My first time in an Outback Steakhouse and it was awesome from being seated to check out. Hostesses were sweet and inviting. Server was attentive even though she also had bar. Lighting wasnt too dark or too bright. Great atmosphere to watch Monday Night Football. The food was delicious. Bread, Mac and cheese bites, grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, salad and the chocolate brownie dessert. Id visit more often now.

This location is having financial issues. The men s bathroom had a stall with a busted lock - that had obviously been broken for sometime - and one of the sinks did not work - again, it was obvious that it had been that way for a while. The booth we sat in had poorly made repairs. As far as the food goes, the ribeye steak was just plain. Didn t have the good flavor I ve come to expect from Outback. The sweet potatoes were overcooked and dried up. Bloomin onion and bread was still good but that was about it. I must say that the service was excellent. Props to the employees there. They helped make the dining experience bearable. I generally love Outback and I hate to see the brand being dragged down. It only takes a couple of bad experiences for people to stop going to a particular restaurant. Fortunately, I have a few good Outback s back home or I would think it was a way overrated restaurant if this one was all I had to go by.

Food was pretty decent. Our waitress, Laurel, was what sold the experience for. She was super sweet and very good at her job. Our tea glasses never got empty and she was always checking to make sure we were doing good.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Used to be great... last 2 times Ive gone have been very disappointing. Steak was cold in the middle they dont have anything on tap and the glasses of water had floating pieces of who knows what... servers and manager were unprofessional at best.

Although our first experience was horrible(slow service, dirty silverware, dirty cups, dirty cups even after asking for clean ones) we decided to try it again. 7/17/24 Took my son and wife to dinner and we were seated promptly. There were a little slow for not seeming that busy but after 20 minutes or so the server started picking up her pace. My sons AussiePalmer was decent the first time, The flavors werent properly blended together. he said but the second one they brought was better Tasted Fresh. Our forks had smudges but we still used them. The food was the best part. I had ordered the blooming chicken. The chicken came out and was still juicy with crunchy skin. Wife ordered Prime Rib medium rare. The Prime Ribe was sublime, cooked perfect. Our son ordered the Queensland pasta with shrimp and said it was delicious as well. Overall our second encounter with outback was definitely better

I had Outback several times in deferent locations in the past, as usual on a food chain the food tends to taste and feel the same since they have a certain policy to follow. On this Outback is not the case, the food was very badly cooked, not the way I asked which was medium and it was burnt on the outside. Now it was not only my steak but also my wifes and kids. It was over seasoned to the pont that you could scrape off the back pepper off the top and it had a spicy taste, it was so mich of it. Same case for the chicken and shrimp. Somebody in there doesnt know how to cook, I am never returning to that place. 120 dollar meal that tasted horribly, we got a gift card thats worth 40 dollars but I definitely wont be spending it there and of course it doesnt make a dent to the bill, we just made food at home in the end.

The service was good the food was average for an outback restaurant. The drinks were mixed correct. The steaks was cooked to the ordered that was asked for. The sides were average. We didn t get any desserts so no comment on how they are but the table next to us really enjoyed them

Outback has become overpriced for the level of food and service they provide. I empathize with our server, who was new and not up to speed enough to be on their own, yet. Our food was mediocre, and the portions were small. Our ticket was totaled incorrectly and confusingly. I finally had to speak with a manager to straighten it out. Found roaches in various places. Lobster was undercooked, steaks were over cooked (med came out well done, etc). Condiments that were ordered with the meal, didnt show up until after the meal was finished, etc. Staff really could use a lot more training, especially the cooks. The music was a mixture of the newest hits and some pop country, definitely what id think would be playing when you walk in. The food was amazing, and cooked perfectly how we asked. The manager was so sweet as well. Jose was our server, and he did AMAZING! He made sure everything was corrected, repeated what we asked for to make sure he was right, and even double checked some things to make sure he was correct before answering us. 10/10, I would def recommend him. My fiance got the bloomin burger, they brought him a regular burger and then brought out the bloomin toppings that they forgot to put on the burger and made it assemble it himself. Visited the one in Midland tx last night it was absolutely awful. My family of 5 waited forever to get seated to finally getting seated at a table that was empty when we first got there. Our waiter was awful he had a big table of 23 plus us and pretty much said our service from him would suck. The appetizers were over cooked and nasty. My cocktail was suppose to be frozen it wasnt. Our entrees were awful my husbands porter house steak was the size of a regular t-bone, the 2 filet mignons along with the porter house was so spicy with cyanne pepper we couldnt even eat them. My son got the bloom in burger it was extremely salty he couldnt eat it. My daughters chicken tenders were also very spicy. And to be charged 8 bucks to plus up Our meals for 4 pieces of coconut shrimp 4 thats it 2 bucks per shrimp that was tiny as hell. Our side salads was nothing but rotted lettuce. We couldnt even complain to our waiter because he never did come back by our table to see how things were. We didnt get a single refill on anything and on 1 loaf of bread. We will never come back to outback ever. And the tip thing like our waiter deserved a 40 dollar tip we left 25 but he didnt even deserve 5 bucks. Our total was $207 bucks.

From the time we arrived we were greeted and seated. Our waiter Tristen then came and greeted as well with a smile and sense humor. He listened thoroughly and when we were in doubt he suggested other menu options and help us to come to our decision. Not only did come and check on us regularly, he also mad sure all his other tables were good as well. Unfortunately the kitchen, cooks sent out our plates incorrectly. Triston was extremely knowledgeable about the Outback menu, professional and fun to help our night out, and knew how to help take care of any hiccups that happened throughout the evening. Oh and refilled my ridiculous, water chugging always-empty glass!

Got served water in dirty cup twice then I had to ask for Togo cup from hostess our waiter{ SEAN S.} was not very attentive food was ok not hot just warm steak was like four small small pieces we came on Valentine s Day for dinner. Sean S. AVOIDED US after I had to ask different person for clean cup then changed to Togo cup A different steak house next time for sure
