Poor location! Classic hot & ready are Hot* but not ready you have to wait for the pizza in the parking lot. And the Stuffed Crazy Bread... well.. Its just bread. They gave me the wrong order so i had to drive back, if I knew they looked like this I would have preferred my money back.

I was very disturbed to know that you dont have to wear gloves while handling raw meat. You had one of your workers touch his face, then grabbed sausages, which was very disgusting to see. I will never go back.

I ordered a cheese stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza...I got a cheese stuffed regular pizza w salt in the crust. Called and Ernesto proceeded to call me a liar and say if you bring it back and its up to my standards I cant do nothing for you. UNBELIEVABLE LOOK AT THE PICS OF WHAT WAS ORDERED AND WHAT WAS GIVEN. Ordered the thin pizza and it was burned. I also ordered the calzon and was also burned. The crust area of the calzon was flat when it should be fluffy and it was over seasoned with the garlic cheese or whatever it is they use to season the crust area. They also really skimped on the toppings.

1st experience: went by for a hot n ready, got home and there was ashes all over the top and bottom of the pizza and the pizza and box were burnt. Went back and the employee told me they had a small fire in the warmer/oven that burnt several pizzas. How can you not check a pizza youre going to sell if its okay to eat??? I shouldnt have gone back but decided to attempt a better experience but not: 2nd: ordered online, went by to pick up in drive thru, was told to park in front and it would be taken out to me. I should have known they wouldnt, I got off after 30+ mins and the pizza was sitting there getting cold while the employees were talking and laughing. I told them dont tell people to wait in front if youre never going to take anything. They got super offended of me calling them out on their mistakes. Worst location! I should have not gone back and the other reviews dont lie. Avoid!!!

I had never been at this pizza location, this was my first time here, WORST pizza EVER! Both Pretzel pizza were horrible! They did look or tasted like pretzel from the crust. Also they were both super thin like a flour tortilla instead of regular pizza. I will NEVER buy pizza there again!

USUALLY the pizza IS HOT & FRESH. This time I was very disappointed. By the time I got to the house (within 9 minutes), it was already cold. I believe that box had been sitting on the rack long before I got there. It looked lop-sided...some of the slices were thin, some were medium thickness. The thicker slices tasted like they werent cooked thoroughly (1/2 raw). The flavor was different than before. Slices were not sliced thoroughly. We had to tear the slices apart.
