Lack of communication.!! Does NOT respect the contract!! Increases the prices in a very HIGH price without letting you know in advance!! The daughter is running the business for the mother yet has NO IDEA how to manage it and has to be running to mommy because she does NOT know got to set a price and keeps changing her prices.! Ridiculous customer service!!

I had my wedding here last month and could not recommend them enough! A family-owned business who does professional work for the most reasonable price I could find. Gladys went above and beyond to make sure I had my dream wedding. She took care of everything to make sure our special night was perfect- and it was! Even when issues came up during the party she took care of everything. She has an eye for detail and came up with new ways to make my wedding extra special (like lighting candles later in the evening). The tables were SO beautiful (tablecloths, centerpieces, glassware), the food was amazing (carne guisada was SOOO good), the cake was both gorgeous and delicious. Gladys treats you like family. I give her an idea of what I wanted and she brought it to life. She recommended the band Super Odiesa, and Im so glad we booked them, they made the party incredibly fun and unforgettable!! They even had their own photographer who took better photos than the one I hired. If I could do it all again, I would book with her in a heartbeat! Do yourself a favor, save yourself a world of time and stress and get Gladys to help you!! She is a PRO at what she does, please listen to her advice! She knows what she is doing, and Im so grateful she was there to help me! Thank you Gladys for giving the wedding of my dreams!! <3

The smaller event room is not bad but the truth is they try to get the most out of it by retouching with tables and it looks bad and the waiters dont have as much space to pass between the chairs that are very mismatched.
