ and never any issues until last week and again this week. Both times ordered a peanut buster parfait. Both times I received ice cream packed into two cups that were fastened together - the lid was literally another small sized cup with no hole to spoon through like the regular parfait lid has. I ve ordered these for decades and never had it served up like this. To eat it I had to take the top cup off, whereupon peanuts cascaded everywhere and ice cream quickly began to drip. I couldnt spoon any ice cream without making melting ice cream overflow around the edges. The first time I thought this was a joke some new high school employee thought was funny. The second time, I asked the girl at the window how I was supposed to open this to eat it. She very rudely said Like normal and slammed the window and walked off. So. I will not be back at this location. I had to bring the parfait home & dump into a cereal bowl in order to eat it. By then the ice cream had dripped all over my clothes. The pic is after I opened it and lost half the peanuts that poured out.

I have never had an issue at this Dairy Queen. The customer service is good as well as the employees. The bathrooms are always stocked and clean. The dining area is always clean. The service is quick rather you are inside dining or going through the drive through. I have never experienced them being out of any product. The Blizzards are always the best, especially the cookies and cream and the reeses peanut butter cup one. I highly recommed this location. Its in an easy to get to location and in a nice area of Lewisville.

This Dairy Queen started strong when it opened and is slowly becoming mediocre at best. This is an example of why most restaurants fail. The hamburgers are low quality meat that s over cooked and dry. The buns are stale and veggies are wilted. The kid taking the order in the drive through is not professional. Dairy Queen is becoming Burger King. The occasional person that s hungry will inadvertently eat here and will always leave missing the Dairy Queen of the past. Avoid this restaurant and go to elsewhere.

Take out is hard to stomach when 5 burgers are severely burnt to a point that you know even the cook wouldnt eat them. Food quality here has gone down hill over the last two years. Service is always horrible from people that are anti social and oblivious to how loud they are in the back. Spend your $ at a different burger joint, we will be.

Food was wonderful, but I had to wait roughly 10 min for my order which consisted of two meals. Im sure this isnt a consistent occurrence and it was prior to Christmas so perhaps they were understaffed. Not sure, I usually try to be patient with my analysis. However, I also want to report my experience based on what I received that day alone. If I visit again I will definitely change the review. The food was good, I would still come back again.

Forget my 5 star review from last time. Rude, unprofessional staff, plenty of F bombs from the kitchen and drive thru. We made a drive thru order but had to go in and get what was shorted from the order even after having to wait in parking spot for the 7+ min for a chicken sandwich that it almost seemed they didnt want to make or wanted us to change our mind about. Burnt mostly inedible hamburgers as the picure shows and we got 2 of these. Just pathetic. Never again.

I dont eat the regular food from dairy Queen but the blizzards are always great. If you want a quick fix for ice cream this is a fine decision. The drive through is a bit long at times, but not too bad. Usually its because someone is buying their whole family dinner and it takes a second to get through. 10/10 would go again.

Just left DQ and omg let me tell you! First impression when I walked in was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food was amazing and the quality of it is THUMBS UP all the way! Huge shout out to Shay!! This man was incredibly polite, very tentative and his vibe was very welcoming and gave off a very good energy. Because of Shay my family and I will be returning again for another Saturday luncheon in the very near future.

Went inside to charge my phone to download the DQ app nodded off not even a minute when the Manager Gabriel was rude and saying you cant sleep here. Despite the fact i overheard her and her employees dropping F bombs about customers. We waited about 15 min for two burgers and and some chicken strips. When we finally but into the burgers - they were cooked into something that resembles a disc made of charcoal. Weve tried giving this place a chance of the last few months but its been consistently getting worse not to the point to where the food is almost actually inedible. Do not visit this location.
