The young Hispanic lady at the front desk on check out today did not say good morning. How was your stay, or anything. No expression, I expect better customer service and skills from your front desk. Please have her greet EVERY customer with a smile!!! The older Hispanic lady at the breakfast area said good morning with a great smile on her face!!

1) The network was inoperable on the TV for Netflix or other movie apps. For whatever reason, it only worked for the live tv. The staff was unable to fix the issue. 2) The bed was the worst hardest mattress that I ve ever slept on. I woke up with a major backache. 3) The shower curtain did not reach the base of the shower causing so much water to get on the floor outside of the shower causing a potential slip and fall hazard. 4) The guest upstairs sounded like there was a room full of children as they caused so much noise it disturbed our sleep further. 5) The ice machine on the first floor was out of order, but I had to find out after the attendant told me where it was. Apparently, she was unaware that it was out of order causing me to walk unnecessarily to that ice machine, but then having to walk all the way back to the elevator to get ice on the second floor. This was supposed to be a quiet comfortable get away for my wife and I, but we were very much disappointed.

Great service and location. Room maybe needs to be deep cleaned to get rid of the mold and mildew smell. Definitely had a funky smell that absorbs into my clothes. There wasn t an alarm clock with a charger like my family s rooms had. Only a phone. My tv did stop working and was replaced next day. Really great service and nice employees!!!

The staff is world-class professional. Ive traveled abroad and throughout the country, and the staff here understands how to hosts guests. They get it. Stayed here for a weekend convention. Should I need to book a hotel in the area, definitely choosing this one again. Our family used the pool and enjoyed the breakfast. I used the gym. The TVs arent smart TVs, so the hotel does lack there.

Warning and urgent 6-28-24 thru 6-30-24 Hotel infested with bed bugs 1st floor room. Reported to front and they only offered to change rooms. The bed bug I saw was alive and moving. Lamp in the room didnt work, no orange juice in the mornings, but these were the least of my worries. Worst Hampton Inn in decades staying at Hilton Hotels. Not Hampton Inn Standard.

For the price I guess it s good, but let s just say . My back is killing me.. the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and room smelled a bit weird. The sheets and comforter had a weird smell as well. But overall it wasn t bad for what we needed it for, which was for a 15 close by. If the bed was a bit more comfortable I d rate it 5 stars.

Front Desk Staff likes to correct you at almost every chance they get - good morning vs good afternoon. When possible, use the digital key and bypass front desk entirely. There was one person who was even vaguely nice, the rest are on some power trip. Second stay here, and the rooms are very bare bones. My room this time had pretty severe water damage.

Adequate rooms for the price, but no microwave in our room. We were satisfied with our stay and the service. Rooms: A little smelly but adequate. Food and drinks: The food options are very limited and there s no way to really microwave anything big that they sell like a TV dinner. The microwave that they offer in the hotel lobby is too small and the turntable is not the right size for the microwave. so heating up their cold coffee was a little scary. oh yes, and yes, the coffee was cold.

This Hampton Inn & Suites in Mission is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at in our travels. When we arrived, Ayleen was very helpful and courteous to us. Our stay was cozy and comfortable also. This hotel is situated just one block off of the major highway and its means of egress is very accessible to the major highways. When checking out in the morning, the other young lady (Miss A) was helpful as well when we had questions about Hampton Inn & Suites accommodations. Breakfast was superb also and if you left there hungry, it was your fault. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and helpful. I also noticed all the staff working at cleaning the place nonstop. They had the place spotless all the time we were there. I highly recommend this location for your next stay!! Food and drinks: Fantastic hot breakfast every morning!!

Good solid choice in Mission. Very clean, next to shopping, and near nature areas. Only gripe: people were making tons of noise in the hallway at 11:30 at night, talking loudly, slamming doors. A call to the front desk put an end to that. Good service: a hailstorm was predicted, and the desk clerk recommended we park our car under the overhang leading into the lobby. She helped us get it under. Very thoughtful! Rooms: Clean, comfortable. Food and drinks: Good breakfast, well stocked.

Being a diamond member, I tend to stay at lots of hotels for extended periods of time and I can say for certain, its not the hotel that makes for a great stay but the staff. This hotel has and had some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. From (Fmr) manager Ms Angie learning the names of guests, so shes not referring to everyone as sir/maam to Ms Nancy making sure breakfast is enjoyable to genuinely wishing you a great rest of your day. Lets not forget Ms Alyssa,, Alma & Sureiimy who often step in during breakfast on the weekends and also do room service cleaning. Absolute precision and friendliness all around. Of course there are improvements that can be made but overall, I have enjoyed my stay here. The above mentioned staff made it so along with several others. Id most certainly be back and hopefully staff is just as great then too.

The hotel was dirty and outdated. The pillows and mattress were ridiculously uncomfortable. The couch in the room had a rip and stains. I will never come back to this location. The one in McAllen is much better. The staff was unfriendly and bothered I asked for a receipt upon checking out. I will definitely never come back.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Alyssa was very helpful when I had a question. The coffee station was great with hazelnut coffemate and the dark roast. The hotel itself isnt terrible, but my room was. I stayed here for 2 days with family, and other family members had a better room than ours. There were holes in the curtains and lamp shades, which is such an easy fix, but very off-putting. They did offer to move me to a different room but I didnt feel like packing all my stuff. There is no room service unless you ask for it. And they only give you 2 towels, and bare bones toiletries. So if youre staying for more than 1 day, you have to go to the front desk and beg for towels. The hotel itself is not bad, just dated. Its clean enough and the staff are friendly. This place was $30 a night cheaper than some of the other comparable hotels, but Ill just pay the extra $30 next time. I really hope they just make some cheap and easy fixes to the rooms which would make this place totally decent.

The rooms are also very large can fit 3-5 people. The couches turn into beds. In the morning their is free breakfast. Their a little shop where u can but food, drinks, snacks, etc. Their is also some free wifi.I enjoyed it staying here and do recommend it.

Didnt get the room we asked for. But the room that was given to us had a deep clean bathtub. I took a very hot relaxing bath! That night. And another in the morning! For me my own opinion, the bed was extremely comfortable. And the air conditioner worked really, really good! Breakfast in the morning, was okay. They need to have something to keep the food warm. ( Because most of the stuff was at room temperature) But they did have plenty to choose from. ( Great Coffee ) Hotel was nice and clean.
