I had my Baby Shower at Nicky s Party Place today, and i am 100% satisfied with the venue and service. Everything went really great! I highly recommend booking an event. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They decorated perfectly to my preferences. I would definitely book again! Thank you Nicky s Party Place for being part of such a memorable event for me and my husband.

The staff was very poorly organized and stingy, the glasses of beans were served half and cold, the tacos on the menu were very little and the accessories such as onion, silantro, salsa, etc. were from a small plate that was only for an order of tacos when they were on the table. For 12 people, I definitely do not recommend it. We had a very bad experience as diners and the bad thing is that it made the hosts look bad with the guests. The decoration was very good, no complaints, but the dishes and the service were very disorganized. We were one of the first to arrive. and they served us the food last and cold, the waiters or those in charge of the establishment have to know that they have to serve as according to ba. Yegando people not until they are told, they are supposed to have a schedule to serve and stop serving and the The responsibility of the guests is to take the time to be served as they should in the estimated time they simply have no rules and very poor organization. I DO NOT recommend them. There are more sensible places and better attention and service. Too bad about the place and location! Dont waste your money, the impression of the place is essential for your guests and this place will make them look bad!

Owner never showed us the salon. They also wait till the week of event to ask about your event needs. Decorations were not the way I asked. Paid extra for a backdrop I thought they were going to fall thru for but didn t do it the way I asked. Got there when the lady was finishing the backdrop and I told her that wasnt what I asked for all she did was remove the character from the backdrop said she was going to bring in the one I asked for then never brought it. Food was good. Snack cart was good. Servers were good. Cake was good. I was disappointed, the experience was not what I was expecting glad it was over with but honestly I wouldn t book them again.

I had a bad experience here. I added the extra waiter and they dint show up on time, due to the owner not letting them know on time. We had to start serving and by the time the waiter got there we finished serving. We also added extra tables before the event and they did not have them ready. Dont reccomend here.
