Annette did a great job in getting our house sold in Georgetown. It was and is a difficult market to be selling now but she promoted it well, gave some good suggestions on how to make it more sale able and held many open house presentations. In the end we did get a good price for our house. I would highly recommend her for any needing to sell or buy a house in the Georgetown to Temple radius.

Update: 2023...we just completed a home purchase, and of course we utilized the amazing services of Annette Montgomery. Annette really knows Georgetown. She knows the neighborhoods, the various workmen and contractors, and all of the other realtors in town. If she doesnt have an answer, she will know exactly who to call. You can trust what she says, and she will be honest with you. Moreover, shes a joy to work with, always gives plenty of time and space, and makes the experience a lot of fun. We have had another wonderful experience with Annette. A TERRIFIC realtor! Annette sold our home this year (2020) after several months of our preparing things for sale. She advised us through the entire process, helping us determine what to do and what NOT to do to fix up our home. She has a great working relationship with many trades in lawncare, painting, cleaning, carpentry, windows, other realtors, title companies and the list goes on. Her connections were a godsend to us. Once the house was ready, she listed it, and within a short time, we were under contract. She was responsive ALWAYS, available when needed, prompt with reaching out with offers and negotiating tips. It really was a perfect transaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend Annette. She knows the Georgetown area thoroughly and would be a valuable sellers or buyers agent.

Ms Montgomery went above and beyond to prepare and sell my mother s home. She handled it all for my mother, while my mother had already relocated to Hawaii to live near me. I could not be happier with her professionalism, compassion and patience when dealing with my elderly mother and with finding a buyer at just under highest asking price. I highly recommend Ms. Montgomery.

Annette was an absolute TREAT! We had a horrible experience with a different realtor in the beginning our journey to sale our home and purchase a new one but she completely changed our feelings about having a realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable, very patient and never made us feel like we were doing anything we didnt want to. She was never pushy on anything. We will sale and purchase again later down the line and she will always be who we entrust such an important role with! She is just amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about Annette! Not only is she just a wonderful human being she is the cream of the crop of realtors. Annette helped me to sell my previous home and buy my current home last year. Both were great experiences!
