It has a large parking lot and its next door to a Super Walmart. It was easy to park right in front of the store. The store was clean and well-stocked. They have coupons online you should try to get before you go to the store. Its a large selection and I always find something to buy and they have great coupons. There are police on motorcycles and on Horseback patrolling the parking lot it feels very safe. It was my first time at this Kohls and I will be back I highly recommend it to anyone. Good prices. Good coupon.

Seemed a bit empty (of shoppers, staff AND stock) Looks like it could be a nice space, albeit in a bit of an odd location. I always forget its here (next to Walmart) because its a bit hidden. If you love Kohls, though, this one is definitely worth checking out! They may just be going through a seasonal transition...

I went in to the store today located at Conroe, Tx off I-45. First the store associate Lidia ignored me and refused to engage in dialogue and explain my return/exchange options. When the transaction was over I said thank you and she smirked and didn t reply. I kindly told her that when someone says thank you the polite thing to do is reply and that if she couldn t treat all the customers the same then she shouldn t be working in customer service. I shopped and as I was walking out the store Lidia screamed thank you! At me. She watched me and waited for me to leave to yell at me. That s weird! I told her that I didn t appreciate being patronized. The store manager Janet, approached me with a bigger attitude and began to attempt to argue with me. She even said that her eyes were blue and mine were brown with disgust and like she was superior for having blue eyes and I should be ashamed for having brown eyes. No matter what color Janet s eyes are she s built bad, very unattractive. Both Janet and Lidia have poor hygiene and should work on their outward appearance as well as their inner selves.

This is the largest Kohl s I ve ever seen! The store manager, Mr. Randy, was so very helpful and honest. He was able to give me a discount on a dress that had sequins missing, but corporate policy only allows 10%. So he gave me the discount and was so kind and willing to speak to me. I didn t ask for a manager, he was on the floor actually working and I just stopped to ask about a discount. I didn t know he was a manager until I asked him if he was a manager because I was impressed he was putting back clothing. Not too many retail managers do that anymore. I live in Conroe, but prefer this store over the one in Conroe because everyone is so much more helpful at this locations!

The Sephora inside this particular Kohls is brand new and I have been waiting for a long while for it to open and I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with her. Having been the only employee working and how busy it was; Fatima not only ensured top devotion to discerning my wants and questions but to making every customer feel valued and satisfied. She left an indelible impression. Her extensive knowledge, personalized approach, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction made my shopping experiences, cheesy as it is, like no other shopping experience before. It was my birthday and I woke up with this horrible spider bite on my face which I was daring to even go in public with. Dropped by this Kohls store today to drop-off return items to Amazon. If you didnt know Kohls has a Amazon drop-off spot inside Kohls. I bought two different pillows that were 40% off the sticker price, plus 25% off total purchase from coupon print out on Amazon - Kohls drop receipt. Store associate Vanessa was awesome. She was very sweet and patient even with my multiple questions regarding Amazon questions, as Ive never dropped off Amazon here. Generally I return Amazon purchases via the UPS store, which is not an option on Sunday at this hour. The store is easy to get in and out of, right off the feeder of 45 southbound coming from Conroe at the start of the Woodlands.

My name is Jason S. Today, I was disgusted by the poor customer service at the Woodlands/Conroe location. I was searching for a pair of nice work boots which I saw online from Kohls, and the store is right beside my house. As I entered and saw atleast 4 employees look my way, I received no greeting or even acknowledgement. Furthermore, no one asked if I needed help finding what I was looking for the entire 20 minutes I wandered around the store, obviously looking for assistance. The one employee I found on the floor that was in a uniform, I had to flag down. The young man seemed to be in a hurry and had no idea about the location or availability of the product, when I asked about men s slip-on work boots. He didn t even point me in the direction of the section which I never really found. I m not sure anyways. The last time I shopped this location was about six months ago, and the floor plan was different, and the stock had changed as well. I am 99% sure, however, that the loss prevention team was following me around the entire time I stupidly tried to find mens boots. That doesn t really bother me because I don t steal, except for the fact that I NEEDED HELP. I was looking to spend up to $200 on work boots (which I did at Academy after this experience). I believe in stores having good loss prevention. It s necessary to stay in business. I get that! What I don t get is why is there no customer service available?? Yet, there are obvious L.P. employees waiting for me to steal. Well they did a good job, but Kohls lost my money today because the customer service is non-existent. The retail industry overall has gone downhill in this area many places in recent years, I ve notice. I was once a retail clerk at Sears. However, Kohl s is now the worst. When I decided not to purchase the jeans I was holding because I couldn t find a fitting room, or an employee on the floor to show me the way to one, I decided to try somewhere else. On the way out, I noticed a lady who was not working a register standing near the main entrance. I approached her, and asked if they carried any men s slip on boots. Her response was, If you didn t see it on that back wall, we probably don t have it. Mind you, I don t know what wall she was referring to. I said, Well I saw that you guys carried some good work boots for men online. So, I dropped in to check and see if you had any in stock. Her reply, Well why didn t you just order them online? I said, because I have no patience. At that point, i was dumbfounded and belittled and out of patience, honestly. The truth is, when you purchase heavy work boots, it really is better to try them on before you buy them because they can seriously damage your feet when doing construction, electrical, plumbing, etc. I left the store without a goodbye or thank you, and will never shop Kohls again (online included). For the record, this is one of the only complaints I ve EVER written online ANYWHERE, because I have a high tolerance due to my past as a Service Industry Employee. But this time, I feel so disrespected and ignored that it actually hurt my feelings. I m a really kind person who works hard and deserves better treatment than this.

I came to this location to return an Amazon package and to look around at the current deals just to be followed around the store by workers. My fiancé and I were completely uncomfortable. I was in the store for less than 15 mins and we were already getting followed and watched. I m completely disappointed and annoyed. The workers somehow couldn t assist us finding the Amazon return line yet they definitely will follow us and accuse us of stealing.
