Was here for a company-wide function. This is a very nice multi use facility, with nice open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and nice clean restroom/dressing room area. Easy access off of US 259 just north of Longview.

We had our wedding there in May, 2024. Debi Johnston is an amazing person to plan your special event with. She professional, has helpful insight, and very reasonable. We wouldn t have had such a memorable event if it wasn t for her. She helped me all along with way and was always patient with all of my random questions. I recommend her for anyone s special event. Top stars for her and the venue.

We attended a wedding there. It was and had been raining there. The side (south)we had to park on didnt have good drainage, and I had to wade in water on the sidewalk as it was over my shoes. Got my socks wet coming to the front door. Indoors was awesome, and it was a great venue otherwise in my opinion.

The Reserve is such a beautiful and unique venue! It is VERY spacious with a full kitchen! The bridal suit is huge and can accommodate a large bridal party if needed! From a planner prospective, Debi was super accommodating, very knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we met her! I also love that with how big this venue is, there is plenty of space and options for a plan B if weather is up in the air! I highly recommend this venue!

Parking lot is gravel, so kind of difficult to walk in while wearing heels, which is a high probability considering it is a venue usually hosting formal events. Temperature was very cold but not sure who controls that. Spacious kitchen, making food prep easy. Bathrooms were clean and the full body mirror was a good touch. Very pretty and potential to decorate as needed for the occasion.

Debi is the most helpful and kind person who God knew I needed even after switching venues 2 months before my wedding. She was there for us every step of the way, and answered any and all questions with promptness and detail. She made decorating the venue nearly effortless, with all the decor she had to choose from, and being a great advisor for how to set everything up! I could not have felt more at home with any other venue, I loved every part of this venue and have nothing negative to say at all!! Our wedding day and the days leading up to the big day were flawless in every way!! All thanks to Debi. Some of my favorite things about this venue were 1. DEBI 2. The beautiful venue itself 3. the roominess it provides for a lot of guests!! 4. the cost was super budget friendly 5. it is so close to home, being just North of Longview. We appreciate The Reserve and it will ALWAYS hold a very special place in our hearts. THANK YOU SO MUCH for being the venue of our dreams.

This is a fantastic venue. I have been here for a lot of different events, mostly political dinners and campaign events, but also a wedding. The layout is spacious enough for a wide variety of needs, but not so cavernous that you feel lost. Parking goes around the whole building, and shared with the buildings around it, so theres plenty available. Kitchen facilities are adequate for catering to a good size crowd, and bathrooms are sufficient, as long as you dont have a bunch of people trying to get in at once.

We were invited to a Christmas party here and it was fabulous! My wife and I were impressed with how much space there was inside along with a roll up door that adds additional space. There is a large fire place for outdoor seating. The light fixtures/chandlers are great as well as the bathrooms and porch areas. We had a great experience and would definitely visit or host an event here in the future.
