We absolutely love the South Quaker location of Something Different Grill - Texas!! They went above and beyond today - the kiddo really wanted fruit but they don t have sides of fruit - so they chopped up some strawberries from their salads for her. It made her day! And she got a bomb pop Yummy food! Large portions for affordable price. Staff is always so friendly. Molly is very friendly and helpful!

Just don t ever pull up before closing time because the cook will be out front smoking on the phone not caring that they still have 10 minutes before close , definitely go during the day other than that they are

This place was cool. Its nice to run into little healthy establishments like this. Food was prepped, as stated, made to order. It was tasty, but I think the service was lacking a bit. Girls just had their heads buried in their phones. But other than the phone addicts it was a nice place to try.

Food was little dry, no butter or sour cream on the loaded potato, the Cashier wasnt on her game at all, we ordered some French fries and onion rings for my kids meal, she decided not to listen to us. This location on 105th and Quaker no Bueno, idk about the other locations. We will not becoming back to this reatraunt in the near future. The cashier ruined the experience for us.

The food here was so fresh and satisfying. We will definitely be back here when we come through lubbock. The Thai chicken bowl & shrimp chicken teriyaki was amazing! My kiddos loved the kids Alfredo pasta. The staff was super friendly and welcoming as well.

Portion size needs to be improved. Barely any meat on the teriyaki beef bowl. Child s portion of beef but adult pricing. Flavors were good and it was fresh. BUT BARELY ANY MEAT!! STOP BEING SO CHEAP!!!!!

Wife got chicken fried steak spud. It was plenty big but she kept adding seasonings.. the breading and gravy just didn t have flavor. I got the southwest spaghetti again, right size, just didn t have any flavor very blah eggrolls were amazing and the atmosphere was very nice third time to try them (even different locations) probably be the last

I did a drive-thru order and as always the food never disappoints! Every single time I come here the service is amazing The food is amazing and the atmosphere is incredible everyone is very attentive to your needs. The food came out super quick and was delicious. I highly recommend the Thai chicken bowl.... Also if youre not into the carbs they do offer low carb options which I know a lot of restaurants do not. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat in Lubbock. Vegetarian options: They do have several vegetarian options which I love. Dietary restrictions: They do cater to your dietary restrictions

I m new to town and trying to sample everything here in the 806. I totally recommended this place. Avery helped me pick all the right thing! Staff was super friendly and service was fast. Food was amazing. Avery said the coconut tea was there best seller. I was skeptical but she was right! Amazing! We tried the fried zucchini, the green chili balls(with potatoes, cheese, bacon and green chilis), the chicken teriyaki bowl, the Thai chicken salad and the Szechuan beef with shrimp. All of which were great. I m not a salad eater but I plan on eating the Thai chicken salad again.

I have been to 5 of the 7 locations SDG has and I have never had an issue until today. I picked up an order and some things didnt look right. The alfredo portion looked small and we were missing bread. I called to express my concerns and the employee/manager basically told me I was wrong...Im sad to say itll be a long while before I return to SDG.

Love the food here, but I have ordered carry-out several times and it has only been right twice. Today, I ordered grilled chicken salad and there was no grilled chicken. It is extremely disappointing to pay that much for a salad and not get what you ordered or paid for.

I love eating at something different Grill but tonight not so much, I called in my order of a baked potato and fried green beans, they told me 15-20 minutes pick up time ok great! The first problem was I get there and wait in the drive thru at least 15 minutes before a person comes to the window and proceeds to take my money, then asks me to pull around front and they ll bring my order to me ok cool no problem except it was another 15 minutes and the second problem was I get home and food is cold and no ranch for the fried green beans, had to heat them in the microwave not good and total waste of money!!

Finally, a restaurant that knows how to cook spaghetti, though its not as good as mine, it is exceptional! My salad was great, as well. Ive eaten spaghetti from every restaurant in this town. Its always the same chef boyardee can taste! Finally, I dont have to make this at home. The manager and staff were very friendly and the service was fast. Prices are very reasonable. I dont feel like Im financing a meal for one!

Oh my goodness, give this location a try. What an amazing place for delicious food. I ordered the California wrap so fresh and big enough I couldnt finish it all, I wanted to because it was so good. My friend ordered the Fiesta Chicken Salad and she loved it. ((Our only regret was not taking pictures)) so we could show you all how good the food looked and tasted. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated...has a zen feel to it, plus the staff was so helpful and courteous, after delivering our food - they came back to our table make sure it was all good. It was, more than good!! We drank so much tea, and the restroom was clean and well stocked. A lot to be said for that as well. We will be back!!

As the #1 teriyaki bowl connoisseur in the world, I rate this place 5 stars. Went as a party of 3, we ordered the shrimp and chicken teriyaki bowl, California Club, and a beef and chicken teriyaki bowl. All very reasonably priced, great flavor, and plenty of food. Great choice for a healthy and filling option in a great part of town.

We are always looking to support locally owned businesses. We have eaten at the Levelland location many times and decided to try the new location on Quaker. Getting in to a restaurant to eat after church on Sunday is always hard. We walked in and were pleased to find that they were not extremely busy yet. There was a party of 5 adults and a toddler. We ordered and sat down and the food came out quickly. Two ordered the wraps, one had the catfish, one had the chicken fried steak baked potato and one had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I purposely asked everyone around the table as it was my suggestion to give them a try. The two that had wraps said that they were very good, the baked potato agreed that it was very good. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I would go back just to have another one of those. It was delicious. We will be back for sure. Stop in and give it a try.
