The place was hot, wasn t busy and took forever to get our order in and food out, had to be asked several times what our order was, waited a while on drinks, then got time to leave didn t see a ticket with price until after I was charged and was charged $10 extra for stuff that we rang up wrong asked them to fix it they kept making up excuses and refused to refund me the money they owe me, service was terrible and I was robbed won t go back to eat, also not the only one that complained the few other customers that were in there had to have their food sent back because it was wrong or just never got their food worst Dennys ever

Not a good experience. Unfortunately, I did not read other reviews before I stopped in. I went in at 6 AM, was the only customer in the place. Got seated and the waiter came, brought coffee and water. He took my order and that is basically where everything ended. He did refill me and check in on me, but my food order never came. After 30 minutes he talked to the cook, then mentioned it to the manager, who seemed not to be too concerned. After 45 minutes I figured nothing was going to happen as my order never showed up. I let the manager know then I left. Wont go back.

I visited this location three weeks ago, and after thinking about what I saw, I had to write a review. My party of three sat down at a booth in a relatively empty restaurant. Our server came to take our drink order, and was very cold and blunt in her manner. You could tell she was not a fan of us for whatever reason. She delivered our drinks and took our order, and the only friendly thing she did was smile at my friends baby as she walked away. We never saw her again. Just under 30 minutes later, our food was delivered by a much nicer lady. She refilled our drinks, and fixed the mistakes with our food. The food was ok, arrived hot at least. I went up to the counter to pay, and I could see into the kitchen from there. It was a sloppy, filthy, walls-stained-with-food mess. Not like someone hadnt cleaned up the night before dirty, but like hadnt had a good cleaning in 6 months dirty. I felt ill. I might go back and try to take a picture to post, it was that bad. This place makes Waffle House look like a good choice. Please dont eat here if you can avoid it. I know its Dennys, but damn.

I tried to place an order online several attempts the other morning before getting ready to take kiddos to school. The website refused so I called it in. Order was called in by 6 am and was suppose to be ready by 630. I got there around 620 and only 1 customer was inside eating, but they hadnt even started my order! At 638 I told them I have to leave in 2 minutes with or without food. They rushed and provided most of my order. Only 1 item left and when I asked how much longer the staff gave me grief about it. So I said never-ending and ran out so I didnt get the kids to school late. What a ridiculous restaurant. Ive ordered from there about 5 times in the last 6 months. The 1st order was the only one that was right. The 2nd order I was served hard frozen waffles and French toast. Awful, and when I called about it I was told I could come back and get more. I wasnt able to come back and they shouldve offered a refund but didnt. Same thing as a couple days ago when I had to leave without my entire order I shouldve received a refund or at least a partial refund. I mean right is right. I will never spend money at another Dennys. Avoid the one on wall street at all costs people. Dont waste your money or time.

My husband and I haven t been to a Dennys restaurant in many years. We are so pleased and happy with the staff and the service, everyone was super nice greeted us right when we walked in the door. Didn t take but maybe a minute to get us sat down, and our order taken. We are accustomed to having to wait for our meals, but here at this Dennys our meals came out in a timely manor and was super delicious. We very much enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Also wanna give a huge shout out to our waitress Nicole, you were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Even making sure my bacon was crispy, thank you so much!! You are amazing!! My Husband and I are visiting again at this location!! We are super grateful for the shift manager Kathy, and for our waitress Yuri. They are both so kind and very oriented with customer service. The service was fast the food was fresh and absolutely delicious! Thank you for everything YOU LADIES ARE AMAZING! God bless you!!

Love it here! This is my second review added to my first one from a couple of months ago. This Dennys is superb. Literally it is a fily environment with actual mom and daughter team representing first class service. Food is excellent. Restaurant may be a bit older but it is always clean. If I could put zero stars I would!! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dennys! I sat for 1.5 hours without our food or servers checking on us! You ask why we didn t walk out? Because we were here from Houston for a graduation and had the graduate with us! This manager on duty was absolutely terrible. Excuse after excuse. Our food came out cold and wrong even after waiting for as long as we did! And the damn manager didn t even know the menu! If you can t handle the business shut the damn doors and turn people away!

It was a bad experience. We never leave a restaurant, but we did this time around. We got sat pretty quickly. If I could give 0 stars I would! We waited 45 minutes for a drink order after we ORDERED a waitress. Then we wait an extra 45 minutes before they decide to come out and tell me my order is still frozen and just now being taken out of the freezer. We proceed to tell them we will pay for our drinks and leave and let me tell you how dramatic they acted. They were trying to get us to stay because the guys food was ready, but mine was still frozen. We keep telling them no and the MANAGER proceeds to charge us for the food we never received!!! So they all got reported to corporate and we are waiting on our refund. Customer support was really nice and understanding, but we will never be back again. Oh and by the way they also fake reviews Sara Hedges was the manager that was so rude and disrespectful to us. I don t know how she still holds that position.

Lots of loitering near the restaurant from the nearby motels. As I dined in and watched out the windows of the restaurant, there appeared to be drug deals going on in the parking lot. While walking to my vehicle, a man popped out from the corner of the building. I was startled and turned very fast to make sure I was ready to defend myself. When I did that, he immediately backed off and pretended to walk in a different direction. It didnt seem like a coincidence, and his change of direction was very odd and sporadic. I have no plans on going back to that specific Dennys because of those reasons. Management needs to do a better job of keeping the loitering down.

Visited this location for breakfast!!! I had the T-Bone Steak with soft scrambled eggs and hash browns. The steak was excellent. I ordered medium well. The texture was great and it was tasty and juicy. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Sara. She was very courteous, friendly and professional. The service was so good the new manager even came out I saw her greeting customers given them coffee the whole staff worked phenomenally together. Went in hoping to enjoy the rare breakfast out occurrence with my husband, only to be seated then ignored for nearly 30 minutes. Nobody came to take our orders, or bring us any drinks. This broad right here is obviously one miserable lady. I came in to retrieve my online order and she refused to help me. I had it set for pickup for a certain time, she wouldnt even check on it for me. She just kept saying, it will be a bit ok. Like what?! I asked if I can cancel it and she just walks away. Why be in costumer service if your attitude sucks? Get your ish together, hunny.

The cook Luis deserves a gold medal. His food is EXCELLENT!! So good that he deserves to be on a cooking show. Pamala is a good manager. I went through something while there and she went above with kindness. The server Mia does a good job checking on you and making sure your well taken care of. Overall this Dennys is the BEST one Ive EVER ate at. I recommend this location!! Wheelchair accessibility: Its even welcoming to the disabled.. There is parking and ramps..

The food was pretty good! Our server, Mia was very friendly and social. The restaurant was pretty understaffed, yet Mia still seated us, grabbed our order and served us. We even got free hashpuppies! (I believe thats what theyre called) It was a very smooth and relaxing experience. :)

We ordered the Mac and Cheese skillet and a breakfast plate and it was AMAZING!! The service was quick and friendly! This Dennys is great! Our server Maggie took GREAT care of us. Ive never had great service at chains but it was top notch. The food was delcious and the atmosphere was great and it was super clean! Ive had bad expierence with this Dennys in the past but theyve turned it around!

They were out of bacon, French toast, ranch, French fries, and onion rings. Who knows what else. We got the sampler appetizer with only Buffalo chicken and mozzarella sticks due to no French fries or onion rings. No ranch to dip the awful chicken in. Skillet was alright. Mushrooms still raw but nothing crazy Southwest eggs Benny - eggs were OVER HARD rather than poached. Hollandaise sauce was straight up melted cheese. And the food was not even warm. Literally so frustrating. All in all $43 bill + $10 tip for below average food. Never been to a bad Dennys until today. The waitress was friendly but it was clear no one gave af about their job.

The food was ok but the drinks are terrible and they charged me for items twice so definitely check your receipt before paying. Cost me $33.26 for two drinks, one grand slam and an extra side of bacon and pancakes.
