Si expensive for 1 burrito , also they only give you 1 salsa and I asked for an extra one they charged 1.50for a little extra salsa? I saw their chicken prices for 2 whole chickens $48.00 ?? Omg!! Too much ! Pollo palenque is better , cheaper for a chicken burrito is only $6.50 and big !!! I wanted to try something different but no way is just too much $ for 1 person only !!!! Imagine for 2 ???This place is for only rich Sharyland people!!! Never coming back again to this place ! They will ripped you out.

The cold, cold chicken, charro beans with scrambled rice, everything sells you extra oily fries for not frying them at the right temperature instead of sealing them, they absorb oil and fajita tacos with meat shadows. Please Close. The worst Chicken of my life.

Very dissatisfied with the Chicken we bought. It was extremely dry, that was definitely something overheated, we bought it at 11:00 am, it must have been from the previous day. Unfortunately we spoke to offer our constructive criticism but our call was not well received. I suggest that if you buy from that place you check that their chicken is fresh and not roasted, sucked and hard like what they sold to me, that was something that could not be eaten. Instead of saving the cost of a chicken, they lose a customer and not only that, they lose the reputation of a business. Hopefully this reaches the business owner for their own good.

Dont pay attention to the bad reviews. The chicken is so moist, tender, and full of flavor! The service is great too! The rice and beans are delicious. The food is so good that you just cant stop eating it even if youre full I definitely reccomended to go here.

The food is good I cant deny that only thing I would say is when I ever I order the chicken burrito sometimes there is bones inside. But doesnt mean the food isnt good Ive gotten decent service through the drive thru. Cant complain to much only thing I wish is for the price and the quality they should include the drink as a combo I pay almost $8 for the burrito with no drink and the only offer 12 ounce soft drinks in a can pricing them a little to high. So just a piece of advice include the drink in the combos for the prices you guys offer even if it is .75 more or something and take out the bones from the chicken burrito other then that its okay. Today on 08/25/2020 I wanted to substitute the chicken in the burrito for meat and apparently they cant do that. So I ordered the burger with fries I asked for ranch dressing and they dont have any only pics de Gallo. Just sad to see that okay if they dont have ranch thats fine but they couldnt substitute chicken for meat in a burrito thats either just being lazy or not catering to the customer. I honestly might not come anymore and I usually get lunch here everyday mon-fri they just lost a continuous customer.

Very bad service, I arrived to order at the self-service and the cashier in a very bad way asking for the order and in a hurry and still not finished asking for the cashier to pass it to her and I wait, I have another separate order and I get to the window and she charges me everything together and told him they are separated and he no longer sees me with a roe face. For the manager-owner who sees this, educate their employees more and to be more helpful and not to be in a hurry to wait for the customer, and for the cashier, the problems stay at home, not in your work area, so that you can provide good service. !

The food was great as usual. I visit this location about twice a month, but I think I will start to take my order to go. The reason for the one star is some of the staff. Each time I visit they are laughing extremely loud playing awful reggeton music loud and horsing around. Today was the worst. The cashier was screaming, I mean literally screaming playing with some of the cook staff or whoever is back there while she was away a customer was waiting just standing there, he tried to get her attention but was not able due to the loud music and and her screaming. There was other customers looking around and looking at each because it was very rude and uncomfortable. When she did finally return, she was laughing the entire time while taking the order. Ive had it with this staff, as I mentioned, I will be taking my food to go which is unfortunate because they have a nice setting. I hope management does something about it. soon. Update: No longer visit this place. You guys should try Mana grill of Alamo road the chicken is 100% better!

When attempting to order through the drive through I never got a response despite waiting over 5 minutes and only car in front of me. I went inside to find the cashier on her phone on social media not paying any attention to anything else. While ordering she even walked away to chat with another employee. The owners/manager would benefit from keeping a closer eye on employees and reminding them they are at work, not hanging out at home.

Horrible customer service. I am typing this waiting outside the restaurant. I came to buy a family pack and I ordered the #5 which is one and a half of chicken and it comes with 3 sides. Well the gentleman (who is the owner or behaves rude like if he is) left me waiting on the speaker phone for like 7 min (literally) and when he finally started asking for my order he was so rude. I told him that I wanted #5 and he was like rice, beans and what else so of course I was confused because I didn t order rice & beans as sides. So I asked him what he meant and he cut me off and is like you have to order rice and beans and you only get to choose 1 side When clearly the sign did NOT SAY THAT. The whole time he was speaking to me he had an attitude like if I was arguing with him when I was confused because I didn t understand the reason for his attitude. I used to come here a lot a few months ago and idk if they changed owners but never going back.
